The ultra fine mesh is very helpful. I needed an ultra fine mesh skimmer to get the finer particles from the pool, that went right through my regular net. This net did the trick! I intentionally sought out an ultra fine net w a gusset, as the flat ones limit how much I can gather before dumping. I liked that the pole length is adjustable; it can either be a hand net or a longer net to use at pool side. I would prob op for a net that can attach to the heavier, extendable poles next time though, this pole is thin and could bend if I’m not mindful.
Strong enough for everyday use. I seen a lot of poor reviews over this item, but I’ve been using it for a few months and I’m not gentle with anything I use. It has held up to the demands and has been used in a salt-water pool and left outside in the weather (demanding sun and heat and lots of rain). No issues what so ever. So if you need simple and effective without spending a fortune, just go for it. Don’t expect to pole vault with it, but for small pools, it works perfectly
Fast. Wish it was longer and more durable. The stick starts bending if you pick up too many leaves at one time

Light weight. For the price it does exactly what I need for the pool for in between maintenance to skim out leaves ! Lightweight and not to long which is what I wanted
Decent but not heavy duty. Came fast and put together easily in two minutes! We had a storm come through mid fill up of our pool so I needed something fast to fish out storm debris from surrounding trees. It got the job done but I worried while using it because you can feel all the joints flex while using. I’m also a tad aggressive while netting in order to get everything so it may just be me.The product itself is great and I highly recommend for any pool user big or small, especially if you’re doing light duty skimming or already have a pool vacuum and you’re just getting a few leaves. The net may be a tad shallow for big heavy duty pool jobs but I liked it because the holes in the net itself don’t filter out small tiny debris or bugs, it got everything including larger pieces of gravel and pine needles.Docked one star for the sturdiness or the pole connection joints and the shallow net.
Works, but flimsy. The product looks good on paper: good size for smaller pool, ample accessories, etc. However, the tubing is quite thin and feels flimsy. The net is capable of catching even very small bits of debris, but its webbing is thin and so far I feel that I must be quite cautious when using this so as not to bend or tear anything. I think this product would be better if it were sturdier. However it does work-so far-so maybe three stars is right.
Works good. It is very light and I use it in my pool around the edge to pick up leaves and don’t hold a lot but it’s light so it works for me it’s pretty sturdy I like it

Works well for small pool or jacuzzi. Perfect for small pools or a small job. Nice and light weight. I use it in a large blow up pool and for that it is perfect. Smaller than a large pool net but works well for my needs.
Great for inflatable, scoop works great. Amazing, works perfect for my inflatable pool and has a scoop at the tip tht gets all the stuff off the bottom, the net is very fine so gets even the smallest particles. Great price too!
Does the job but not too sturdy. It does the job but very lightweight. Smaller than I thought it was but I didnt read the description thoroughly. My fault. Will not fit a standard pool vacuum. Easy to put together. Just got it so not sure how long it will last. Not very sturdy. My grandkids were trying to catch bugs with it!!!
I like my pool wands a little thicker, like my wife. She should eat more. This pool scoop may feel a little flimsy, but don’t let its delicate demeanor fool you—it’s like the ninja of kiddie pool maintenance. One minute, leaves and bugs are living their best life, the next, poof, they’re gone. Works so well I half expect it to start scooping the kids out when they get too rowdy. Perfect for our little pool, easy to use, and hasn’t broken yet… though I’m treating it with the same gentle touch I’d give a baby bird. Would pay a little bit more for something a little thicker including my wife 😀 Kidding. I hope she doesn’t see this review.
Cannonball. Quality is great for the price point and works on the large pool we have. Doesn’t bend or buckle and looks just like your standard pool skimmer, standard use for getting leaves and small items out of the pool. Color is silver and blue and aligns with the rest of our equipment and stores perfectly with our other pool equipment.
Perfect pond skimmer. Perfect size for my little pond. Doesn’t take up too much room, but dies the job. Light weight but sturdy, net is good sized with a little depth to carry a bunch of leaves. You can see the beginning and after in my bird pond.
Not too shabby, excellent product. I came here to buy a second one. The first one I bought was in May of 2023.I used my first one every day, and it eventually became a little shabby, so I’m buying another one today. I think it did very well because I live in Florida and I use it every day, not just in the summer, because my pool does not close.
