Sturdier than it seems. So this thing ships flattened out, and my initial reaction was like there is no way this thing will support weight. I’m pleased to say that it is extremely sturdy. I’m over 200+ lbs and I sit on this everyday to put my socks and shoes on and it holds without any concern of it buckling. I knock one star off, because I haven’t filled it up yet and my toddler likes to lay inside it and it creeps me out, like a coffin.
Works well. Bought to put behind couch so my cats would have more window viewing space since the three of them cannot seem to all share the same space. Also holds the large blankets that don’t fit in linen closet.
Love it! Best storage bench and great price super sturdy. I love this storage bench . Very sturdy and great price. Now I have a place to put more clothes . Great for storing towels or blankets too. Great for small spaces. It fits up against my queen bed almost as tall and wide . I can sit on it with my gf and I’m over 200 lbs and shes 150lbs. Very useful and so happy. The material is very nice and the color is gray as described looks just like the listing and photos. The box is rather large it shipped ups and had some dents and tears in the box but the item was fine. Would buy more for more rooms. Also can be used as a foot rest or window bench or even a table or just to sit on when you tie your shoes . Definitely recommend. A++++
Great intermediate “step” for my senior dog to get on our bed. I really did not like the options out there for foot-of-the-bed pet stairs. This storage ottoman was actually less expensive than most pet stair options, went well with our bedroom decor (we bought dark gray cloth option), and provided a cushioned, non-slip surface for stepping on. My dog’s height at her shoulders comes to just above my knees, and she weighs 55 lbs. The ottoman is stable and does not shift in any way when she jumps up or down on it, moreso because it is butted right up to the foot of the bed.The storage compartment is nicely finished – we use it to store extra guest linens.You *can* sit on it … carefully. I would not “plop” down onto it, nor would I use it in an area kids routinely frequent, if they tend toward the rough and tumble.
Good for price. Got this for the end of our bed, it’s perfect for extra sheets and blankets. Not the best for sitting my husband sat on it and it cracked in the middle, if it’s not on perfectly it folds into its self. You have to make sure it’s perfectly in place or you’ll break it. Not what we were thinking when we bought it but hey you get what you pay for
