Perfect. I’m so pleased with this product!It’s made well! Easy assembly and application. I only needed directions to find the sensor to get the phone out. I personally suction to my window. It also has a clip for vent. And if your car allows im sure it can go on a dash. I no longer have to worry about my phone falling off the magnetic or the wire getting caught every time im placing it up to magnetic.Also good notes to make: the 2 end pieces that close to hold phone in are at a low height so it doesn’t touch your side buttonsAlso I have a note and I have tried I phone and wide phones in the port and they fit and charge.Edit: this item fell apart after a few months.. 1 year later I bought it again and it kept falling down . I’m not sure if it had to do with the weight of my phone or not but the concept was good.

Suffers from a key oversight [& edit]. My note 10 was perfect. I do DoorDashing so I’m continually putting my phone in and out. It take a bit getting use to remembering to take the phone out before you turn the car off. The sticky suction cup seems to hold my heavy phone well even with the mount extended all the way out. I have it stuck on a slight curved surface too. I have a black car so it gets very hot when parked in the sun too. It’s not really a fast charger. It just keeps up with navigation running if running anther app too you may need to plug your phone in. But it charges even with a thick case. The charger gets hot though. Not sure how long that will last. It’s tricky to remove the large phone because you hardly see it let go of it because it just fits. So far it’s 5 stars. It only been several weeks now so things could change. Right now I like it very much.

Works well enough. The media could not be loaded. Worked perfectly for about 5 months. It holds my phone in place very well and the suction has held for far longer than I thought it would. It does come unstuck sometimes when it’s above 90 out but other than that the weight doesn’t bring it down. After about 7 months the charger it came with started to fall out of the port, fixed this by resting it against the dash. Not a huge deal. About a month later the charging became a little spotty, and it’s only got worse since then. Recently it tries to close more around my phone, this is very loud and annoying, and I am worried about the little motor inside destroying itself. But for a solid 7 or 8 months this lil guy was putting in the work and I would buy another one if the motor decides to die or the charging completely goes out.
After 4 months, no longer fast charging. Cons:Lost fast charge:Bought in October and it is now mid February. It did fast charge at first, but not sure when that stopped. If you have your navi open, it will charge 1% every couple of minutes. When I first bought this charger, it would fully charge up by 1 hr at half battery. Now, it says it will take 2 hrs. If I’m at 30%, it would take 3+ hrs.Does not hold charge:Another inconvenience is that if your phone is sitting in the charge with the clamps closed, the phone holder does not keep charge so that you can open it to release your phone after you turn off your car. I noticed forcing my phone out caused the clamps to not register if it’s open or closed. So now, I have to turn my car back on to take my phone out of the holder. I would not have bought this charger had I known it does not hold charge.Pros:Arm design:The length and style of the arm is nice. The suction cup is very sturdy. It has not fallen once even thru bumpy roads in DC.Sensor location:I like the open and close sensor location on the back. I don’t have to worry about accidentally opening the clamps if I need to tap my phone while driving.
Not true Qi. The lock/unlock feature is really cool and works well. The charger won’t keep up with s21 with the screen on. It is not a 15W Qi charger. It makes my phone hot and shuts down all of the apps. If I am trying to run Google Maps with the screen in day mode, it will maintain the battery at whatever I have at that time, not fast charging. My Galaxy s21 needs 15W to fast charge. I have to place it in front of my AC vent to get it to not over heat. Good price point, but doesn’t perform as well as more expensive cradles. Yes I am using the cord that came with it and have experimented with other heavy duty cords with the same result. If I need to fast charge, I unplug the cord from the cradle and go directly to the phone. Yes I am using a 3A 15W Qi transformer that will fast charge my phone when directly connected.
Great for about 8 months. When new it worked great! Biggest issue for me was when other people would drive my vehicle and not remember what I told them on how to use it. Worked great for me though and best of all wasn’t only for iPhones.After about 8 months the gel melted to the window or more or less turned into the most difficult goo I’ve had to clean up after. I’d add a photo but there plenty of others that already have. I would have to imagine that if you lived in a state that actually gets or stays hot you would have to remove it very frequently or it would melt even sooner. Again, worked great for all phones that can charge that way while it lasted.

May not be best for charging phones with cases. Purchased this unit to use on an extended road trip. Had a few issues with it staying attached to the windshield as well as keeping my phone (Note 8) charged while using Waze. Windshield was cleaned prior to attaching and had to have the phone supported to keep it attached. Overall the quality seems good so not sure what the issue is.

I mickey moussed a Sticky plate to my dash to give the charger suction cup something better to grab on to… I also had to put it on the shortest extension of the arm so weight of the phone and charger wouldn’t pull the suction cup off which put the phone in front of the dash AC vent blocking a vent and making my phone super cold so I had to close that vent off (I live in Florida) not Ideal. Then after 2 weeks I was getting intermittent charging when i hit bumps until it stopped charging all together. I threw in the trash and bought something else.

Update: Stopped closing. Opened up our A/C vents and hasn’t fallen off for a month now. Update: After using this for less than 2 months, 1 of the 2 won’t close on the phone without plugging and unplugging it almost every time. I was worried about the reliability of this motor mechanism, and wish they would have just used a manual close. We are past our 30 day return window and will have to buy something else.We used this to replace the phone charging air vent clamps, which both blocked the air and adjustments, and kept falling out unexpectedly. We are getting used to the auto clamp function and remembering to unclamp the phones before turning the car off when parking. It was long enough to attach to the windshield and reach back to be usable. It charges at high speed and we will be buying more for both of our cars. It appears to be well built and the suction cup function is almost like a sticker. They haven’t moved or fell after 1 month of temperatures in the 100’s.
Sticks well. This has been a life changer for me! It holds and charges my phone but also I can see the maps on here very well! I use it with my job and don’t know how I ever lived without it!!!

Great charger with a few things that could be better. I’ve had this charger for a few years now and can give a long term review.It works well when the temperature is cool and led so when it’s warm. And when I mean warm I’m talking middle of the summer when it’s hard to keep the car cool while driving. So this isn’t really a fault.The one downfall I’ve found lately is there is no adjustment for the length of the phone. I’ve changed phones and now that I have an S24 ultra, it doesn’t line up to charge any moreIf it could be adjusted I’d still be happy but I have to look for a new one. Thanks for the good longevity and durability.
