  1. Useful overall. I bought it for my elderly mom who needs to pay strict attention to food nutrients due to health issues. I would prefer one of the many internet sites or apps to this but she is more comfortable and independent with a book. So far it’s working well for her and she likes it.

  2. It’s Ok. Has some useful information. Was published March 2022. Majority of material (82 pages) cover Restaurant and fast food chain offerings. Problem is that menu items in these places change frequently so there are many food selections not rated in the offerings in the book. The material covers Calories, carbs, protein, fats, fiber, sugar, sodium, iron, calcium and vitamin D where the information is available. This makes this a valuable tool. However, not all sizes/portions are included in the calculations of these restaurant and fast food items. It has some use, naturally. Which is why I gave this three stars. But badly needs revision maybe with fewer fast food options and more grocery store products of ketogenic and weight management entrees….including Clean Eatz.

  3. Pocket Nutrition Guide. Great size to fit in purse for travel. Has a great deal of information. The only thing I islike about the book is the print. It is difficult to read and the colums for the nutritional facts should have been highlighted to make it easier to find to read. But it does do the job for which I bought it. To find Protein values for the foods I eat.Overall a good buy and I am happy with it.

    COMPREHENSIVE DATA ABOUT FOOD. This book answers any question one might have about calories, protein etc. for just about any food or dining situation. It breaks down menus of restaurants and fast-food chains and enables one to know what they’re eating and possibly make better choices.

  5. Easy to use. Small enough to carry in a purse. As a diabetic, I find it very handy to monitor what I am eating, especially when eating out since it shows calories and carb counts for many chain restaurants.
