After using it three weeks — I really like it. I have severe mobility problems and I can’t ‘stand’ in the kitchen any more. But my kitchen is NOT wheelchair friendly (way too small and everything is too high up). I’ve worn out 2-3 rolling chairs — particularly the hydraulics on anything small enough for the kitchen isn’t heavy duty enough for *me*. ! – I like that it is chrome — it is heavy duty and doesn’t “creak” under me. 2 — even at the lowest setting it’s higher than most office chairs “high”. 3 – the seat is larger than some — which **for me** is good.OK — discussion re: “reality” — someone else mentioned this so be careful when you consider this. This chair **IS** fast. So either make danged sure you have hold of it when you sit down or roll it back against something when you sit down because it **could** go out from under you easily. Particularly if you are a short person !!! I have to really raise myself up way higher than normal to sit down on this. For *me* — I’m so short I’m really handicapped by my own kitchen because even reaching into the sink can be torture. This chair — at it’s *lowest* setting — makes it possible for me to do dishes and reach into the sink to wash something. **Because it is already at it’s lowest setting** I truly don’t have to give a fig about the hydraulic because at it’s lowest setting it’s FINE for me.None of the rolling chairs are at all good at being descriptive about how “high” they are – you can’t tell if the measurement is from the bottom of the seat or the top (this one is from the top) — but the seat is 3″ of *very* stiff foam. This seat is not going to break down overnight.I am really very happy with this — it’s sturdy, it’s height works well for me where I must use it. But I am **extremely** cautious how I sit down on it — I make sure my behind is squarely ON the seat — but I also make sure I’m not too far *back* or it could tip over!! For me, it works best to back the seat up to a cabinet and sit down with my back to the cabinet — it ensures I don’t go too far back, but it also ensures it doesn’t roll out from under me.Sorry to be so verbose – -but I agonized over this decision for weeks because I felt like none of the descriptions were adequate — and I read **every** review and tried to apply them to what “reality” would be to have this in my home. If you are tall — it’s going to be a whole different story. If you are wanting to have it very high – I can’t tell you a thing. But given the million office chairs I’ve had in my life this is sturdy and well constructed and the cost was reasonable.
Nice Chair. It was very simple to assemble. It rolls smoothly and is comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time.
Doctors office. This is exactly what I needed. Works great and comfortable
Good chair, but not if you are short. Nice chair, easy to put together , seat is very stiff. . Unfortunately, at the lowest setting, the seat height is at 21” tall. I am 5’2”, and can’t put my feet flat on floor. It does raise up nice and tall, so if I was working at a taller desk, it would be great. The description doesn’t note the seat height range, so learn from my mistake, and do pay attention if this is important to you.
Great Stool. I am disabled with spine issues and can’t stand long. I had another stool for 6 yrs that was a life saver. But the cushion was 1/2 as thick and seriously flattened over these years. I re-bought the exact same one. But found out after the first week when 2 wheels broke (had a 330lb weight compacity) and the seat flattened that the company did have to make material adjustments for cost purposes. I was mad because they tried to play off the exact stool for degraded materials. So was very happy to find this one. I used it mostly in my kitchen that has a desk next to sink, washer/dryer right off of it. So I rolled everywhere from doing dishes to changing laundry. I am not a little person so I really read the reviews and weight limits. I was a bit concerned that the weight limit was only 275lbs as I weighed that just a year ago. But have brought it down now. I am 250lbs and I am so impressed with this stool. It rolls like I am on glass and the cushion is so comfortable. It is just perfect. I hope it holds for a long time. I highly recommend this stool.
Great Stool. Update 11/3/24: I wanted to update my initial review from one year ago. I use this stool daily to help me do my chores. I roll from kitchen to laundry, to microwave, do dishes, etc… due to spine issues. It rolls so nice and the cushion is amazing as it did not deflate like I thought it might as I weigh 250lb. I am so pleased with this stool as it literally is a tool for me to age at home with disabilities and keep my house up the best I can. I still highly recommend.Sept 2023 Purchase: I am disabled with spine issues and can’t stand long. I had another stool for 6 yrs that was a life saver. Exactly as advertised. Exactly as advertised, did have to raise my desk a bit to accommodate the minimum height. Casters needed a bit of muscle to install. Stool raises/lowers/rolls well. Very satisfied.
compact, suportive. funtional, sturdy so far. easy to assemble. like the value, compactness, back support, sturdy so far, and assembly easy. plenty of height in seat for my usage. there is some pressure on the back of thighs, more like a padded stool than an ergonomically designed office chair.
Physical Therapist recommended this chair and it’s great for my back. I love a lot about this chair. My PT told me to get this chair. She instructed me to sit in it backwards and adjust the height so my knees are lower than my hips. I have a tilted pelvis and have chronic pain. I am not supposed to sit on the couch. It puts too much pressure on my sacrum and the slouch is hurting me, even if it seems like it feels good to sit that way at the time. I stuff a pillow between myself and the back of the chair and rest my elbows on it. The chair itself is well made with nice materials. It spins delightfully with ease. I am 5.7 and l weigh 185. You would not know it by the way the chair glides. I am not afraid it will fall out from under me. It could have a better height range. It would be better for me, since l am sitting in it backwards, to be able to lower the seat closer to the ground. Also, l would like to be able to adjust the back height. Other than those 2 things, it’s great. I could have returned it, but l didn’t see anything better, so I’m glad I found this chair. It makes a great sewing chair with the lumbar support!!! I gave it 4 stars because of the back and height adjustments for my specific needs only. I might also add, I’ve waited to do my review until I have actually used it. Why do people review something they haven’t used????
Absolute balance when you sit even on the edge of the stool. I would have given this chair a rating of 6 out of 5- if possible..This chair is very sturdy and very smooth to handle. It doesn’t scratch the floor. It is worth every penny of what you spend on it. Currently, I use it only in the Kitchen, but I cannot take it to any other room, like the Hall, dining, bedrooms, etc., because the kitchen has a cement ridge on the floor that goes out of it. The ridge is too high to cross the chair. I will buy the second chair on my next social security check.

Solid and comfortable. I use it in my workbench for model kit building and so far, so good. Simple to put together, comfortable, can be adjusted to a very tall height, wheels movement is smooth and build quality is solid. Overall, I’m very happy with this stool.

east to assemble. Confortable back and bottom. East to put together. If I can assemble it anyone can! Wheels are great for scooting around. And the seat rises and lowers however, the back stays in one position only. Still conforms to my back well. I’m happy with the purchase.
Excellent Product. This is the second one of these that I have owned. It is well constructed, and easily assembled. It arrived well packaged and quickly. I highly recommend this product.
