Side Sleepers and Computer-Usage neck pain? Read this. I didn’t think this could be the solution I was looking for but I was willing to give it a shot. The other options were the neck sling, which looks totally effective but something about hanging my head by the door urks me…and a vertical table, which I’ve used and LOVE but its extra af (meaning I don’t have space for that crazy contraption maybe when I’m 50). Most importantly, I needed something portable.Man, am I happy this lil futuristic tsunami pillow exists (not it’s real name, I give it nicknames cus it’s just so cute and weird lookin!) I’ll have to travel with it and have one in my life forever from here on out but it’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make…What does it do for me/how do I use it?• it alleviates my neck, shoulder, and even lower back pain in a matter of 10-30 minutes.• At a minimum, I use it two times a week for 5-10 minutes (but usually longer if I have time) and just lay on the floor with it tucked under my neck and the base of it pressed into my shoulders. You take deep, thoughtful breaths and let your head drop back. As you breath you’ll feel your neck making space for the tension to pass through and be relieved. Make sure you’re not tensing your shoulders, you will and that’s ok, just catch yourself and really let yourself continue to fall into the stretch. BREATHING THROUGH THE TENSION IS THE MEDICINE. This pillow guides your spinal chord into alignment. Also pay attention to your how even your hips/pelvis will need to realign as you lay there.• this alone permits me to go to town as a side sleeper.• being that I’m a side sleeper with double jointed shoulders that pop out of socket when I sleep, as well as a lower back disk herniation—for years, on the daily, I’ve woken up with the most intense aches in my scapula, neck, and lower back. Its worse on weekdays when I work on a laptop and tilt my neck in a dumb way, but this pillow completely eradicated that pain in about 3 days after purchase. So we can all agree, IM OBSESSED.• if I don’t use it weekly, my pain will return as my work habits and phone habits seem to force me into terrible posture :/If my experience sounds like yours in any way, I highly recommend you try this product! It will change your sleep, spine and body for the better.
Restcloud Neck and Shoulder Relaxer. This product did it’s job but the only downfall it has, in my opinion, is that it was too big for me. I’m a tiny and petite person. I’m 5 Ft and it felt too big on me. My husband, though, is 6ft and he really loves this product! Just because it’s too big for me, though, doesn’t mean it hasn’t helped. It is pretty uncomfortable to lay in, but it helps a lot.
As descirbed. I really wanted to like this, but it felt a little too tall for an average size woman! It is relaxing on my neck muscles but I also found myself sliding down a bit too. Idk, maybe I am using it wrong! In theory the traction feels great though if you struggle with neck tension! If you’re a bigger person I bet it would be perfect!
Be careful. I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15″. Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the “Epley maneuver.” Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments.FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.

Helpful For My Sciatica. I’ve been getting frequent chiropractic adjustments and was struggling to stick with my home therapy exercises. This was recommended to me by another patient at the same chiropractor’s office. My spine at the base of my brain stem needs more curvature. I have found spending 30 minutes on this any day relieves soreness all over but particularly in my sciatica. The days I don’t fall asleep on it (30 minutes is a long time) and actually stretch while laying on it i feel like a new person.
Does the job. Does not replace seeing a doctor for serious neck pain BUT if you have general soreness/stiffness from bad posture this does help! I have been using it consistently for 2 months and have enjoyed it. My neck always feels better during and after using the pillow but not sure about any long term results or posture adjustments.
PERFECT but It’s flexible but not soft. I was totally taking a gamble for this to work. Even when I first touched it a felt the flexible but not soft material I still doubted. BUT! I was soooo wrong. It’s PERFECT temporary relief for my neck. I have bone spurs on my spine. I have gone through a mountain of pillows trying to find the right neck relief. NOW it’s not a pillow, but think of it more like the most flexible well engineered head rest you ever used. I use it for about 20 minutes then my neck feels so much better. The pillows are enough support after I use it. It’s built to flex and curve and support the neck. It’s is surprisingly the most bang for my buck. I’m glad I risked it a little and tried something different. Bonus info; I also purchased an adjustable self-inflating neck pillow (Grey pillow in pic) I use that after I use this product. It’s the perfect rest after this neck rest helps straighten out my neck pain. You should look those up too. BTW, that’s the mountain of pillows I go through trying to find the right support.
Love this thing. It works for relieving stress in the neck and shoulders. You definitely have to stick with using it, as it can feel uncomfortable for the first couple minutes. Definitely worth the buy!
This actually works! Not comfortable, but it works. I’ve been having neck problems for most of my adult life. I go to a chiropractor twice a month and usually have constant tightness and pain in my neck from vertebrae that are stacked like building blocks. A massage therapist recommended this and I figured, what the heck, I’ll give it a try. I’ve been using it for almost 3 weeks now, 20 minutes a day, and I have noticed an improvement in the pain and stiffness in my neck. For those folks who are very delicate and can’t abide even the slightest discomfort, be warned that this is made from the same stuff as a foam roller for your back and it’s not soft and it’s not comfortable. Maybe it’s worse for me because of my neck issues. Even so, 20 minutes of discomfort for an improvement in the rest of my life is well worth it. Your mileage may vary.
Great for Tech Neck. The RESTCLOUD Neck and Shoulder Relaxer has been a game-changer for me. I often struggle with neck pain and tension, especially after long days at work, and this device has provided noticeable relief. It’s easy to use—just lay down and rest your head on it, and it gently stretches and supports your neck. After just a few minutes, I can feel the tension easing up.I’ve also found it helpful for TMJ pain, as it relaxes the muscles around my jaw and neck. The design is comfortable, and I love that it doesn’t require any setup or complicated instructions. If you’re looking for a simple and effective way to relieve neck and shoulder pain, this is definitely worth a try!
Works Great. I do hair and this seems to help the tightness in my neck. You simply lay flat of your backand place it under your head at the neck, raise your knees, and relax. I recommend gradually working up to a few minutes daily. I started at five minutes and worked up to 20. There are two different ways to use this, meaning you can flip it with the curve of it being facing forwards or backwards, to increase the intensity. It gives your back and neck a good stretch!
Works great! Highly recommend. I was skeptical to get this because the reviews seemed so mixed. A few months after seeing this advertised by the company I had a massage appointment. The massage therapist had me use one before the massage because I was in so much pain. After that I was sold! When I have a headache coming on I use it. Depending on how bad the headache is and how soon I can use this my headache is 80-90% better or 100% completely gone. When I’ve had a long day at work and my neck hurts from leaning over my desk this thing helps take the tension away.I’ve even had numbing in my arm from shoulder to finger tips when I sleep. Now that I use this every night before bed I don’t have that issue.I’ve also noticed that when I have a massage my neck and shoulders aren’t as tight and need less focus.I do not think it is too firm as some have stated. Knock off brands (even name brand “knock offs” are very very hard). This one has just enough softness/cushion but still offers support. I even travel with this because I can’t live without it.If you have neck/shoulder issues, and/or headaches I would absolutely recommend this.I was not paid for my review and this wasn’t a giveaway. Just a happy customer whose quality of life was made better by this product.
this thing is nice. I suffer from neck pain and stiffness, specifically in the upper part of my neck and this thing has been very nice in stratching my neck and relieving stress/tension. I do like 5 min at night before bed and while I have my head on it, I rotate my head to the sides to also stretch and masage those areas and works really nice. Love it. Also seems like a good sturdy material.
It helps with neck and shoulder pain. My chiropractor recommended this and it was on sale at Amazon. It’s nice and relaxing when used correctly. I’d recommend it
Helps. Helps stetch my neck. Works well and comfortable.
Must try. Pretty damn cool. Never knew this was a thing until I purchased and used it. My neck has never felt so relaxed and stress free great price for the value.
Amazing Relief for Neck Pain. I cannot recommend the RESTCLOUD Neck and Shoulder Relaxer enough! I’ve been struggling with neck pain and TMJ discomfort for a while, and this device has been a total game-changer. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after just a few sessions, I could feel significant relief. The design is incredibly ergonomic, and the way it matches the natural curve of the cervical spine is spot on. When I lie down on it, I feel like it’s gently stretching my neck and shoulders in all the right ways—providing vertical, horizontal, and curvature support to really release tension and help with spinal alignment. It’s like having a mini chiropractor at home!I’ve been using it for about 10 minutes a day as recommended, and I already notice less stiffness in my neck and shoulders. It’s lightweight but sturdy, and I can comfortably use it on the floor, yoga mat, or even outdoors. The foam is dense enough to provide good support without being too hard, making it very comfortable once you get used to the shape. It’s important to follow the instructions and take it slow when first starting out. At first, I did feel a bit of discomfort as my neck adjusted, but nothing painful—just a little tightness as my muscles were realigning. After a few days, I was able to use it for longer periods with much more comfort. It’s amazing how much better my posture feels after just a few uses!If you’re dealing with neck pain, TMJ, or just poor posture from sitting at a desk too long, I highly recommend giving this a try. It’s affordable, effective, and has helped me feel so much more relaxed and aligned. 10/10
GAVE ME SOME NECK PAIN, BUT NOW I CAN BREATHE WITHOUT A CPAP MACHINE. For the first time in more than 30 years, I got a great night’s sleep WITHOUT a CPAP machine!!!I bought this not to alleviate neck pain, but because I have obstructive sleep apnea, and I currently don’t have a CPAP machine. I notice that if I sleep on a wedge pillow with my head tilted a bit back (in other words, a little too far up the wedge), my throat is clear enough for me to breathe sufficiently enough. The problem with that is that eventually, I slide down the wedge pillow, and my throat closes up again. I wake up dizzy and with a headache. This pillow holds my head in the perfect position where I no longer need a CPAP, and I’m over the moon about it! As for it causing me some neck pain, that’s because my head has to be a bit overextended back in order for the effect to take place. As I did with the wedge pillow, I now do with this pillow, which is to position my head a bit too far back, so that it tilts back/down just a bit. I’m fine with the neck pain, as it’s caused by tightened traps and not by trauma to the spine or nerves in the neck. I can always rub the traps, that’s not an issue. I’m willing to rub my traps every day if it means I can finally BREATHE at night and wake up refreshed, as I did this morning. LOVE this little pillow!!!
