I love it. Overall I think it’s a very good computer. It took a while to start up, and it was working a little slow at first. But after I turned it off and restarted it, it worked perfectly fine. Hi downloaded chrome on it instead of using Microsoft and it works great. The color is very beautiful, it came with all the pieces it was supposed to, and it helped you set it up in the beginning. It has an HDMI plug socket so you can hook it up to TVs and things, and it’s perfect for what I bought it for. School, and just every day use . I definitely recommend

great. I bought this as a school laptop. It did need to be updated to the latest software. Also it runs in Microsoft S mode, which you’ll have to disable if you want to install apps outside of the Microsoft store. Overall, decent laptop.
Nora computer. Love the laptop, my daughter complains that it’s slow. Which it is slow, but it will run slow the more windows you have open.

I set it up and did not use it, as it was a strictly for school purchase. Time lapse, about a week or two; should not matter, but wanted to mention that. When I went to use it, the keyboard would not allow me to enter any letters only numbers. Which of course, my password consisted of all letters. So disappointed, cannot imagine what got into or out of my pretty pink computer. Anyway, I had to send it back:(P.S. Got a great deal, since I purchased it during the prime day, specials.

Keep scrolling. The media could not be loaded. I wanted to love this little computer but unfortunately— it just moves too slow! I’m not referring to the internet— I’m referring to all of it! Downloading, even moving from app to app— I feel like I time travelled back to 1998 and I’m waiting for the computer to turn on and the dial up to connect. Love the color, love the quality of the actual product— not a good computer even for simple tasks like surfing the internet or using it for basic tasks.

The media could not be loaded. i like this laptop already and i just got it. its definitely what i have been looking for, for a long time. The only thing is, it’s acting up with network. inexpensive laptop, but unable to switch out of S mode. this is my 2nd one. very worthwhile for basic home or business use. With this unit, unlike the first i purchased. i could not switch out of S mode despite carefully following all the videos on YouTube. if that’s not important, this is a good value.
