Perfection !!!! You get what you pay for. We needed a new couch for our big screen porch to replace a futon we had there. Shopping and looking at oudoor furniture, all you find is plastic, uncomfortable things better designed for OUTSIDE (uncovered) and not what we needed.We found this one and initially balked at the price but it was exactly the style and material we wanted so we bought it. WORTH EVERY PENNY !!! Not only is it beautiful and well made but they put detail into how easy to assemble.Many things give you a bag of random hardware and an allen key and go figure out what goes where. Not this. 8 main bolts with the washers and lock washer already on and banded together. Then 2 of another size, assembled and banded. Then the final two again, banded. 3 steps to assemble. Took me 10 minutes and all nice and tight with the lock washersI jusy want to say the wood is so sturder in all places and if you want something to last, this will be it. It comes with all the cushions and 4 decorative pillows as shown in the picture. So you could use this casual couch anywhere. To say I am pleased is an understatement. Sofa and Chairs. Overall these are good quality, solid build, comfortable. They came shipped in boxes, assembly was fairly easy. The cushion color is slightly brown/cream tone. I wanted a lighter color but these probably hide dirt better. The fabric is great quality, soft to touch, a linen style that should be durable. The sofa came with 4 coordinated pillows. All the pillows and chair cushions are zippered, so washing is possible. At first the seat cushions seemed a bit hard, but I noticed after a week or so they actually softened up a little. I prefer a softer memory foam seat, but these are not too bad. I’d rate the comfort about a 7 on a scale from 1-10. The wood construction is very good. Good craftsmanship, solid, nice wood texture, and a nice color stain. A slight white wash, and all the bolts to assemble are heavy duty. Our porch is protected from the weather, I’d recommend these for a covered porch. If they got wet, it would be advised to keep waterproof patio furniture covers on them. The style fits our farmhouse just right.

Good quality. The sofa is excellent, very sturdy and attractive. As other reviewers noted the bottom cushions feel a bit firm, but the back cushion is much softer by comparison, which makes the sofa and chairs quite comfortable overall. We were impressed with how well-made and structurally solid the furniture was, and it was very easy to put together. We ordered eight different pieces all together (four chairs, one sofa, one coffee table, and two end-tables) and all the parts and hardware were included and in good working order. The sofa includes four little extra cushions which are attractive, a nice bonus.

Beautiful, well made furniture. I bought two of these chairs to go with the matching sofa and loveseat to be delivered soon. The chairs arrived two days early. I am an older female, a desk jockey 😄 and bit of a weakling, but I was able to bring the boxes in my house by myself. My hubby of 30 years was not at home when they arrived. The boxes were in great shape, sturdy, with no damage. The chairs were packed well. Assembly was simple and easy. The manufacturer conveniently assembled the screws, washers, and lock nuts in advance and bundled them by size. I was able to assemble the chairs by myself. All I had to do is align the parts, place the assembled hardware in the designated holes and hand tighten. Once all parts are assembled, you just tighten everything up with the provided allen wrench. I love the cushion fabric. The chairs have very upscale, Pottery Barn-like look. I haven’t placed them outside yet, the weather is not cooperating. Don’t let my attached picture fool you on the size of these chairs. My bookcase cabinetry is oversized to scale better with our fireplace and vaulted two story room and makes the chair look small. These chairs are bigger and appear heftier than the aluminum furniture I am replacing. My husband was impressed with their quality.

Fantastic Couch. We bought 2 couches and 2 matching chairs. Delivery was fast and all items were received as expected. Putting it all together with 2 people took us less than an hour. The fabric is very soft and looks and feels high-end. All the cushions come with zipper for removal. And while I was really worried about the firmness of the cushions based on the reviews, I was ecstatic to find them very comfortable. Super happy with this purchase.

Great purchase. Such nice quality for porch furniture! We’ve had our screen porch for 10 years now and the last five years our furniture has been mix and match and not as nice as this sofa and chair set! Was so happy that our 10 year old metal tables and the two metal-framed recliners in a burnt orange-red go so well with the new pieces!Quality: so pleased! Thick bottom cushions – they ARE firm but I love that! Back cushions on sofa and chair are softer – just perfect to lean into. The depth of the cushions are nice too, especially for taller people. I’m 5’4″ and if I were to sit straight, all the way back, my toes just touch the floor. All cushions are detachable – no ties on either piece but you shouldn’t need to tie them down.I believe the color I ordered was beige, and it looks like a linen weave. It’s fairly smooth – not as itchy as the fabric on our recliners. Not super soft material, but tightly woven. If you have big dogs or young kids – the colors might not be a good choice as the cushions are spot clean only. Since it’s brand new I can’t tell you how well they will clean up. I’m hoping to keep a towel on the porch for the cats as they shed a lot. I paid extra for the sofa to be set up on the porch and they took away the box and wrappings – a nice treat. But I put the chair together today (the items arrived one day apart). I had just a little trouble at the end on the chair – don’t tighten all the bolts till completion of the steps! and I used a rubber mallet to get the last arm on before screwing in the bolts with the allen wrench provided (a wooden tab fits into a slot carved out on the arm). Total time on chair maybe 30 minutes? Not bad at all. The cushions traveled well. Only the edges of the back chair cushion had a little wrinkle to it but not bad at all. Two people can definitely put it together very quickly. I also have a sofa cover on order for fall and early spring when pollen settles on everything and I think I’ll look for one for the chair too. I saw this sofa on a total of 3 sites. On one site it was not listed as Ashley Signature but was exactly the same. Amazon had the best prices. I truly love how these pieces changed the look of our porch. I found a rug yesterday afternoon while running errands and it really completed the look. I would most definitely buy this again, even if I had to put the sofa together without the Amazon delivery team. It’s every bit as lovely as the pictures.

Great Patio furniture. We are so happy with this purchase. Price was cheaper than in store. Shipping was fast and delivery was perfect. Nothing broken. I purchased 2 chairs and the sofa. The entire set came in before the estimated delivery date. The Amazon employees who made the delivery were also great. Boxes were big and a bit heavy but they placed everything neatly by my front door. The box for the sofa had a little damage, likely from the warehouse. But there was no damage to the sofa. The furniture was easy to put together. About 10 minutes each piece with 2 people and a drill. The cushions are stiff but comfortable. The stiffness just shows its not going to go flat. It’s a beautiful set I couldn’t pass up. I definitely recommend.
