Provides essential C in an easy-to-digest formula. I take megadoses of C because the function of so many other nutrients depends on adequate levels of C.

I can feel it working. This is the first vitamin C that truly works for me. Every time I take it, within 30 minutes my sinuses drain, and my head feels clear.
