  1. Get This One! Well Worth the Few Dollars. The media could not be loaded.  It’s simple. It’s a glove you put on your hand to remove loose hairs when petting your furry pets. It works. It’s easy. The pets love it. And this is the best price I found for the PAIR of gloves (yes, a left and a right). The glove is a breathable, see-through soft mesh material; I assume for easy washing. The palms are made of rubbery nubs that massage your pet while grabbing up all the loose hairs. The glove has a velcro-close around the wrist to hold it in place. I am a female with maybe a medium sized hand (slender fingers); the glove fits very loosely, I assume so that it would fit even a man with large hands, but this is not a problem for people with smaller hands. It works just fine.I used it on two of my family’s Huskies (dogs) and on our short-haired cat. It pulled a lot of hair off the Huskies and a little off the cat (less surface area, shorter hair, less shedding). The fur is easy to remove from the glove; if you have a thick layer of loose fur, just grab an end and lift off the glove… if you have less, you can rub your finger or hand over the rubber texture to pull the hair together and off the glove.Be mindful of your own pet’s preferences; if they don’t already enjoy being touched, they may or may not enjoy being rubbed with this glove… it’s not the glove, it’s the pet’s preferences.

Great concept, but cheap construction that I don’t think will last in the long run. Our 7lb, short haired, American tabby cat has recently been throwing up a hairball about once a month and my friend recommended that I brush her daily. She’s a paranoid cat and I knew from past experience that she would never let a traditional pet brush near her. I did have to ease her into being ok with the glove, but I accomplished that in a single evening. Put one on my hand and when she came to sit on me as is her usual evening routine, her desire to sit on me eventually overrode her distrust of the glove on my hand, especially since I didn’t move my hand or go to touch her. Once she was into sitting on me and being pet with my non gloved hand, I was able to incorporate the gloved hand and she loved it. It removed tons of hair easily and was a breeze to peel the layer of hair off the glove after petting her with it. The next morning I was able to put the glove on and go straight into giving her morning rubbing with the glove on. She simply sniffed it on my hand and let me proceed. She was purring like crazy and loves the sensation of being brushed with this glove. The reasons I didn’t give this 5 stars are as follows:1) The non silicon part of the glove is mesh and doesn’t feel particularly sturdy. I could see this tearing.2) The glove is huge. I wear a women’s size 7 glove, which is a women’s medium and the gloves are like wearing a men’s large, if not XL glove. It’s a bit roomy on my 6’1″ husband. The velcro wrist closure does keep it from sliding off, but the absurd amount of extra room makes it a bit difficult to have complete control over my hand movements.3) The nubby part of the glove isn’t overly long, which I think is why my cat likes it. BUT this means that it’s pretty easy for the removed hair to build up almost to the tip of the nubs. At that point you’re no longer removing any more hair because the nubs are covered. This is fine for a short haired, smaller pet, but if you had a longer haired pet or a larger pet, you would need to remove the hair from the glove pad multiple times before completing brushing your entire pet.Given that very affordable price point of this item, I’m not put off by any of the above “cons,” but once these gloves fall apart, I will invest in a better constructed pair now that I know my cat loves the sensation and isn’t going to run away whenever she sees me done them. They are so inexpensive that it’s worth trying them out to see if they work for your pet.

Excellent, BUT! There’s definitely a trick to peeling off the cat hair. The media could not be loaded.  We got these gloves a few days ago and they’re definitely a success. One of our cats isn’t a huge fan, but he’ll let us groom him for a minute or two. Our other cat LOOOOVES these and will keep turning around so that we can get different spots. She’s also a huge shedder, so it’s good that she’s the one that took to the gloves. What I found almost immediately was that yeah, these gloves don’t get everything. I’m covered with cat hair, there’s hair floating around. They’re not perfect. Still, they capture most of it, so overall, they’re fine.I found that if there’s not much cat hair on the gloves, it won’t peel off easily. More hair = easier peeling.MOST IMPORTANTLY, though, is that you should try to brush your pet in a circular motion. This mats the hair together on the gloves and THAT is what makes it possible to peel all the hair off in one big piece. If you just brush your pet in one direction, the hair will lie in mostly one direction and it’s much more difficult to get it off the glove. You have to peel very gently, and ease it off carefully, and you’ll still have little hairs around the edges sticking to the fabric mesh, but by and large, it works. Groom your cat thoroughly, in a circular motion, and see if that works better.I did take off a star because the mesh tore away a little from the Velcro wristband the very first time I put on the gloves, but they’re still usable, they works well, and my shedding monster cat loves them. Also, my teenage son took the video and I would apologize for the lack of focus on my hand, but…teenager. What can I say. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Love these. Glove got a small tear near the strap immediately but still works fantastic

  5. Fair solution to the problem. My GSD will run away from a grooming brush, but seems to like the “massage feel” of these gloves. They aren’t really adequate for her thick coat, but the thing that you can use is far better than the one that you cannot.

  6. Good product. Good product but Velcro wrap is already coming apart. I will have to reset it before it completely comes apart. It does a good job of getting hair of my dog. But how do you clean the rubber pads off after brushing?no instructions so not sure other than to get my brush to clean off hair. Washing does work but then they are wet for hours. So over all alright product and good price but will see with more time if they last.

  7. Great for cats that don’t like brushes. I have two short hair cats. One is ridiculously playful and wants to bite the brush. One is timid and thinks the brush is scary. This is perfect for both of them. Able to just pet them and remove the loose fur. It will pull fur as deeply as you pet. I usually alternate between deep and soft strokes so the cats don’t get bored and also so that I can get deep fur and surface fur too. A few wipes of the glove and the fur clumps up and falls off into the trash. Glove is comfortable and airy so it doesn’t get hot, uncomfortable, or smelly over time.

  8. Cleaning Glove. Overall, great product, but if you don’t remove thick clumps of hair from the animal, cleaning hair from the glove can be tricky.

  9. Awesome. These get so much hair off the dogs. They also have velcro around the wrists so they fit well. I have some other ones without the velcro and they won’t stay on. Getting the hair off is easy too, I just whack them on the side of the deck and it comes off.

Easy to use. Collects hair well. Works well as a good alternative to deshedding blade or curry brush on a horse. The nibs also seems to give a massage at the same time. My Belgian Draft horse liked it. Easy to peel away the hair collected.
