Finally a true Leave In REPAIR conditioner that’s not oily and leaves no scent behind. I used this because my hair got grayer as I got older and it had lost it’s healthy shine, it was even dull, and it was breaking off more often. I first bought the L’Oreal Elvive Conditioner and use that when I shower and leave that in for it’s recommended 3 minutes or so. That alone made a big difference. Then after I towel dry my hair I put this Total Repair Leave In conditioner in and it actually makes my hair healthier looking with better shine and no breakage anymore. I just brush, comb and style it as normal. There is no noticeable scent that will conflict with whatever else you may want to wear. One thing for sure is I stopped using cheap shampoos as well since those chemicals are doing your hair or scalp NO good. I’m sure anyone that follows the directions will get great results. It’s also reasonable in price compared to other products that make outrageous claims to get you to spend money. I hope it helps you as it did me. I should have been using this product a long time ago.
A little bit goes a long way. I have very fine straight hair and tend to get “fly-a-ways” that need controlled. I bought this because I use the Elvive shampoo and conditioner and like them. The first time I used the cream on my hair I used a pea sized drop of it, rubbed it between my hands and put it on and through my hair and brushed it. Way too much cream and it made my hair look greasy. Not good. The next time I used half as much cream and it was still too much so now I use a tiny bit and it works. I recommend starting with a tiny bit so you don’t have to wash your hair to remove it like I did.
Awesome leave in conditioner, and best deal for it. This is the one to buy, the two pack costs more then just buying this one individually. Best leave in conditioner, it’s not greasy at all and leaves my hair feeling light. It also helps with my scalp itchiness, and the smell is amazing. It applies well and is a good quality leave in conditioner. Would recommend.
Love it. I have thick hair with curls and waves and to be honest, I hate putting products in it or styling it. I use this because it’s inexpensive, smells great, gives me the option to style it or just wear it naturally because I’m a giant frizz ball if I put nothing at all in it.Note: it’s not a gel, it’s a cream. It won’t make your hair crunchy and don’t expect to look like you’ve spent hours on your hair..I’d recommend if your looking for an option to go relaxed for a day or 3.. 🙂
Hairdresser recommended. My hairdresser has curly hair and she said this is absolutely one of the best products she has ever used. It works much better than any of the expensive brands we have used. She recommended it for my son who has major frizzy curly hair. It definitely keeps the fuzzy hair calmed down.
Great leave in and heat protectant. I’ve been using this leave-in conditioner for two weeks now, and I really like it. It has a nice texture and pleasant scent. I have fine curly hair, and it doesn’t weigh my hair down. The added heat protection is a bonus. The only downside for me is that the lid can be a bit tricky to open. It’s not a major issue, but I’ve struggled with it a couple of times. Overall, the product itself is great.
Changed my mind about leave-in hair conditioners. For years I have been hesitant to try any leave-in conditioners. I always wondered if they would just leave my hair feeling greasy and limp, or worse yet, like I had poured glue in my hair but I knew I had to try something. Recently I bought one of those electric hair drying brushes and I really loved how I could quickly dry and style my hair at the same time with one piece of equipment. No longer did I have to dry my hair then use a curling iron or dry my hair with a dryer while using a round styling brush. The only problem was that I noticed that my hair was getting a lot of fly aways or dryness. So I sadly just stopped using the hair drying brush. After searching on amazon, I saw many people rave about how L’Oreal Paris Elvive Total Repair 5 Protein Recharge Leave In Conditioner helped them with similar concerns so I finally broke down and ordered some. Well, I tried it as soon as it arrived today and I am very surprisingly impressed with it. After showering I applied a pea sized amount to the palm of my hand. I then rubbed my hands together and then worked it through my shoulder length hair. The smell was pretty nice. I then used my electric hair drying brush as I had used before. My hair looks fantastic. It is silky and smooth with very few fly aways. There is absolutely no greasiness and my hair doesn’t feel weighed down at all. Just smoothness and extra shine. No crunchiness or the feeling like I poured glue in my hair. None of the problems I thought I would experience using a leave-in conditioner materialized which makes me so happy. I have even suggested to my husband give it a try. His hair gets dry and frizzy during the winter, probably from having the furnace on. So if you have some of the reservations I had about leave-in conditioner as I had, you might give this one a try
