Product Features
- IMPROVE CORE STRENGTH with a small stability ball. The mini workout ball helps you improve posture, balance, tone and strengthen muscles. Must-have therapy ball for at home or gym.
- SAFE materials were chosen for the small physio ball or barre ball, and are free from harmful chemicals. The stability balls for exercise are anti-burst and offer the perfect grip for barre or Pilates.
- VERSATILE small yoga balls for exercise that can augment various exercises in Pilates, yoga, barre or as a physical therapy ball. The small swiss ball is the perfect aid in building core strength.
- RECOMMENDED by trainers and physical therapists. The inflatable fitball, small yoga ball for exercise aids in increased balance, and flexibility, as well as recovery with hip, knee or sciatica issues.
- INCLUDED with the core ball are exercises and an extra inflation straw. The exercise balls physical therapy are inflated in seconds and is easy to bring on the run.
- USED BY PHYSICAL THERAPISTS, POSTPARTUM MOMS, DANCERS & BARRE TEACHERS — PTs hand it to patients as a small exercise ball for between knees rehab. Postpartum moms (6+ weeks out with OB clearance) reach for it during diastasis-friendly bridges and pelvic-floor work. Dancers and barre instructors keep small balls in their gym bag for adductor sets and off-season conditioning. Desk workers stash a physio ball by the chair for 5-minute mobility breaks.
- BUILT FOR REAL CORE WORK — These mini balls are the size PT clinics actually stock — the 9 inch pilates ball your therapist hands you for home protocols (also called a pilates ball 9 inch). Wedge the physical therapy equipment between your knees during bridge progressions, between your palms for chest work, or under your low back for supine bridges. The squeeze pressure builds your transverse abdominis, inner thighs, and glute medius without joint impact.
- FITS ADULTS, FITS LIFE — The 9-inch diameter is the size most PT clinics stock because it stays put between adult-sized knees and holds firm-but-yielding pressure you can hold for 30+ seconds without grip fatigue. Smaller than typical pilates balls or the workout ball small you see in barre studios — also a great ab ball or small workout ball for travel. Available in multiple colors including pink pilates ball variants.
- MORNINGS, LUNCH BREAKS, OR POST-PT — Use it during a 10-minute morning mobility routine, between meetings as a desk-side core reset, or after a PT session to keep your guided home protocol going. Among workout balls for exercise, this one fits in a desk drawer or PT bag. Pairs beautifully with a yoga mat, foam roller, pilates ring, and instructor channels like Move with Nicole.
- MADE BY PROBODY PILATES — A small US business founded in 2014, designing pilates equipment for home, studio, and clinic use. We inspect every ball before it ships. If yours bursts or leaks within 12 months, message us and we'll replace it. Built for shoppers who care about barre, pilates, PT-grade gear, and Pilates equipment for home workouts.
- PRECAUTIONS: Consult physician before starting an exercise program with this therapeutic exercise ball. Leave off of finished wood surfaces during when not using core ball for exercise.

Perfect. This ball was purchased for at home pilates/barre classes I do from home. It is easy to blow up. This ball is exactly what we use for in-person classes.
Good quality for price. It was easy to inflate and had a textured outside that was helpful for the PT I had to do.
Good product – Pilates Ball for exercise. As advertised. Arrived in a timely manner. Works well for exercise needs.
Great quality and surface feel. Nothing to dislike, well made, good surface feel, great price, and Amazon shipping.
Yoga ball. As expected
Great quality, a bit big. Great quality, color doesn’t match the description, it’s bigger than most pilates balls but it works. Super easy to inflate – just as a balloon -no need to buy additional tools for that .
It’s good quality. It works great, was easy to inflate.
Arrived early. Very easy to inflate. The exercise ball is soft and stays inflated during use. Good value for the price.
Looks fine for now. It’s a bit harder to inflate than I thought but looks like it’s working. Tho I’m not sure about the design& quality of the plug and whether it can truly prevent from air leaking for a long time.
Pro Body Pilates ball – nice product. Works well for stretch exercises. Nice size, Easy grip and functional.
Pretty good. Seems pretty good so far, easy to inflate, and has a nice firm but squishy feel. Haven’t had a chance to use it properly for a while so I can’t comment to its durability. A small detail, but I got the wrong color. Ordered “mist” and got a darker grey that looks like “slate”

Great size. Was recommended by my PT doctor to strengthen my rotator. Has been working great because it’s soft and flexible.
perfect pilates ball. the size might be a little larger than the one i use in studio but it works great for home. love the color too!
This ball is very good. This product was very good at what I needed it for and it is suitable for rhythmic gymnastics!!! #ILOVEIT!!!!
Good product. NIce for it’s use. Loses a bit of air over time, but easy to reinflate.
Great Pilates and yoga ball at a good price. I had to buy a replacement ball because I let my grandsons kick around my old one and of course they kicked a hole in it. I purchased pro body products in the past and I have had nothing but great success with them so I thought I’d give their Pilates ball a try. It’s exactly as described and it’s perfect for my needs as a professional group fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Great for abs workouts. I love working out with this ball. It fits in a medium to larger gym bag with no problem. It’s functional and you can use it for different activities. It was really easy to inflate and the feel is very durable. It was easy to pump too.
Love it. Love it!
Physical therapy ball. Great ball for physical therapy at home!
Look no further. Excellent quality for the price. I finally found the perfect pilates ball! The color is beautiful, no odor, very easy to inflate + super durable. The grip is perfect- nice and “sticky,” making it easy to hold with one hand – super functional. The size is perfect for my everyday pilates/yoga/exercise purpose. I highly recommend this ball to anyone looking for a great quality pilates ball.
The perfect ball for my new exercise routine. I really wasn’t sure if this little ball could withstand the amount of pressure on it like it does when I use it to exercise. The texture is so perfect it doesn’t slip out from under my hips or back or even feet. It was super easy to pump up and has not needed to be refilled with any air for months now. I’m impressed. It’s very durable and it’s really helped improve my cores strength. Overall I would highly recommend this exercise ball.
Perfect size. It is great, perfect size to exercise.
Excellent for Pilates and other activities. Good size and lightweight, easy to inflate. Excellent for Pilates and other activities.
Fast delivery. Love my pirate’s ball. Easy to inflate and works great for my workouts.
