Dog enjoyed this mess-free dental treat. My dog was skeptical at licking the stick, but once she tried it she liked it. I love that it’s a mess-free way to give her something that will help prevent plaque buildup. The only thing that is a bit unclear is the dosage pertaining to number of “clicks” on the tube/stick. I felt like I was kind of guessing on that.
Great item — all 10 love it …. I love trying new items – as soon as i saw this product, Twist and Lick, i knew i had to have it. Bought 4, got them fast and tried right away—— all 10 of my pooches love it …. So just ordered 8 more / I believe in pre-emptive care – better for my wallet overall and the pets also — would not want to have to afford 10x$1000 or more in one vet related dentistry apt – i would if i had to but why, when products such as this are there to assist — all my gang have beautiful white teeth/no tartar or plaque and i want to keep it that way – this twist and lick will save me money and time in the long run – i recommend this item.
Pup won’t stop asking for more. Not sure what they have in this oral gel but I’ve only used for a few days, and my pup comes running over from the next room when he hears me popping the cap open. Recommended dosage is just 2 clicks which I stick to, but he keeps wanting more! So, no difficulty at all in getting our pup to lick! (It’s always been the hardest task getting him to open his mouth when brushing his teeth, even when using poultry flavored paste…) Also appreciate that the smell isn’t offensive to the human nose!
Seems to be a great product held back by how it is dispensed. First of all, my dog absolutely loves this product. He was hesitant at first but once he tried it he very much looks forward to it when he sees it. I have not been using it very long however I have noticed some improvement already – nothing drastic but these sorts of things are always a process.My singular complaint with the product is the dispenser. I thought it was inventive to use a push up method to regulate the product amount however it isn’t easy to actually measure the amount being dispensed. The videos and ads I watched said ‘2 clicks and go’. (I believe the package says this as well.). Well, when I get ready to use it’s somewhere between 7 and 10 clicks before anything starts happening and then 1 click for some product and 3-4 clicks of nothing then maybe some more or maybe not. The idea of measuring in ‘clicks’ seems reasonable however it is near imperceptible when it actually clicks in most cases. The only suggestion I might make is to make the dial you turn slightly more responsive so the clicks are actually clicks and not ‘was that a click?’ and to perhaps make the product dispense in a more linear manner.For the record I know this may sound like I’m nit picking (and I probably am) but I would rather give my pet the amount of product they say he should have, no more and no less. The unit I got does not give me a good feeling that I have any control at all as most turns of the dial nothing comes out at all with very little indication if you turned it far enough, too far, or something in between. Other than that I think it’s a great product!
It works. It’s easy to use and makes a noticable difference in my dogs teeth. With just two small dogs though you go through it rather quickly. And even though it’s easy to give to them it’s just like a gel deodorant and you wonder how much is at the bottom of the empty container. With the price I think I will look for something else.
Discovered no return/refund product UPDATE. I have a Chi-Yorkie, 2 breeds with horrible teeth (as toy breeds tend to have). I had my 2 year old get a much needed dental and then started using this product. Two months later and there is still no tarter buildup and her breath is so much more pleasant. I have 2 small complaints: The “clicks” don’t always sound and it’s impossible to tell how much is left in the container. I would LOVE this product in a toothpaste tube form and I could squeeze out the amount needed (such as 1″ would equal 1click etc). I recommend this product and am signing up for automatic subscription. NEW: I ordered 2 more, one had a damaged lid and I couldn’t use the crank up to get the product as the lid with the holes was stuck in the outside lid. I wrote the company and let them know that I was returning the product for a refund and then reordering. I then tried to return it and discovered Amazon will not refund it. My bad for assuming Amazon would return it. I’m hoping to hear from the company…..and hopefully they will send a free replacement. I’ll submit what happens. Still a great product, and lesson learned, not everything is a free return!!!!!!I re-read the damaged items policy, and as one of my products was damaged I am entitled to a refund. This item cannot be returned. I sent an email as I wrote above. Its 10/12/23 and I’ve not been contacted by the seller. Now that I’m aware I do qualify for a refund, and the sell hasn’t bothered to even contact me, I won’t be purchasing anything from this company in the future.
This product does work and my dog loves it. I accidentally ended up with two which may have been my fault. The product smells pleasant. It’s incredibly easy to administer, and within two weeks his breath was so much fresher. Best of all there was no stomach upset and everything upsets my pupper’s tummy. Would give five stars except it lasted for five weeks instead of two months for a dog under 25 pounds. And when I opened the second container all the contents had leaked out into the lid. I don’t think this was the fault of the seller because it looked as if this was due to the extreme heat we have had. I do recommend buying this!

Does what its supposed to – Updated. Update: On my 3rd tube. I’m sold on this stuff. My two dogs’ teeth are really white and their breath is much better.Yeah yeah. I know. The stuff’s expensive. So are dog dental bills. I’m on my 3rd tube of this stuff since last winter and my dogs’ teeth are nice and white. A couple of things…. When the twist part doesn’t work anymore, pry off the top and you’ll find more under it. I use my finger to give that bit to my mutts. They love the taste – I use it for their last treat of the day. Side note – try using frozen baby carrots as dog treats. Those really help clean dogs’ teeth and dogs love them. Plus, they’re better for your dogs and take awhile to chew. For cheap occasional treats for small dogs, I get animal crackers at Sam’s Club. My vet says they’re fine to use and I like ’em too!

It seems to be working well already. Her breath is much fresher, and her teeth look whiter already. The container looks like it will last a long time, and the price is fantastic! Twist & Click Dental Gel easy to use. Dogs have only been on this for about 1 1/2 weeks. So far don’t see any change in their teeth. Must say that their breath is fresher smelling but no difference in their teeth. They both love the taste of Twist & Click. Every time I get the applicator they come running. It’s a great concept idea just not sure if it will whiten and clean their teeth. They are not too fond of having their teeth brushed – so this would be great if it worked for them. Will continue to use it and see if their teeth improve any.
Buen Producto. It is easy to use and very effective. My pet loves the peanut butter flavor in the product. It does not have a strong smell. It is very effective, helping to improve his breath and keep his teeth cleaner. Its packaging is very convenient for quick use and storage without any mess.
Worked well for senior dog. We purchased these for my mom’s senior rescue pooch. His teeth were nasty even after a dental. He isn’t big on chewing bones etc so keeping his teeth clean was a challenge. These work well for him. His breath is a lot less stinky and it’s easy to use. He really likes the taste too. It takes a little while to show results. So be patient.
