  1. These could be very helpful. I received these last night. There is an odor to them from the material of the balls, but I am sure that will dissipate with time. They do feel heavier than a tennis ball but remind me of balls my children played with when they were little. My Pilates instructor recommended these to me since my muscles are very tight. I also wanted to get these since I have plantar fasciitis foot pain in both feet. I rolled my feet on these for probably 10 minutes or so and felt a huge difference. It felt like a deep tissue massage and I noticed the pain was close to gone. Supposedly they can help “alleviate tension in your neck, shoulders, back, hips, IT band and feet. This morning I still woke up with heel pain, but not as severe as usual.I gave a 4-star rating because of the odor and also because I felt it was a little bit hard to roll these on my back while in the mesh bag. I am sure I just need to get used to it. I included photos for size comparison. These are shown next to an iPad Pro 9.7 both inside the mesh bag and out of the bag. It came with the information tag that has a link to free instructional videos. The videos are super brief and basically, encourage you to purchase her instructional DVDs. One side note… our dog thought these were for him and he kept trying to get them from underneath my foot, so beware around any pets.

  2. A little too soft for feet but a great tool for massage. I ended up purchasing a harder lacrosse ball type set for my plantar fascia because these are a bit too soft to get at the deeper knots. However I will be keeping these to use on other parts of the body.

  3. Best ever. Best thing ever for sore muscles snd tight spots. Lasting a long time. Durable.

  4. Great product but arrived late. Arrived late

Tune-Up Necessity. I bought these for a workshop, and I do find that I use them more than I thought I would. Good for unkinking my shoulders after far too many hours at a keyboard! I haven’t used them on the hips yet (just a few weeks out from a hip replacement, so I need to heal more), but I do find they help my upper body tremendously.

  7. Easy to use and helpful for knots in neck and shoulders. A yoga instructor recommended using a pair of old tennis balls for massage of back and neck. I got these instead. Nice balance of comfort and firmness. I have used them both inside the bag, to move them together on either side of my spine, and individually. Glad I made the purchase. As expected, and I use them regularly.

  9. A perfect pair. I’ve been exploring tools for massage and recovery lately and was initially going to get a foam set of balls instead but decided on this last minute and am so very glad that I did!I am genuinely blown away with how effective these are right out of the package! I tried one on its own at first on my neck and immediately felt the familiar crunch of knots being worked out but not in a painful way. These balls have just enough give to feel cushy while still being firm enough to get the job done.I used the same approach later on my wife’s back and she practically melted! I later used them together in the pouch on my neck and lower back. It was a bit of trial and error to find the right spot for my lower back but they definitely work!I also explored their website and found a fair amount of free simple tutorial videos on basic techniques for using the balls on different areas of the body. They do have other options for videos but the subscription seems pretty pricey. I might look into getting the book though that teaches you more of these maneuvers because the balls are really useful.Oh, keep in mind that if you lay directly on the balls, it can be quite a lot of pressure, like a thumb. The plus model is supposed to be a bit gentler as they are larger, this is the smallest size they make, which does make them easy to take with you if you happened to be traveling etc.I could definitely see myself using these for a long time to come and also getting some extras for gifts or just as backup! If you’re even remotely thinking of exploring self massage for pain relief, working out stubborn knots, etc this set is very worthwhile. 100% would recommend.

  11. Don't Waste Your Money or Time!!! January 9, 2024 at 12:00 am

These are like a deep tissue massage! The results are amazing. These Therapy Balls are a great addition to deep tissue access with Yoga! It may be a bit of good pain for a short while, but the after effects are amazing! These Therapy Balls are very well made.

  12. Know yr Type of balls to order. Different type of balls offered & make sure u know what to order.Easy to use & quick relief or muscle tightness & ease of pain

  13. Great. Still exploring the magic of these miracles!

  14. Best out there! Love them. lyn. There is nothing about this product that I do not appreciate. Those considering it, need to secure/read Miller’s text on the ‘Roll Ball Method’. It is a different approach to treating tendonitis and rehab from trauma/surgery. Healing takes time and most insurance companies will limit access to PT. Worth your time to review. I have used the balls working with my husband’s back following a catastrophic canopy failure in a 500 knot dive and rehab on my arm following surgery ( ORIF). Not all products offered as therapy balls are equal. The texture and variation in both size and density offer the client an ability to address specific levels of pain/discomfort and healing. Amazing! lyn

  15. Long Lasting/ great for travel. I purchased these as a second set. I am a teacher and I keep one in my desk for a quick lunchtime back and shoulder tension breaker. They have a good firmness but not overpowering and are soft at the same time. It is better than a tennis or lacrosse ball to relieve tension for feet as well. The little bag is good and keeps them from getting lost.

  17. These are the best for sore muscles. I borrowed a set of these from my yoga instructor and I was amazed how they removed the knots from my calves. So after returning the set to her I bought my own. These are softer than lacrosse balls and the pressure is perfect for removing knots in muscles. I like that they can be used together or separately. Great value for the price.

  18. Game changer for my muscles. Soft but firm, really helps open back up my tight muscles, especially rolling over the balls of my feet

  19. LOVE these. I’ve been using this brand of yoga tune up balls for at least a decade now. They are fabulous! I started using them in my yoga classes and we would roll out our feet, shoulders, glutes, etc. Now I do that at home when I need it which is almost daily because I am pretty active. I feel better in minutes using them. I also throw one in my suitcase when I travel. I highly, highly recommend them and have gifted them to several family members and friends over the years.

  20. LOVE these Therapy balls. A little pricey, but worth it. I use them mostly together in the bag for my spine. They add the perfect amount pressure when laying on them — not too hard, not too soft!
