Exceptional Bread Proofing Basket Set. I recently purchased the Bread Banneton Proofing Basket Set of 2, and I couldn’t be happier with the results it has brought to my bread-making journey. This set includes a 9-inch round and a 10-inch oval cane sourdough basket, accompanied by several essential accessories that truly elevate the baking experience.
I’m new to bread baking but these have worked great. I just started making sourdough and decided I needed I’ll of the sourdough equipment one well into the process with little clue what I was doing. 🤣ADHD much? Anyway I love them. All pieces were clean and un damaged. It took me a hot minute to figure out the blade and handle situation but I got it after a couple of you tube vids. The baskets had a pungent smell not sure what it was. I rinsed them really good and let them dry in the sun before I used them for the first time. I having noticed a smell since then.
Great little Baskets. Perfect size, helps with the shape of the dough and was surprisingly easy to take the dough out of. The dough came off the material 100% clean, it did not stick at all. all the other tools were just a bonus for me, but the blade works well and the little brush is nice to use for melted butter or an egg wash.
BUY IT. its everything and more. This is a must have for beginners. Not one regret or complaint! BUY IT !!!

Great addition to sourdough baking. These proofing baskets, or bannetons, are a great addition to my sourdough baking supplies. They are easy to use, easy to clean, and made my sourdough loaves so much prettier. If you are a sourdough baker, these are a must have!
The baskets were larger than expected. The baskets were a little too large for me and what I was needing. The dough scraper works great along with the scoring tool. However, the scoring tool did not come with directions on how to assemble the blade and I had to YouTube how to set it up. The blades are very very sharp so be careful. I use the basket covers very frequently and have no other complaints! This is great if you are learning how to make sourdough

Great bread making kit. I wanted to start making sour dough bread and the basket set is perfect. The quality is great with everything you need to get started. The shape of the basket is perfect for round bread, and is easy to use. The lame is a must have for scoring dough, and matches the look of the bent scraper. The set was a great bundle deal.
Good starter sourdough set. I took a sourdough class a few month ago and wasn’t sure how often I’d use the baskets, etc that the specialty store sold. This is inexpensive and gave me the equipment to get started.

Great set, a bit broken. I ordered this to get me started with more “professional” sourdough tools. One of the baskets was broken and my husband had to repair it. It was not bad, just disappointing. The rest if the items work well and i am creating lovely sourdough after many tries. The baskets tend to stick without a heavy coat of rice flour and that ended up being a special purchase. I have sunce bought silicone and prefer those baskets. The rest of the items make life souch easier.

Best sourdough bread making kit. This kit has everything you need to get started making your sourdough bread. It looks nice and clean, perfect for bread making and I love the design the basket leaves on the bread, very easy to use, cleans easily , use it weekly, you get two different shaped baskets, which I love. Great set. This is a perfect sourdough set for me, at a great price. It has everything necessary in it, including 5 bread lames, which will last quite a while. The bannetons are on the smaller side, which is perfect for me, because I like to make smaller batches of dough. The bench scraper and bowl scraper are great tools to have as well, and overall, the quality is great. I know this set will last me a very long time.
