Nice bags. Update: The seller contacted me and replaced the box with a new one. It was clearly a manufacturing issue and I appreciate them making a replacement so far out from my original purchase. I have not had any issues with the bags in the new box.I purchased these once before and liked the quality of the bags. However my last purchase not so much.The bags are not perforated properly. Some bags are sealed at both ends, so often that means the next bag may not be sealed at all, or the seams are so close to the end of the bag I am afraid the bag will split ( I have two 50 lb dogs), so I end up double bagging. Unfortunately it was not just one roll with defects and I am having to waste so many of them. Very frustrating when you are on a walk and trying to clean up. Picture shows a bag that is open at bottom, and partially sealed at top.
Pretty sure those ripped bags are mainly user error…. I ordered these on June 21st, 2022. I have one dog. I JUST ran out of that same pack of bags that I bought over a year ago. $17 kind of sounds like a lot for some plastic bags but when you think about how long it lasts you, it’s really not bad.I’m not sure what the deal is with all these pictures of broken, holey, ripped bags because I haven’t experienced that once the whole year I’ve been using these things. Maybe you guys should just be a little more gentle when tearing the bags apart? Look for the prefortated spot and be careful tearing one off. Use both hands. And don’t shove your hand into the bag all willy nilly and punch holes in it? Really a lot of these pictures look like user error to me. These are great quality bags. They’re big and spacious for your hands and for just about any amount of poop that can come out of one dog at once. I’ve never had them bust on me. I’ve since gotten different bags to fill in the gap before I order more of these, and I hate them. They’re small and I’ve already ripped them a few times. I like how these ones have plenty of bag at the top for you to make a tight knot with.Maybe just be a little more gentle with the bags, they really shouldn’t be ripping like that. I think they’re very well made
Always buy in bulk. You know you are going to use them, so might as well buy in bulk. I do like that these are more eco friendly, while still getting the job done. Compared to some of the other brands, I haven’t had any tear or hole issues. Which is huge when picking up poop of course. You know you are going to use them, so might as well buy in bulk. Once I found these, I feel comfortable buying the 540 pack as I have no problems with them. Cardboard center as well that can be thrown in the recycling.
Box was crushed but dog waste bags totally fine. I really like these did waste bags. I can tell they will decompose faster than the regular plastic bags I was using before.I was disappointed driver didn’t bring to my door as per instructions but left in mail room 😕 luckily I was home and got down to mail room 3 minutes after delivery notification. I was in time to get my package plus 2 packages belonging to my neighbors. Someone was in process of stealing them. I delivered the other 2 packages to the proper apartments.
Dependable. We run an RV park with cottages and have a strict clean-up after your dog rule. Difficult to enforce if you don’t provide the tools. We got this dispenser and refills, and it’s is mounted to a pole on the side of our roadway. Perfect! Wish we could catch the sneaky ones who refuse to follow the rules before they break them though.
Sturdy & good for the environment. I was nervous about these bags at first. They seemed pretty thin, but ended up being very sturdy…no rips or tears & also contain the smell well. I usually prefer the scented bags, but these do the job & I like that they’re good for the environment. They hold a surprisingly large amount as well! I have an energetic 55 lb dog who needs a good sized bag when cleaning up after him & this one fits the bill (with room to spare)!! Two minor issues I have with these bags though are: #1.) The first bag tears on each roll when trying to take the sticker off. It’s not really that big of a deal though b/c the hole it makes is towards the top of the bag, so it’s still usable. And #2.) The bags are a bit tough to open sometimes…especially at night. They stick together & unless your fingers are damp or it’s really humid out, they’re impossible to unstick. If you have good lighting (or really good eyesight I guess), you can see the slight shift in the bag when you’re rubbing it together & you can grab on (to the tiny millimeter piece of one of the sides) to pull it apart. I avoid this by making sure I have a few bags open before I go out, then I don’t have to worry about standing there for an hour trying to open the stupid bag while my dog is going nuts because we’re not going anywhere 😂 These 2 issues are not deal breakers for me. The combination of these bag’s sturdiness & strength, ability to hold a large volume & contain the smell, as well as their biodegradability, make it a great product in my opinion & I will be repurchasing in the future.

Wish they were easier to open. UPDATE: I’m upping my review from 2 to 4 stars for their excellent customer service. After my review I was immediately contacted by the company offered a refund. Since I had used all of the bags, I declined the offer, but feel that the customer service was great. The bags are thin, but never ripped for us (and we pick up big Labrador piles). Although they are tough to open, they worked. Hopefully they can be improved in the future to open easier!ORIGINAL REVIEW: After using all 540 of these bags, I feel it’s safe to say we gave these bags a try.I really wish I could give them a higher rating…the price is great (much cheaper than our previous brand), and I love the idea that they are better for the environment (break down sooner than others)…not sure how true that claim is, but at least we’re trying to be more responsible, right?!Pros: 1) Fit nicely in the dispenser we had from previous bags, must be same size.2) Sturdy, never ripped, and we pick up massive horse-sized dumps from our lab.3) Price- way cheaper, more than 50% cheaper than previous brand4) Better for the environment, made from corn (at least that’s what is claimed)Cons:1) Difficult to open!!! This is the main problem, why they are getting three stars and the reason why we will be switching back to our previous, more costly bags. Once ripped apart, splitting the bag open is next to impossible. Rubbing together does not help (as with most plastic bags) and I’ve found myself standing on a tree lawn in my neighborhood for what seems like forever attempting to open the bag. All while freezing (it gets cold in Ohio), trying to prevent a strong Labrador from lunging at other dogs, and keeping our other dog from going back to eat the deposit she just laid down for me to scoop…it makes me so mad, but I’m determined to open them, it’s like a challenge that I won’t back down from, thinking “I’ve paid for these darned bags and I’m going to use them!”…sometimes wondering if the car that pulled out of its driveway will return home and I’ll still be standing there trying to open this stupid bag. Sometimes it’s embarrassing, but I’m persistent. With the colder temps in January, and now on our last roll, I’ve gotten smarter and now open the bag BEFORE leaving the house and shove it in my pocket to avoid the above-mentioned a$$-ache.2) Not as big of an issue, but the sticker that holds a new roll together is tough to remove, often ripping the first (and sometimes second) bag, leaving it useless. Because these bags are much cheaper than others, wasting a couple here and there isn’t terrible, but it’s something that could be improved.Overall, great bags, but difficult to open. Consider yourself warned.
Good bags. I’m glad they’re green and better for environment. Plus They work fine, no tears. I use them to clean my cat’s litter box. Easy to use.
A Waste Bag that Works. You can believe what they say about thickness, leak proof and composting! A lot of bags get torn, just from tearing them off. Unfortunately, they are not scented. Either way…THEY WORK 😃
Good quality poop bags. I highly recommend these poop bags! The plastic is durable and has a smooth texture. They actually seem like more expensive poop bags instead of the cheapt crinkly ones. Once I tie the back up, I don’t detect any bad smell from my doggy’s poop. I ordered the big box so I have plenty of poopy bags to last quite some time! The bags fit nicely in the plastic bag holder that’s attached to my dog’s leash.
Great bag, good size, good for the environment. These bags contain the smell of the poo, which a lot of the biodegradable bags don’t do and which I really appreciate. They’re a good size for small to medium dogs, and an excellent price. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they open from the “bottom,” whereas all the other bags I’ve ever used open from the “top.” By this I mean you can’t open the bag before you’ve torn it off the spool—the free end is sealed and the opening is at the seam. There’s nothing wrong with this really, it’s just that when you’re accustomed to opening the bag a little bit before you need it, to have it “at the ready,” you really can’t do that with these bags. The only way to prep the bag is to tear it off completely in advance.
Good poop bags. This is my second order of these bags, this order is a bit harder to open the individual bags but still good quality. The size is perfect for the pick ups my 63 pound girl makes, and once the bag is tied the smell dissapears.
Keeping plastic out of the landfill. The good news is that you use these just like other poop bags, and throw them into the garbage. They hold together just fine while you’re carrying the full bag. But when it gets into the landfill it’ll decompose, and there won’t be any plastic in the landfill.It’s a small thing to do, but it does keep some plastic from going back into the environment.
Great Scent, Durable. I did not generally like scented bags before but these have a pleasant and light aloe vera scent. They are durable and reliable bags. I will continue buying these. They can be tricky to open up.
Great quality. Rip resistant, made to decompose quickly compared to other plastic. Very easy to use and is a good size!! I would recommend this product to anyone because the price and quality is just right!!

Great product. These bags are so much better than any other I have used. They are strong and sturdy but still soft to the touch. I think they are compostable and a good value for the money
Durable and cuts the smell. I bought these to use like gloves and/or scoop into from my cat’s litter. We started using pine pellets. These bags work wonderfully. They’re strong and they cut the smell of what’s inside them. I’m also so happy that they’re biodegradable! Makes me feel better about using bags. They seem to hold a good amount of weight and are easy to tie up when finished.
Like these bags. Saw a neighbor using these for his dog, and he recommended them.Very easy to open, unlike pure plastic bags that take so much effort to part the opening. Easy to tear off roll, no unperforated sections. Great price for the quantity.Longevity does not apply here.Good size, good manufacturing, convenient, good price.
