We’ll see what the vet says. My 4 yr-old, 58-lb. doodle doesn’t like having his mouth messed with and shakes his head, as I didn’t start brushing his teeth when he was a little puppy. My error. He has a small line of noticeable plaque on one tooth; his other teeth are mostly white, some w/a bit of very pale yellow. His annual check up is in October, which will be 5 mo. of use. It’s very easy to use daily, and I’m hoping it will be okay. The groomer charges $12 for brushing, but my vet’s sarcastic comment was, “How would YOU be if you brushed your teeth once every 2 months?” (Yes, but I don’t try to escape.)
Very effective. I needed to add something to my dogs diet to help with the tartar build up on her teeth as she’s not really into gnawing on bones etc. This is easy to add on top of her food and she seems to like it. Although it doesn’t get rid of the build up, it does stop it from getting worse and it certainly makes her breath nice and sweet thank goodness! If I run out, you can certainly tell the difference in her breath.
Amazing. I don’t submit reviews alot, but this stuff is amazing. Our dogs teeth had lots of build up. Still have some of the bottle left and the difference it has made to their teeth and breath is again…Amazing! We had used another brand and truly saw no difference. Give this stuff a try!
Definitely working. I desperately needed something to help with the mountains of plaque building up on my Boston’s molars. She has a very sensitive system & a lot of allergies, so I researched and compared products for weeks before deciding on this one. I am so happy with her results. Within 4 weeks of use, about 75% of the buildup has completely come off. I’m literally stunned, and still can’t make it make sense, but it works. No reaction for her either, which was a huge relief…very happy we don’t need to go through a dental cleaning at the vet…not a fan of the anesthesia or the price tag…$1000+. She doesn’t mind the flavor either, but she’s pretty voracious in general. I just sprinkle it on top of her kibble and add a little water – she loves it.Worked for my girl & I hope it works for your pup. They all respond differently though, so just be vigilant and slowly work your dog up to the recommended dosages so it’s not a shock. Never hurts to talk with your vet about it first either – just ask if there are any thyroid concerns before starting to be safe since this product does contain iodine which can stimulate the thyroid.

Better Breath, Cleaner Teeth. Results in 3 days. I started this stuff about a week and a half ago, My dog hates when I brush her teeth, running the other way as soon as she sees a tooth brush in my hand. Gradually her breath and plaque got worse. I tried things, chewies, dental sticks, greenies, water to treat bad breath, I squirt dog tooth paste right in her mouth…and yet, nothing seemed to fix this bad breath. I brought her to the vet, thinking, “maybe it’s a medical issue”- The Vet, “it’s just plaque & bad breath, it’s common in beagles….” shocked by yhe response and how matter of fact she was about it, I kind of reached the point of just living with her bad breath, nonchantly scrolling Amazon or otherwise periodically when I had a free minute and after months I found this- I kept it in the cart for Two weeks mulling over if it would work or not-if it was worth it- read reviews- looked up the ingredients- ultimately reaching the point of screw it, why not, it’s just 21 dollars- if it doesn’t work, it’s alright. We got it…and I started using it right away- by day 3, I noticed her dragon breath wasn’t so bad, a week later and it was like she had never had bad breath to begin with. Which brings me to today- I laid in my bed-her and I playing tug of war with her new favorite toy, and her teeth seemed whiter and her breath almost seemed like just normal dog breath- I lifted her lip up and thought back to the reviews I saw of plague disintegrating & teeth being whiter and healthier in addition to better breath- and in just a week and a half here it was happening before my eyes. I thought to myself I wish I took a before and after so I could have shown you all what her teeth looked like a week and a half ago. I mean it wasn’t a nightmare but it wasn’t great. The point is that in just a week and a half, it’s noticeable. It’s good for her, not bad for her, she doesn’t mind it on her food, it’s easy to use, and it actually works, so yeah…this will definitely be a staple in our house for the rest of her life as long as they make it. I hope it works as good for your puppy dog as it has & continues to for mine.

Packaging Sucks, Product Seems Good. The product itself seems to be helping our dog’s teeth and they don’t even know it’s in their food. My only complaint is that only a toddler or someone with toddler sized fingers might be able to get ahold of the scoop handle through the narrow bottle and opening. It’s especially difficult when you first open the bottle and the scoop handle is buried down in the product and when the bottle is getting closer to empty, so you have to reach in further to get to the product. You shouldn’t need tweezers or needle nose pliers for this. A shorter and wider bottle would be a HUGE improvement.
Good product. Truly helps in the care of animals mouth especially clean breathen
It Works! My Very Selective Cats Don’t Notice it! Vet Said Teeth GOOD. It looks like I first ordered this back in July of 2023, and I’ve gotten it about 6 times. At first I gave it to my cat whose teeth we can’t go near. She’d had one cleaning and some removals, and I hoped she wouldn’t need another cleaning because anesthesia is so dangerous in general for everyone. This was a year after her cleaning and after the vet said if we upped our cleaning of her teeth (which we’d never actually done because she will not allow it), she could last another year. So I gave her one scoop a day for almost a year (her checkup was in May), and the vet said her teeth looked good. I was so excited. I was so relieved. Also, all her blood test results were excellent. The biggest triumph though was my other cat. She has genetically awful teeth, I think. We do clean them once a week. She doesn’t have a ton left. Her one intensive cleaning where a lot had to be pulled out (she is adopted) was probably 2017 or 18. The weekly teeth cleaning we do (which is complicated and involves a process) was not really enough, and the vet in 2022, I think, said it would be sad to have to do a cleaning on so few teeth, but it was looking like it would be necessary.I did not think she would take the supplement, but around December of 2023, I noticed her teeth had that terrible look and smell starting again. Despite increased scrubbing (we only do once a week because she hates it so much and we’re lazy wimps), I saw it again a bit later. I was so worried about her having to have anesthesia, so worried. So I tried a teensy bit of the supplement. She didn’t notice. I increased it to the full amount but I don’t always give it to her daily since she’s smaller (I do the full amount when she starts a new can of food–so every two or three days, as she’s a persnickety eater).I felt like my rare glimpses of her few back teeth were better, but I was ecstatic when the vet said her teeth looked good! I even asked him to repeat it. He did. Yay! Her blood tests were also excellent. This is the first time I’ve ever been told their teeth were actually GOOD.And before this, in the 10 or so years these two amazing felines have lived with me, I have tried SO MANY teeth supplements that they would not partake of. SO MANY. Probably thousands of dollars worth. Maybe just hundreds. I don’t know. But a lot! A lot. So that in itself is a triumph.
Works on the tatar, not for bad breathe. I have a 14 yr old dog and her teeth are not the best. Instead of spending over $800 on a deep clean I thought I would try this. So far, just after a week, I have seen her teeth look cleaner, but her breathe is still the same.
Removed all her plaque!! Saved from tooth decay. Been using this for I’d say atleast 6 months likely more, can’t remember the first time I purchased it. It’s lasted us forever and I just bought my second bottle. She had plaque absolutely caked onto her teeth, they were rough, brown, and yellow. Our vet was super worried and said we need to do something or we risk tooth decay and pulling her teeth in the future. She recommended this as it’s VOHC certified. We’ve been using this along with the “yummy comb” dental chews, also VOHC certified. Ellie doesn’t like to chew so these work great for her as they’re like a big treat and not a tough chew at all. She loves them. This helps soften the plaque and then you should give them something to chew to scrape it off. I’ve never seen her teeth cleaner and whiter. Would 100% recommend.
Very small bottle. I havent used this product yet but i was a lil disappointed by how small the bottle is. If it doesnt work miracles i wont purchase again. For reference here us the bottle size in my hand. A bit small for 20 some dollars. If it works well ill revise
Works great. We put this powder in our dogs food to reduce the amount of tarter on their teeth. One of our dogs usually can tell if there is a pill or medication in his food or pill pocket and won’t eat it. He doesn’t hesitate to eat his food with this on it. This is the same product that some veterinarins sell. The cost is comparable to them. It keeps our dogs clean and their breath fresh. I will be buying again.
