Works great, stops water marks. I. Got a fantastic fancy natural wood table. Within the first couple of days, we had a small get together and a couple people set down some cold drinks. I knew they had to be wiped up, but didn’t want to be that host that jumped out of my seat to wipe up their mess(I knew better) so they left some marks. This was my fault I knew I should have treated the table quicker. After a lot of research that got way too complicated with chemicals to protect the table I came across this stuff. With some patience I applied a few coats of the wax. When I was done, I poured a small spot of water of the table and it immediately beaded up in a puddle, as in it works. I wiped up the spot and the table was fully protected.I now apply this stuff a couple times a month and have had zero issues. A couple of left over water marks under a place mat is a constant reminder that in order to have nice stuff, you have to take care of it.And it smells amazing also. I usually apply it before guest come over.
Its Wax. Works like paste wax.Yes a small amount leaked out in transit. Wipe it off and get over it, its wax.The can is not hard to open if you have half a brain and use a flat screwdriver. Insert screwdriver as photoed above and twist. Its amazing how leverage works.Application was simple bc Its wax.Removal was easy bc its wax.The smell. Not great. Smells like a chemical orange. For sure want good ventilation or good mask if your sensitive to vapors. The finish looks good bc its wax.The feel is smooth bc its wax.Nothing special about it or any wax ive ever used bc its all just wax.4 stars bc its just wax.
Reasonable substitute for JPW. Seems OK. Would prefer good old Johnson’s Paste Wax, but it is no more.
Can came dented, not asking for a return. Just reporting this. Will keep the can and work around it. Have never had a problem like this with shipping, but it’s still usable. Looking forward to using it.
Best wax ever. This is by far my favorite furniture wax. It is so fast and easy to apply with an old fuzzy sock and then buff a few hours later with another sock. It comes to a very nice clean finish with a little buffing, not tacky at all.
Nice. Smells good
Amazing way to improve and protect vintage furniture. The media could not be loaded.  Someday I will sand and refinish this bookshelf but I just don’t have time and I really need it. So glad I had this on hand—recently used it on my vintage oak dining table to protect it, but here its job was to restore. I don’t know a lot about vintage furniture but I think there may be some finishes that don’t work as well—in this case the white scratches are from the finish being scratched off and the paste is filling it in AND making it invisible. Only the deepest of scratches can still be felt, a few more coats and they might be gone too but I’m satisfied with them not being visible. On another vintage wood buffet I was protecting I applied this to the interior of cabinets and drawers and it eliminated the tobacco exposure smell. This stuff is just magical; if you have or want to have a house full of donate pieces that have been restored or need some light restoration you will not regret this purchase. I have used maybe 1/5 of it on my 3 big projects—it will last for years.

Makes any project glow. I use this after applying several coats of danish oil and am never disappointed with the end result. It makes every woodworking project I do look and feel incredible.
Beautiful finish. I have used this on painted surfaces and raw cherry wood. East to apply, buffs to a beautiful sheen and enriches the surface. It smells good too.
