Charger no longer works and bought less than a year ago. bought this product not even a year ago and now it will not charge anymore. This is so upsetting and it says it comes with a one year warranty but cant figure out who im supposed to contact.
slim power bank. The finish is satiny and easy to hold and the color is nice, not blotchy or streaked (I got purple). It charged my iPad fairly quickly. My one complaint is that, even though it says you can plug into your laptop, it didn’t work for me. The first time I tried charging, nothing worked. Maybe my cord is bad, (cord was really cheap) so it might work just fine for you. I tried both the USB-C and lightning to charge from my computer and also from a charging brick plugged into the wall and nothing happened. I was discouraged and a bit upset that it wasn’t changing. Then I remembered a turbo charge brick with USB-C to USB-C cable. THAT did the trick. it charged up pretty quickly after it was attached to the turbo. If you are having issues charging, try a turbo.
Works well but heavy. Does the job well but on the heavy side. If you’re looking for something to travel with, take note of the size and weight
Holds it charge for weeks. It’s a piece of mind, when I am about to have my phone die and no outlet to charge it.

Excellent even if a bit large. After a couple months or more, I can say this is the best battery/charger I’ve owned after a half dozen others. I is a bit large, but it gives you a choice of charging outputs including USB type A or B along with the newer USB C type that seems to be becoming the more universal output…at least for now in 2024. It hold as charge FAR LONGER than any other I’ve used and this may account for why it is such a relatively large charger and a tad heavier. But the way it hold a charge and charges quickly more than makes up for that minor negative, so it definitely is a Five Star, A+ product. I’ve charged it about 30 times now and it is still lasting for a long time with great power retention, and it is still my favorite power bank by far. Great product; highly recomended
Excellent & long life. I bought 3 of these in May of 23 after receiving one from my sister as a birthday gift. These things are excellent and I am purchasing more of the newer version (30k) as Christmas gifts this year. What’s actually amazing about these units is they hold a charge for months on end. I schedule charge checks on these devices, flashlights etc several times a year and this thing barely looses one dot while it stores in our emergency bin. Well worth the money. You can never have enough backup power in an emergency.

Inexpensive. All that I can say at this point is that it’s easy to charge. Haven’t used it yet to know how well it works. Design is sleek and small enough not to be bulky. If it works as advertised I will be well pleased with the money I spent

Love this battery charger. I purchased 2 battery chargers in blue for my husband who travels a lot. This battery charger works wonderful and charges my husband’s and my iphones’ at lightening speed. They work very well and look very nice. We both like the fact that the charger is not heavy and is easy to carry with you while the phone is charging. Just recently the power went out in our entire neighborhood for over 15 hours due to a bad windstorm — during this time we were able to use the flashlight on our iphones constantly to see where we were going in our home. We did not have to worry at all about low battery on our phones. It’s a great charger to buy. It charged our iphones from 10% all the way to 100% even when we were still using our phones. So far we found we can charge each phone twice on one battery and still have power left over on the charger. I would definitely recommend it as it’s easy to use, is compatible with both android phones & iphones. The value for the money is definitely worth it. Last of all the size & weight are nice as well. .
Right size, light weight. Right price. I’ve been in Mexico using this as a back up on long hikes and boat trips. It’s easy to carry along with my iPhone since they are the same size. This is easy to charge. It charges quickly. It’s powered up my iPad and seems to last a long time. I have yet to run out of power after two months. I charged this once and used it as a back up only a few times.

Now it’s in the glove box.

Reliable power bank. Slips in your pocket. Fairly quick for recharging your phone. Stays fully charged for at least a month. I highly recommend as a back up power source particularly if your out on a hike all day and away from civilization but using your phone as a geo-locator.
Charger. This battery is actually really decent for the price. Once fully charged itself, it actually holds a charge for quite a long time allowing my phone to fully recharge and then still have juice to charge my kindle or more. But it doesn’t seem to charge stuff SUPER fast…however it’s not that slow either. I’m happy with this purchase.
Reliable Product – Highly Recommend. This an exceptional product. I just ordered another 3 battery packs from Bonai. Two of this model and 1 of the larger one with more capacity. I bought my first one at least 5 years ago that is this same model and it still works great. I’ve used it on trips, at music events, camping, etc it’s great and so durable!! Never run out of battery again when it’s important. Built to last. I 100% recommend this product.
