Feels Cool To Me. This year, Phoenix has had the hottest summer on record. If you need to be outside at all, you better be carrying iced water and wearing a hat. Even at the coolest part of the day, just before sunrise, you usually need to think of ways to keep cool. We are out three mornings a week at 4 a.m. at a local park, feeding the stray and feral cats. We decided to try these cooling towels, though we didn’t expect them to do very much.I have been surprised how well they work. We put three ounces of cold water in the bag with the towel when we’re leaving home. By the time we get to the park, the towel is thoroughly wet through, and any excess water can be squeezed out. I shake the towel out and wrap it around my neck, with the two ends hanging down in the front. This feels cool for at least ten to fifteen minutes, and when I notice it doesn’t feel cool any more, I unwrap it and flap it a bit, before putting it back on. It always feel cool again, as long as it’s still damp. Any clothing it touches gets damp too, and that seems to help with the cooling.
Just buy it. Used these at Disneyland in 95 degree heat. Game changer this will actually make your skin feel cool whoever it is covering. So easy and convenient just get it wet with water, ring out the water and your good to go. Cover your neck and/or shoulders or head with it and you will feel a difference in temperature. If you’re in high Temps you might need to rewet it more often because it might dry out faster, but then it’s good to go. Plus for the cost of 1 at Disneyland you can get 4 here.
Amazing. I bought these towels for my kids. They play soccer and volleyball during the hot summer months. I was amazed how well these towels worked! The towels stayed cool even during our 100 degree weather! My kids love these towels because it’s light weight and water doesn’t drip on them as a regular towel would. The length of the towels are perfect even for my 6 year old to wrap around her head and tie a knot to my 10 and 14 year old kids. We haven’t had any issues with the plastic bags as mentioned in other reviews. The small storage bags are strong enough to store their towels and hook onto their backpacks. Highly recommend!
Kept Us Cool. I bought these for myself and a group of friends for a summer concert. These were permitted inside the venue and were easy to carry thanks to the carabiner! The clear bag made it convenient to store the wet towel when we were finished. The colors were vibrant and beautiful, just like the pictures. The towels kept us cool and gave relief from the heat. I liked that they were long and could be worn multiple ways!
Keeps me cool. They work. We’re having a very hot summer and my room gets horrible air circulation. Our AC struggles to cool the house so it can get miserably warm at times. I wrap a wet one of these around my neck and it cools me down. Nicer than a wash cloth since it doesn’t hold as much water in, and it’s got length to keep it in place.

Great for hot weather. Me and my husband got these for a trip to Texas when I was 30ish weeks pregnant in the middle of summer! These towels saved me from the scorching sun and was still able to wear tank tops/ breathable clothing! I got heat rash on my chest and shoulders but we soaked these in an ice chest and it gave me so much relief and also worked as a sun shield! I would say the coldness lasted about 5-10 min in 100 degree weather with 90% humidity! No issue for us though since it came with four we just kept rotating but honestly just the wet towel was nice it didn’t have to be ice cold. Washed as normal with towels great!

Cooling Towels. I live in Texas and summers are no joke and I have a garden I was told about these towels so I bought them hoping to stay cool while I worked in my garden. These are some nice towels they do keep you cool and they have (surprisingly) instructions which made the towels work for me glad I got them.
