Large size. Larger mat for men is nice. I am 6′ and it is large enough for Yoga workouts and other core workouts. You can maintain grip with feet during workout. Mat is thick enough for elbows during slide planks.
Big enough to fall all over. I have bad knees and this mat is soft enough for me to do yoga poses that put pressure on the knees. I wanted to be able to do lizards pose without having to put my feet on the mat, or other poses that otherwise you would be outside of your mat, this one is wide enough to stay on the mat. Also, I fall a lot. It’s nice to be able to direct my fall so I’m still on the mat instead of the hard floor. Really, all yoga mats should be this size
Great Durable mat. Though it is a bit heavy, I really love this mat. I have used it a bunch of times since I received it. It’s thicker padding makes it comfortable to lie or sit on it.
Exactly as advertised. Only had about 4 sessions with it so far. But I’m a big guy 6’1” and about 300lbs and this mat is perfect. Great texture for traction and big enough for me to lie on completely.

Big mat but didn’t use it for yoga. I only gave it 5 stars because I didn’t use it for what it’s supposed to be used for lol. If anyone plans on using it for a base for a bunny or small animal cage they can chew through it. My bunny is very destructive and I thought it would last but it didn’t. Good for yoga tho I’m sure.
Very pleased with comfort and XL size. I’m 6’4″ and now “fit” on the mat during yoga classes. I find the thickness to be about right for me and find the grip solid with no slipperiness.
Long, heavy, thick, and well padded. After going through several typical mats, I sought out a longer, thicker yoga mat for my 5’ 11”, 190 pound frame. After 5 month’s use, this mat has exceeded my expectations. It’s heavy. The walk from my car to the yoga studio is a workout on it’s own! But I love the extra length. No more body parts hanging over the edge onto the cold, wooden floor. It’s also plenty thick and it never slips or shifts on the floor. I command extra space on the sometimes crowded yoga studio, and use the roll-up strap for the yoga positions requiring a strap. Great product.
As expected. I’m 6’6” and feel this is a great fit. It cushions my knees well, but would have received 5 stars if was just a bit thicker.

Perfect Size. I’m 6 ft tall, and the mat is the perfect length for me to stretch out on to stretch. And it really soft but firm.
Nice wide thicker pad. I like the width and the extra cushion of the thickness. I’m an older guy with injuries so the narrower thinner mats makes it difficult for me.

Love this big yoga mat. I love this giant yoga mat! I started watching yoga videos on YouTube in my living room, and I wanted a yoga mat that was almost as big as my living room rug:) With this mat, I can stretch out front-to-back or side-to-side, and I’m still on the comfort of the mat. That is what I wanted! Would recommend.

Great for tall people, but you might need two. I use this mat and personally I love it. The only issue I have is it is a bit flimsy for someone who might be a bit skinnier. I’m 6 ft 4 and pretty skinny; my solution was to buy two and line them up together. There might be a mat that is more comfortable for me, but with how I use it, two on top of each other works for me.

Exactly as described. Perfect for my workout room. Large enough to comfortably do all of my workouts without half my body being on the hard floor. It did have an unpleasant smell for the first couple uses and it was slippery but the more I use it, the better it gets.

Great size for tall people. I’m 6’2” and this is plenty big for me with room to spare. Carry strap seems solid. Thickness I believe is pretty standard. It had a little smell when opened but not surprisingly. I’m new to yoga so maybe it’s just me but I do slip a bit when trying to do certain poses.

Perfect big and tall workout mat. As someone taller than 6 feet and wider than 2 feet, this mat works perfectly for my workout needs. It doesn’t slip on my hardwood floors and it has enough cushioning to make the workouts more comfortable. If you are a big and tall person I would highly recommend this product!

Great choice for a larger mat. I’m not the tallest man 5’9, but I love the extra space this mat has compared to a regular size one. It isn’t super thick, but it’s durable.
GREAT MAT. I don’t normally provide reviews. This mat works extremely well for me. I am 6′ 6″ and 240 lbs. Others have said that the mat is slippery….I have NOT found that to be the case for me. I work out barefoot on the mat and have not experience the slippage others have indicated. It’s been an excellent product.

There seems to be a coating on the mat that give it a little sheen. That coating might be the reason why when I sweat in my palms I slip while holding yoga poses. Other than that the mat is comfy.

Perfect for tall people. This mat is excellent, I am 6’5” and it is hard to find a mat that fits my size, the additional width is also great. The material rolls up and stores easy. I would highly recommend for tall people especially.

Bigger mat more space & comfort. It’s oversized! I enjoy the ability to stay on the mat which, I always found annoying at times.
Nice Mat. I bought this mat because the one I had been using was just barely longer than my height. I often had to reposition myself to stay on it. This mat is large enough that I don’t have to worry about that any more. Another thing I like is that it is durable and does not slip on the wood floor where I exercise. It’s not as soft as the mat I had been using, but it’s soft enough for everything I do during my exercise routine.
