checked it against a known accurate thermometer and it was on the money. It seems sturdy and time will tell. I checked for accuracy as the thermometer it is replacing is not accurate. I was impressed that it was accurate as some models in the store vary several degrees one from the other.
Works. This is great thermometer for our pool. Two draw backs are that the string they sent is way to short. we bought this to sit toward the middle of the pool to get a more accurate ideal of the pool temperature. The send is that the temperature lines are the same color so it is a bit hard to see. Would buy again though.
Good Size and Accurrate Reading. The main numbers (ie: 60,70, 80,90 etc.) are colored white on blue, and are easy to read. The increment lines (eg: 72, 74, 76, 78) are same color — blue on blue — therefore a little more difficult to read quickly. But still not too difficult since it’s a good-sized thermometer. The attached cord is waaayyy too short to be of any real use. For that reason, I’m giving a rating of 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Cord situation was easily resolved by cutting a length of cotton twine (ie: kite string), attaching string to the thermometer, and then hanging thermometer from my pool ladder. Temperature appears to be accurate. Overall, I’m satisfied with this thermometer.

As advertised. I mean it’s a thermometer for the pool. I can read it without my readers so that’s a plus.
Thermostat. Would great in our pool.
Great Spa thermometer. Have had spa for about 20 years. Always had a little trouble reading the temp of water fast enough before the cool air started dropping the temp and not really giving me a true reading. Because of the small well, at bottom of this instrument to hold water, you can now pull up the thermometer, find light to see reading and read it without the temp reading dropping.
Great solid thermometer. This is a simple, well-made thermometer, easy to read and accurate. We did not need fancy and we did not need a dolphin thermometer. It looks good and it does the good job there.
This thermometer doesn’t work. Product arrived with the material that shows you the water temperature as an inconsistent line, with multiple gaps. When submerged in water, the temperature reading did not change. A useless thermo, which app to be impossible to return.
Great to Check Spa Temp Reading. I was having an issue with the spa showing 108 degrees and wanted to doublecheck that the heat sensors were working correctly and water temperature the spa was displaying was correct. This thermometer has a high temperature range so it is perfect for a spa.
