Great for kittens. I got a kitten who had horrible gas and I took him off the Purina one kitten and decided to try this kind. He stills has gas but not nearly as bad as he did with the other brand. On top of that he absolutely loves this food, he doesn’t over eat as this brand doesn’t have fillers so he only eats a little bit at a time. I’m glad i tried this brand of kitten food, very pleased with the results

My kittens do really well with this food. The media could not be loaded. I adopted my two kittens when they were 12 weeks old. They were pretty skinny and I was told they had ‘sensitive tummies’ I kept them on the food the rescue was feeding them which was a different brand. 2 days later they had diarrhea that went on for days. Being a new cat mom I was really stressed and worried. I took them to the vet and they had me do a few days of a Rx strength wet food from Hills. They seemed to be doing well on that so I switched over their dry food to this and I’ve never looked back. After 2 weeks of diarrhea a few days after I made the switch to hills it was gone and they have not had diarrhea ever since and they are 7 months old now. I am so happy with this kitten food and so are my two babies. The kibble is a perfect size, easy for them to chew. They have thrived on this food. They are happy and healthy and that’s all I could ever ask for. Also the empty bag makes for a great toy per my kitten Yoshi.

My kitten loves it. This is an excellent food for growth and nutrition for my kittens. I have fostered 22 bottle babies during the last 3 years and it is only hard food that the AZ Humane Society uses. I highly recommend ir.

I was worried that the bits would be too big, but are tiny and our little ones never had any issues when eating. We have an automatic feeder and they run to eat everytime they hear it cycle more food.The end result from the kitten doesn’t smell terrible (for what it is) and is a healthy consistency. We’ve already purchased the 15.5 lb bag in the same flavor.

Great for seniors too. I buy this for my senior kitties that have trouble eating kibble and don’t tolerate or don’t like canned food. The tiny kibble size helps the seniors with few to no teeth, and it has helped one of the seniors to gain some much needed weight. All of the cats in the house beg to eat it so I have microchip feeders to only let specific cats eat it and keep the other cats out of it (it’s too pricey to feed to all the cats and the others don’t need to gain weight).

Hills Science chicken flavored kitten food. My 2-5 week old rescued kittens are eating this moistened & smashed into a gruel with the KMR without any issues. They are enjoying this food & it was HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY MY VET. I have always used Hills Science brand canned dog food also for my 18# 16 year old dog who has a sensitive stomach. Hills Science & Badlands Ranch are the ONLY foods that she is able to keep down. And I have tried MANY different companies dog foods. Her age is a living testament to just how good Hills Science brand pet foods are. So I don’t think you can go wrong buying pet food from Hills Science! It’s a little pricey but I think my pets deserve the best.
