Surprised by how great this is. I got this on sale for eight bucks and I wasn’t expecting that much. It’s fantastic. If you make sure the bowl is completely closed around the bottle it doesn’t leak at all which is great because although it has a wrist strap, I prefer to throw it in my backpack when I’m hiking. Also I assumed it was going to let out water into the bowl as soon as you opened it and therefore be very easy to spill… But there’s actually a button you push to release the water once you open it. That was a pleasant surprise! My only gripe is that it releases the water very very slowly. Takes a minute to get enough in there to let my German Shepherd start drinking. Obviously that’s not a huge deal. If we go more than a few miles, she needs more water because this isn’t all that big. But it’s fine for like three miles to give her two or three water breaks. I’m going to buy a second one!
Happy Dog. Our large German Shepherd loves this thing. He loves to go for romps in the great outdoors but was often suffering by the time we got back home. He learned quickly what this is for and how it works. My husband carries it on his belt and our dog runs up and nudges it when he wants a drink. He returns home much happier and not so exhausted from his outings. It’s easy to fill, easy to clean and doesn’t leak. The button allows us to control the flow of water so none is wasted on longer outings. I’ve been washing it in the dishwasher without any problems. My only complaint is the carrying strap. It’s difficult to remove and put back on and is showing some signs of wear. It will likely have to be replaced.
Can a water bottle change your life. Can a water bottle change your life? Well, kind of! This has been one of the handiest gadgets I have ever purchased. It is so convenient and both of my dogs love it. We use it for traveling, hiking, camping, boating. At first I wished it was a little bit bigger but then it would be too heavy for hiking but I always make sure I have extra water in my vehicle for emergencies so it works out fine if they drink all the water in the bottle.
Cool doggie drink. Great little product for walks outdoors on hot days. The little trough is perfect, and you control how much water is releasedwith no drips or leaks. No heavy plastic/chemical smell either. Bought 2, will buy more for friends–your dog will appreciatea cool drink to stay hydrated on walks or in the car–when finished drinking, trough folds up around the container. *Buy theaqua–half the price of the pink. Perfect for small to medium-size pups (19 oz).
Better than Squeeze Bottles. I bought this as a replacement to a squeeze water bottle that I had because I wanted something that didn’t let the water back into the bottle which is what the squeeze bottle did. This water bottle gets heavy when filled to capacity, which makes the strap that comes with cut into my wrist because the strap is too narrow. I like that the water spout can be opened and closed with the push of a button. I wish the hole was a little bigger to let more water out into the cup because I have a large dog who drinks a lot at one time. Overall, it does the trick. My dog gets water during our walks. There’s no backwash. And it’s easy to clean. I would recommend it despite the minor issues mentioned.

Not that big of a deal. Wish they made a bigger size with a braided lanyard or nicer carry handle. It’s been useful when taking our puppy on day excursions or training classes so we don’t have to have him drink water from bowls other puppies have used. Helps to prevent transmission of puppy illnesses. It’s well made and love the way it works.

Best dog watering solution I’ve ever used. This goes everywhere with us. Works great at the park, in the car, at a store. Wastes very little water.kinda wish it had a larger volume —2 20lb dogs will clear it during 1 water break.also wish it had more color options cause there are a bunch of them at the dog parks I frequent and only 2 colors to distinguish whose is whose.
