Best exercise mat. I have hard floors in my house and I have a regular yoga mat but it’s just not enough on a non-carpeted floor. I wanted something thicker but not heavy like the rubber exercise mats at the gym. I searched high and low until I found this mat and it’s absolute perfection! It super thick, but soft, light weight, and holds up! There’s the perfect amount of cushion and I never feel the floor through the mat while I do any exercises (I mostly use for resistance band workouts but also some stretching and I imagine it would be absolutely sublime for yoga!). This is the best exercise mat I’ve ever seen and I can’t recommend it enough.
So comfortable. I have wood floors and I ain’t getting any younger. There was no way I could put weight on my knees on the ground, even on a carpet. This one inch thick yoga mat is like being on a memory foam mattress. No problem on the knees! Of course it smells when you first open it, because it is foam. So I always plan to let things like this air out for a few hours before I use them. No problem there. Love it!
Everything I want in a mat. When I was younger I used the regular yoga mats that are as thick as a couple napkins and that was okay. I’m a little older now and my RA and Lupus make my joints a more tender. I’ve purchased mats before that claimed to be “thick” or even “extra thick” only to end up with the a standard yoga mat. As you can see in the image this one really is a thick boy. It is amazing to be able to kneel or put weight joints without feeling like I’m on concrete. I use mine over 98 year old hard wood floors and those babies have no give. There is no carpet or padding backing mine up, just the soft squish of the mat. The mat it’s is not rough but does have enough texture to not be slippery to stand on or slide if used on a slippery surface. Not only is it the perfect mat when you are using it, it comes with its own carrying strap sized exactly to fit this extra thick mat. Now, I know it is the the intended use, but because the strap is so well made, I use it like a yoga strap to help stretch my legs. I’ve practiced yoga for nearly 25 years and this is the best mat I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend enough.
This Mat Changed My Workout Effectiveness. I bought this mat to use for exercising in my small apartment. Working out on hardwood floors was killing my knees and I was always conscious of disturbing my downstairs neighbors with all the noise. I wanted a thick, sturdy and comfortable yoga mat and this one fit the bill perfectly! I have already noticed I am burning more calories during my workouts now that the noise concern is gone and my knees no longer bother me. I can do all the jumping and dance moves easily, the mat absorbs everything. I can also do floor exercises and yoga now. It’s so comfortable you could sleep on it!
Very thick. If you are looking for a thick yoga mat, this is the one. It doesn’t roll up well, so not very travel friendly. I leave it in my office to get a work out in during lunch. I find it so comfortable that I will also take my afternoon naps on this.

Great if you have scoliosis or back pains. Due to scoliosis and past back injuries I’ve always had issues with yoga pads being too thin. They’d hurt my back alot and made excerise painful. Since switching this 1 inch mat it’s made stretching so much easier and less painful. Thw bad thickness is enough that for the first time I can’t feel the floor pushing against my hips or lower back. I’d say the durability of this is pretty good, it’s worked well with weights on it, basic exercise and stretching, along with a cat that thinks it’s his now. One thing I live besides the comfort of the mat is it’s stability and grip on the floor. I use it kn wooden flooring and it has yet to slide around. Its appearance is nice and matches the photo, so what you see is in fact what you’ll get. It’s also much longer than I expected, I’m 5’2 and there’s still a good amount of space left I don’t reach. I’d say it’s pretty worth it for the price.

Very thick and Supportive. I have recently found myself getting into yoga. And one of the biggest things I struggle with with yoga is my knees. They are extremely sensitive to hard surfaces, so it was very stressful for me to find a yoga mat that was thick enough to support my knees and make The positions I’m in very comfortable. Even with any yoga mats being on them, they would often dirty up easily or break off from the friction of my body.But I have to say this yoga mat has definitely given me a positive experience. It is very thick and gives me a lot of support on my feet and when sitting. One of the greatest things about this mat as well is that it doesn’t shrink when you sit on it so when you get up, you have a big spot that’s dented.I find it more, comfortable to be able to relax and do yoga now, and my knees feel great. 100% worth the money. It also comes with a tie to put your mat up and safe to create more space and storage. It is very easy and light to carry around.
Not Quite Five Stars. I want to give this mat five stars, for so many reasons. The color is beautiful, it’s every bit as thick as advertised, which is great for my knee, it’s reasonably priced and doesn’t slip. The only reason I can’t quite get there is that it is so thick it’s a little bulky to take back and forth to the gym, no matter how tightly I roll it. Also, the padding is so squishy it’s hard to feel properly grounded for balance in certain poses. Despite these minor detractions, I will absolutely be keeping it for at-home workouts.

Wonderfully thick for my old bones. I ordered eggplant so it wouldn’t show dirt. The 1” thickness is really comfortable. No strap was included to carry it. It is cumbersome and heavy without a carry strap. I will notify them right away. Love it for Senior.
Squishy and Luscious. I wish my whole floor could be made out of this 🤩 – it’s very thick and allows me to exercise on a tile floor with zero joint issues. It’s important to handle it gently, because the soft material can chunk off. I leave mine on the floor so my dogs can jump on it, and their nails sometimes tear little pieces off. That hasn’t ruined the integrity, so I can still use it just fine. 10/10!
Super comfortable. It’s thick and no longer hurts to kneel on the yoga mat etc. I put a rug over mine that’s super soft. It is a nice material as is though and nice color and design. I think I may buy another one for my fiancĂ©.
