This stuff is a miracle in a tube. My cat had kittens on August 1st. I noticed one of them wasn’t opening their eyes at a little over 2 weeks old. His sisters had opened their eyes just fine. So, I followed internet instructions to clean with a cotton ball in warm water. It worked good, and I was able to clean the crusties away and get his eyes to open. But only lasted up until he closed them again (AKA milk time). Then…….. One of his sisters had both of her eyes crusted shut a few days after working with his eyes. (UGH). So long story short I had purchased this on here after extensive research on how to treat this. I was worried being them being so young if it would cause an allergic reaction. It did not!!! In fact, the one sister I gave the treatment to cleared up within two treatments (That day, and still clear eyes 3 days later). The boy, he took 3 days of 3 times a day and he cleared up today this morning and he is still cleared up 7 hours later. This stuff is awesome to say the least. They seemed to be bothered more by the cotton ball wipe then actually putting the treatment on the eye lol. Being they were so little I went ahead and got some cotton swabs (Q-Tips) and it made it so much easier to apply. They didn’t seem bothered at all by this application. Almost like they felt instant relief. Great stuff here folks!!!!

  2. Really great product. I have a 10 year old Shihtzu who was starting to have a lot of discharge and discomfort in one eye and it started to get cloudy. I was concerned it was cataracts but I decided to order this product in hopes of saving a costly trip to the vet.I am so grateful for this product because after a few days of apply it, my dog was almost immediately relieved he is no longer having severe discharge and it’s almost a miracle that the cloudiness in his left eye is almost fully gone! I am so glad I ordered this product, I highly recommend it as a first course of action if you see an infection. I had to take the time to review because it truly saved my dog.

Miracle in a tube. If you have a dog/cat with an eye infection or wound and can’t get into your vet or can’t afford it …this will literally save your dogs eye, worth every penny!I am sorry I didn’t think to get any good pics but my terrier mix got his eye scratched by another dog, he had a half circle cut running all along the bottom side of his eye, could not get into the vet for a few days so I put some medicated eye drops in his eye to help with irritation and ordered this stuff just incase…..By the next morning he was shaking/whining and his third eye was completely swollen and stuck out covering most of his eye, he had swelling in his face all around his eye and green discharge leaking everywhere ….I mean I thought overnight my baby was going to lose his eye!! This stuff luckily came the same day that evening and I quickly cleaned his eye, applied the cream to his bottom eyelid (couldn’t massage as product suggests as he was in too much pain but he would blink it around into his eye on his own just fine) let me tell you my shock that in TWO days he was almost completely healed and back to his self!!I applied that evening, 5x the next day and 4 times the following day. I could immediately see some relief in him, he stopped shaking/whining and it seemed the pain/swelling was the first thing to get better fir him his eye also stopped having discharge by the next morning. It took the two days for his third eye to shrink back down but wow that was an amazing turn around for him. I even canceled his appointment because the ointment healed the original scratch to his eye as well. If you look at the other pet pictures under this product his eye was even worse than the ones shown and he completely healed in less than a week, I’ll say it again, it WORKS!!

  4. It worked in a day. My kittens eyes were so dirty, every single time I cleaned his eyes it would always remain shut closed with crumbs around his eyelids, every time i cleaned his eyes, gross puddles of puss would come out.. so I bought this medicine, intimated by the price and size! I figured it would be the real deal and it did not fail to disappoint me, my kitty’s eye healed under a day, it felt it was almost impossible to clean his eyes but this worked INSTANTLY like a charm. It looks like his eyes never got infected to begin with. This is worth the price. I will say it might not work for 1 day for others (maybe I was just lucky) but this does the job in such fast paste. Glad I purchased this and would highly recommend it for others who have pets with eye problems <3

  6. Working Amazingly. My border collie seemed to have irritated her eye in a short period and it quickly become swollen and goopy. We were worried about an infection that would need to be looked at by a vet.I read the reviews for this product and decided to give this a try before rushing her in. I am so glad that I did! By the first day she was already looking so much better. A few days later and it had completely cleared up and she has had no symptoms or irritation since.

  7. It worked for my GSD / puppy. My 9 month old German Shepherd Dog started waking up with what looked like excess “sleep” in her eyes. Within a few days, the “sleep” turned into a thick liquid, which after another day or two, began to yellow in color. She also began to scratch and rub at her eyes, especially her right eye.Assuming it was an eye infection of some type, I called the vet, who couldn’t see her for several days. In the meantime, I decided to try this ointment from Amazon. I selected this product based on the positive reviews, and the fact that Amazon offered same day delivery on it.It’s a very small tube, but it didn’t take much product either. The gel is very easy to apply. I just rubbed it around her eyelids. She actually seemed to enjoy the process. I did this first thing in the morning, and then every 8-10 hours thereafter.I honestly didn’t expect much to happen before the vet appointment. However, within 48 hours of the first application, her eyes showed a marked improvement. By the time of her vet appointment (96 hours after first application), her eyes looked completely clear. The vet said they would have likely tried a topical ointment like this one first, before going to oral antibiotics anyway. So IMO, if your dog has symptoms of an eye infection, try this immediately. Great product!

  9. Amazing stuff, worked for me after 1 application. This stuff works! Theres an outside cat that I feed and look after for the most part. I noticed the eye winking for a few days, that formed a think greenish/yellow discharge coming from the eye. I felt so bad that she had to deal with that, and upon researching found this product. I had no idea how to apply without a fight because I knew she wouldn’t like me touching her eyes, but I started off my petting her head and smeared the ointment across her eye hoping for the best. And the next day she came, by her eye was dry, no winking or anything. I am very happy with this product.

  10. works well and fast. My dog likes sleeping outside during the summer and she started having eye goop from it. Got this and literally the next day the discharge was half. It has slowly been clearing up the rest of the way with regular use. She doesn’t seem to mind it and comes over when I have the tube in hand to squirt it in.Another dog was scratching and made a scratch right above her eye. I used this since I knew it was ok if a little got in her eye. It healed up the scratch and seemed to make it less itchy for her as it healed so we didn’t have to do a cone of shame.Would recommend keeping this stuff around if you have pets.

  11. Actually works incredibly fast. I was surprised how fast this actually worked. My poor kitty had some sort of blockage in his tear ducts causing brown discharge:( I’ve applied it twice one day and the next morning I woke up for the first time I didn’t have to wipe his eye boogers out! He had NONE! I only applied it once that day and again when I woke up today he had no discharge at all. He seems so comfy and content. it doesn’t have a smell at all and it’s a clear, sort of gooey feel. Which leads to my only complaint about the packaging. Because it’s such a thin consistency it does just squeeze out the bottle when the cap isn’t on. Which makes it kind of messy :/ it’s definitely not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind! You really don’t even need to squeeze the bottle it just comes out 😅 great great product.

  12. It works really fast. I bought for my 3 week old kittens, they had goopy crusty eyes every hour I was cleaning them with warm water and their eyes were not healing and were always crusted over. I applied once and it worked ! Eyes stay open now!

  13. Works great. Works great for kittens or cats that have yucky eyes

  14. Djulieta Machidon October 15, 2024 at 12:00 am

very effective. I am satisfied with this product. My kitten had an infected eye and by morning he was much butter.Ease of use, no irritation, effective

  15. Amazing Ointment – Vet Recommended. We have pugs.Anyone who knows pugs (or has even seen a pug) knows their big ol’ bulbous eyeballs are enough to get a Veterinarian salivating when thinking about their job security. Our amazing Veterinarian is a pug expert, and recommended this ointment for our senior pug when his eye consistently had discharge, and we didn’t want to overwhelm his little system with constant antibiotics.Enter this amazing antibacterial ointment! Oh puggy joy! Within a DAY this ointment cleared up the discharge, and we had gorgeous, shiny, healthy puggy eyeballs once again (until the next incident, of course!). Our Veterinarian’s Office said they always have this ointment on-hand, and we were really grateful that they recommended this instead of up-charging us for a much more expensive product. The texture of this ointment is easy to work with and apply. I did discover early on that I only needed a tiny amount of pressure to get a lot of product to come out, and after that I ended up squeezing opposite sides to keep the tube from auto-squeezing out everything it had. A minor issue, probably user error.Even though this is a somewhat smaller tube, for the price point it’s worth it! We applied twice daily, and we’re about to get several month’s use out of one tube, with several eyeballs incidents.Thank you for creating and offering an amazing product that genuinely works and is Veterinarian recommended!

  16. This stuff works. I rescued a meezer mix kitten that required surgery on his left eye. Afterwards the vet prescribed 0.5% Erythromycin ointment twice daily for 10 to 14 days.About 8 days in and unable to cone him (he was too small), Shadow, the meezer kitten developed a little blood blister in the center under his eyelid. I continued the treatment for the full 14 days but there was no improvement. The blister size ranged from about 1 to 2mm. His eye was watery but not gooey or pussy.Looking for non vet options first, I found this listing and after researching and reading reviews, i decided to give it a try before hauling him back to the vet.My first worry was reading some people’s accounts of adverse reactions. So I made sure I was around to monitor him for 4 hours after giving him the first treatment. He was used to getting his eye medicated but this stuff was definitely different. From his reaction I would say it was a tad more uncomfortable but he still tolerated it well.He had no adverse reactions. So I kept with it and on day three the blister thing was gone. I stopped treatment and it hasn’t returned since.I did not take “before” pictures because but he is fully recovered and gives it two paws up.As long as you don’t have an emergency situation that requires an immediate vet visit, I would definitely recommend to try this stuff.(BTW, I noticed no weird smell.)

  17. Lifesaver. I really like this product. One morning in my cat woke up with its eye semi shot and he was struggling to open it. A friend recommended this and within a day or two he was back to normal with his eye open. Prior to hearing about this I was talking to the vet and they were saying it was gonna be $250 just for the visit, not including other fees. This thing saved me a whole lot of money and time.

  18. CATS EYES MATTER!-This is actual antibiotics, not just moisturizing anti-itch ointment. Even though the tube seems small for the price, it is soooo worth it once you see the results. You don’t have to use very much. I’ve lost count of how many stray cats had their eyesight saved with this ointment over the years. It isn’t for moisture/lubricant/allergy/itchy relief, etc. This is for bacterial infections, pink-eye, etc. I use it for kittens that keep having eyes matted shut with nasty green gunk, and for cats with red puffy eyes (Like SweetPea had) & scratches from rough play or fighting. This ointment doesn’t seem to be painful to the cats and it’s easy to apply directly from the tube or with your fingertip. It’s dense, not like a lotion. I keep kittens separated from mama for an hour or mama will lick the ointment away thinking her baby needs cleaned up. It’s used for horses, dogs, cats, etc. I promise this works fast and you won’t be disappointed. I hope my photos help to show that. I don’t write many reviews, but this one’s truly important. Vet appts are expensive, so many cats lose an eye without antibiotic treatment. This ointment saves you money and saves kitties eyesight.

  19. A must for cats. I was told to try this because it works great and it doesn’t need a prescription. My kittens were playing and one scratch the others eye. It was red and discharging so I got this. The eye was cleared in about 2 days. This is now my go to.
