Decent test kit. I got this one as a back up to the test straps I already had. I was getting inconsistent readings with the test straps but with this kit it’s on the money.
Difficult to read chlorine. As others have stated, the chlorine is difficult to read. I’m using it for the alkalinity testing which works well. (Who cares what the chlorine level is in the summer? It needs chlorine to stop the algae!)
Works great. This has been very helpful in keeping our pool clear this summer. We are inexperienced, but this is very easy to use and has helped us to understand where the ph and Chlorine levels were and where they needed to be.

Better than strips. I have used the paper test strips to check chemical levels in my pool, but thought they were a bit inaccurate. I mean, the colors never really quite matched! So, I decided to get something that was a bit more accurate but simple to use and this was my choice. I recommend this test kit to help maintain a pool. It is accurate and well made. I think it’s a good value for the price and for my peace of mind.

pool test kie. I ordered this for our condo association to have one of our residents be able to test the pool water everyday. He reports that it is working fine.
Works. The scale part Will let water seep into it if water gets in the case (It’s not watertight so when left out in the rain). It did not seem to affect functionality and I now realize these things don’t last more than a year anyways so it’s fine
