Great purchase. I have been having issues with my arm. My chiropractor recommended I do specific stretches for the area to help resolve the issues. I purchased this strap as it was similar to one she used in her office to show me the exercises I needed to do. The durability of the strap is awesome. It is a soft material so it does not hurt the skin when using it. The price is great. Lastly, I love that it has the different strap holds to work at different angles/areas.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone interested. I have been wanting to start practicing yoga for a while now and this situation has definitely shown me the importance of healthy movement and using the right equipment.
Yogi strap. Ordered this to use in my knee replacement therapy and it is wonderful!
Want to make best use of ‘sitting’ time. Often we have aches & pains, especially as a Caregiver. This tool is ingenious: one can sit and quietly ‘stretch’ calf muscles / ankles. Unobstrusive. Packs up in a tidy case.

Excellent Workout Strap. Perfect! For those who think this STRAP should stretch… it does not. It helps your BODY stretch. That is its purpose.
good quality; like the loops. This is a great stretching strap. The loops are super helpful for holding long stretches. I ended up buying 3 of these straps – 1 for me and 1 for each of my workout buddies. I’m very happy with the quality, the fact that the strap does not stretch, and the ease of holding the strap during stretches. Definitely would buy again if the need arises.
Soft straps. Hi, I ordered this stretch strap because I use it at physical therapy, and I must say, this one is much nicer than the one I use there!
Well made – great deal. This seems very well made and has stood up to use for a few weeks. The price was great. The “booklet” that it comes with to show you stretches is next to useless, but I didn’t buy it for that.
