Good for physical therapy. Purchased for PT exercises. Works as described. If you don’t have someone to hold while you stop pumping and put the plug in, you are likely to decompress a bit. Ok for my use—doesn’t need to be full.
Simple Ball for Easy Exercise. This ball is just the right size for knee exercises. You have to be quick to cap it once filled with air but it’ll be worth it.
Portable. Portable and many uses to strengthen different areas of my body also love the little mechanism to inflate and deflate which makes it so portable and not to forget I love the beautiful blue color. Thank you.
Inflates easily. It inflates easily. Really need two people – one to inflate and one to insert the stopper. I can do it alone but it’s tricky. It’s a good ball for a number of exercises.
