Moved from the at the time similarly priced OP3 to the Nord, very happy so far. Down side is lack of 3.5mm audio jack and the front LED alert I enjoyed on the OP3, but it has a great display, runs apps much faster as you’d expect and the camera setup is far superior. Not a big gamer, use primarily for social media, web browsing, camera etc, and it handles all of that really well. The wired fast charge on the OP range is awesome, as is Oxygen OS, cleanest Android experience I’ve had outside of CyanogenMod itself on rooted phones (used Samsung, HTC, Pixel etc).EDIT: had the phone a few months, and whilst it does out perform the OP3, that’s expected from the hardware. There’s some niggles and OS updates haven’t fixed them. When auto rotate is disabled, opened apps still sometimes flip the screen, and it won’t flip back – have to enable rotation, flip and disable again. The ambient light sensor is poor in low or mixed lighting conditions, have to manually increase the brightness.LED alerts are bigger miss than I thought, you sometimes need to unlock the phone to see if a WhatsApp message has arrived, when sound is muted.Still an OK phone for the price – battery lasts well and charges fast. Bluetooth connection has been solid and sound is clear. The OS is swift and clean.I haven’t experienced these kind of issues on other hardware, and I’ll think twice before going with an OP again. The OH went with the Samsung and hasn’t regretted it.
I’ve had the (grey) Nord for a couple of weeks now, having previously owned Samsungs for about 10 years. My previous phone was the excellent Samsung Note 8. I actually intended to buy a Pixel 4a but the Nord happened to be beside it in the shop so I had a play with both phones. Within five minutes I had changed my mind and came home and ordered the Nord from Amazon (I didn’t need the £10 sim the shop insisted I buy). The Nord is a great phone. Samsung S series quality, without the price. I really don’t understand the negative comments about the phone from some people. The build quality is as good as any phone, flagship or otherwise. The screen is superb. The fast refresh rate makes my old Note 8 (which has an 8 series processor) feel sluggish. The battery lasts all day, unless you’ve got phone issues (I’m getting 10 hours screen on time). The Warp charging is amazing (70% in 30 minutes – so fast that I can’t shower and dress with it on charge because I try not to fully charge it every day). The wifi connects in places that no previous phone every worked. The operating system is fast and intuitive. It takes two sim cards if and when we can every travel again (or you want personal and business numbers in the same handset). You can customise it to death. It plays games well. Telephone calls are crystal clear. My Samsung Buds work better with it than they ever did with my Samsung Note. What’s not to like? It’s a steal at the price. 5/5

For this price, this phone performs really, really well. The camera is very decent (not the best but still very good) the build quality is on point and the phone is also surprisingly light. The battery life is also very impressive getting you 6-8 hours of screen time, if not longer (depending on how you use the phone) and of course the charger is also super fast. The under screen fingerprint reader also responds pretty quickly, and have not had a misread so far, so very impressed with that.Phone size is also good for small/medium hands to use one handed for most things.Overall, very much liking this phone, it’s fast cheap and has a long battery life, nothing more to ask from it.
Great phone easy setup and a breeze to use
Still at android 11 with january security patch (YES We’ve got april now!)This is biggest concern at this phone. But rest of phone is all-good.Good value for money phone, decent camera, brilliant low light photos with “on stand” mode.Responsive with customize OS and not loaded with extra app (You can remove most of it)Battery life is less a day with heavy use (5G/Always On Display on).Charging is super fast, but only with original charger and cable, as phone use only 5V (6A max) chargers – connecting to other phone charger, take 3 hour to charge. In box: good quality clear case and fast charger plus screen protector preinstalled.Phone survived some bike journeys (when raining), operating with wet fingers during rain is not a problem (figerprint reader not working with wet hands). No headphone jack and expendable memory.USB-C-jack cable working great anyway, plus i like slider to switch between sound/vibration/quiet mode.

Very reliable phone, good value for money. The camera is really good for the price range, and the battery seems to hold for more than a couple of days with medium-low usage, even using the 5G actively a couple of hours per day. The fingerprint reader does the job, but it gets the fingerprint right only in certain positions.

Good daily mobile phone.
The finger print reader actually works and conveniently is located on the front screen. The battery life is excellent. The camera is perfectly fine for a facebook selfie and not bad when printed out, but I still use a real camera for real pictures. Bought this as a Which recommendation and it has lived up to its review
This was a good phone, it lasted me a year, however the software was only updatable to android 12, which was a bummer.Oneplus is a good brand, however on a budget phone the software support isn’t great. The hardware was brilliant, and so was the battery, performance while keeping a good battery life is amazing. This phone would keep me above 50% after a lot of usage during the day.Camera-The camera quality on this phone was brilliant, it had good zoom, good shutter speed and great features. The front camera was a highlight, it had an ultrawide and a great video camera.Looks -The phone is beautiful, with the back glass sparkling well paired well with a beautiful front screen. What comes with the phone -Pre installed screen protector, power brick, power cable, and i believe a case. For a budget phone it is a wonder how they made profit.TLDR-Brilliant budget phone with good specs and battery, with a great camera, however lazy software updates.
