Affordable and actually a dependable product. I like this one and I have been through a few of these things. This one is weighted which makes a very big difference. It is much easier to use than the unweighted ones. Also this does a good job. So good I had to stop and clean out my pump filter about every 5 minutes. This is a good product and works well, only down side is you have to push it slowly. If you push too fast it will move the dust around and wont capture it. I have used it for 4 months this last summer and it held up good.
Does a good job with some issues. I should start by saying my pool has a vinyl liner. Overall it moves around well on its wheels and does a good job. A couple of cons however. I thought with the fact that it was flexible and bent a bit it would do the crevices going down the slope to the deep end well, it did not. I had to actually turn it sideways and move up and down the hill. The second problem was on stairs. It didn’t do a great job of picking up dirt on my stairs. The second time I used it, I actually switched heads back to my brushed vinyl liner vacuum head which does better on both those items. The last con was that it occasionally tips upward when pushing the unit particularly in the deep end. I think that however may be more in the technique of vacuuming because it was better the second time around. Bottom line is I would recommend this vacuum head particularly at the opening of the pool as it is less likely to get suction bound on the bottom like some brushed heads.
I NEED TO CONTACT THIS SELLER REGARDING A MISSING PART. The reason for this review: I need help contacting this seller. The product arrived in good condition. I used it a couple of times and then I realized that the wheel fell off. In the picture you can see a white clip that holds the clear wheel in place. Much better than expected. Had very low expectations when I opened the package but, it was very smooth and effective under use.
Great to vacuum rocks out of pool. metal pole connect, wheels were ok. I bought this because I got landscaping gravel in my pool, and my barracuda cleaner wouldn’t pick up the larger rocks. It worked great to pick up all the gravel, then I emptied the pump basket.I didn’t have any problems with the wheels. They were all securely clipped in. The vacuum is slightly flexible so it contours to the curved pool bottom. I don’t think the spring is even necessary, if you can’t figure it out just leave it off. The aluminum pole mount should last longer than the versions that use plastic.When done I took it out of the pool and set it upright to dry, so the water would run out of the weights. I imagine the weights are steel and might rust over time, but so far no rust after my single use.

Falling apart. The plastic parts that hold the wheels to the body are coming apart. The body seemed to work well but useless when the wheels keep falling off and the parts that were supposed to hold them on get sucked up the hose.I have only used a few time and stored in the garage so this is just a poor product. Would not buy.Follow-up, I went to local Home Drpot and replaced the cheap plastic parts with bolts and wing-nuts.Also, no follow-up from seller. Skip this produce and buy a better one.

Gets in those placed the automatic vac doesn’t. I bought this due to my pool having a kid shelf and step that the auto-vac can’t get up on. While I can just brush stuff down to the lower level, sometimes it is nicer to just get it done before family or guests come over. I just switch over to this vacuum head on my net pole, tidy up and move on. Or when a windy day comes through and misc debris gets blown in and I want a quick clean up I use this head for directed cleaning.
Works Great. I have used it several times. It did lose a wheel but could have been user error. I would order from this seller again. Thank You!
Good vacuum head lasted five years. Just tighten down the nuts. I’ve had this product for five years and it’s more than worth its weight for the cost of the item. It’s not the best and it’s not the worst as other people have stated the screws do fall off after reading this and the reviews and I received my product in the mail. I made sure to tighten down all of the nuts on the item. I just wish they were stainless steel because it probably would’ve lasted a little longer.However, as I type this review, the weights inside of the vacuum head have just started falling off so five years is about the maximum amount of time you’re gonna get out of this pool vacuum ahead.I like the simplicity of it. You just hook the hose to it with a hose and just vacuum. It works perfectly if you have a marcite/plaster pool. And if you want that old school vacuum job instead of spending $600+ on a robotic pool vacuum this still does the job.
