Water stays balanced. I have been buying my chemicals from Leslie pool supply. I had to put chlorine and shock in everyday. This product is much better!Now I am putting it in about weekly. The longevity of this is much better and doesn’t throw off the alkalinity and ph like the other brands.I found my new favorite brand. I still have some leslie chemicals left which I will finish off but such a relief to not need to constantly balance things. My hot tub is used everyday, I get in for an hour before work to relax before my day starts.Learning the chemistry was challenging. I use a drop test kit due to accuracy is much better. I test my water 2-3 times per week.There is no store here that stocks these but worth getting. I hope these become locally available in Northern California

Works well. A bit expensive in this volume. I found larger volume packaging for less. You do pay for the convenience of nice packaging.

A hot-tub must have. My hot tub has a salt system, but there are times where it needs a boost. I add a bit of these chlorine granules to quickly bring the chlorine level up when needed. These are also needed when I do my semi-annual maintenance refills. These are a must-have staple if you have a hot tub and these work great.

This has been a great long-term hot tub water treatment. This is our ‘go to’ hot tub treatment. We have used it for years in both cold, snowy winter nights and hot, sunny summer days. The water has remained clear. We always replace the entire hot tub water and throughly clean it twice a year in October and March. We typically use one tablespoon per person after every use. If we treat before use, we typically wait at-least 4-hours. There often is a slight chemical smell but we don’t have any skin reaction.
Chlorine granules. Works great. I like the hard plastic container over plastic bags that deteriorate.
