  1. This will save your wrists. Master Yoga teacher here: This product will save the practice of those who suffer from “Yoga Wrist Syndrome” (I made that name up). Keep them at the top of the mat for all chaturangas, down dogs, even lunge-based poses. Never flatten the wrists if there is a problem with them. Use both, of course, for poses calling for flattened hands or any hands on the floor even if one wrist is ok. This will keep the balance even. For example, on a side twist from lunge position, use the support on both sides. Otherwise, one hand will be lower and the body stretch will be different on the supported side. BRILLIANT modification for those with bad wrists.

  2. Relieves wrist angle but puts all weight on small area of palm, causing hand pain. I have some hand and wrist pain from working at a computer all day, and the more I practice yoga, the more the pain is exacerbated. My wrists just can’t handle weight on that 90-degree angle bend. I have a pair of Wags gloves (gloves with a wedge in the palm to alleviate the angle) which help my writs a bit, but they sometimes cause hand pain because my palms aren’t able to make full contact with the mat.I found myself having to do some poses on my fists, so I decided to try these bars instead to help remove my wrists from the equation. I went with these because they were made with yoga in mind and seemed to have more ergonomic palm support than your typical “push-up bars” which I hoped would helped avoid hand pain.I washed them first with soap and water as instructed. Once washed they have lots of grip to them both on the bottoms and the hand pads, and also have a slight “squish” to them which is nice. They feel stable and don’t slip on the mat at all.Unfortunately they’re not for me – I watched their video and read the instructions for proper hand placement, but no matter what I tried, these caused hand pain because it felt like all my weight was being concentrated on a smaller point on my hands, rather than being spread out across the whole palm. There was just too much pressure on the center of the palm and base of the thumb joint, as I marked in my photos. Having my weight on these in poses like plank was just way too hard on the hands. I have a better time just being on my fists honestly, because the weight gets distributed more evenly. I tried them for a couple practices but will be returning them.I do have smaller hands at 6.5,” so maybe it has something to do with that and someone with larger hands would fare better?

  3. Great for wrist relief. I have been practicing yoga for a few months now and noticed my wrists were hurting. I bought these and are happy I can continue to practice yoga without any pain in my wrists.

  4. Very helpful for wrists. This product is a godsend. Perfect for using with yoga and other body weight exercises without straining the wrists. helped eliminate my wrist discomfort from yoga.

  5. Better than any Pushup Handles out there. This product is a game-changer not just for yoga but for push-ups as well! I was initially skeptical about the price, especially when compared to other push-up handles in the market, but trust me, there’s a good reason why these sturdy, ergonomic handles cost more. Most push-up handles have a very narrow bar, which means you end up putting all your weight on a small surface area. This can be extremely uncomfortable and even lead to injuries in the long run. These handles are by far the widest I’ve found; they allow for equal weight distribution, resulting in less strain and more comfort during your workouts.I started using push-up handles because my wrists would hurt from doing push-ups directly on the floor. Regular handles did help to some extent by allowing me to keep my wrist straight, but they wreaked havoc on my carpal tunnel. It was a frustrating compromise until I found these incredible handles. These handles are, without a doubt, the best in the market. They have a divot for you thumb and wide grip to provide exceptional support and significantly reduce the strain on your wrists and hands. In short, if you’re struggling with discomfort or pain during your push-ups, do yourself a favor and invest in these handles. They are worth every penny. The comfort and support they offer are unmatched – you won’t regret it!

  7. Actually works. The media could not be loaded. I experience wrist pain related to carpal tunnel. These things make it so that I can practice yoga without any pain!! No slipping. Very very stable. I feel comfortable doing arm balances on these. Highly recommend if you have sensitive wrists. Thank you to the creators for making such a dope product!

  8. Perfect for yoga and calisthenics. Bought these about a year ago and can’t think of any cons with this product. It’s stable, well built, durable, and grippy both on the floor and the hand. My wife uses it for yoga because she has a bad wrist and I use it for calisthenics where I put all of my body weight on for planche practice, L-sits, etc. daily. There isn’t any sign of wear on it so a bit surprised I see reviews from other people with tears and things. Highly recommend not just for yoga but even to use as parallettes for calisthenics.

Helps with planks/pushups. Bought these for a yoga student of mine. She is 84 and said I want these to help my wrist when doing planks. She loves them. They are sturdy and comfortable.

  10. Great aid for arthritic hands and wrists. I use these for yoga and body pump classes. I use them for push-ups and for poses like down-dog. Since using these I have increased the number of push-ups I can do because my hands do not hurt. Therefore, I am stronger, therefore, I am healthier. I make sure they go with me to every class. Well worth the price.
