Work great. These work great- keep your feet from slipping during yoga poses. I only gave 4 stars for comfort because they fit each toe individually so sometimes they dig in between my toes but I think i will get used to that (I’ve only used about 3x). Overall, would recommend if your feet slip. I wear a size 8.5/9 US and sizing is fine for reference.
Great grip but tight on toes. TL:DR – Great grip, better than the full socks that slide off, but the cutouts cut off the circulation in my toes.I have 3 different pairs of yoga socks and these are my second choice out of them. Pros are that they grip very well so definitely provide stability and are pretty comfortable. The con, at least for me, is that about halfway through class these socks are cutting off circulation around my toes. The toe cutouts with no traction slide because the rest of the sock is gripping so well. I either have to take them off or leave half my toes out which defeats the purpose. I prefer the socks where the whole toe area is open

Surprisingly, not bad. I bought these with their glove counterpart to use in hotel rooms while traveling – almost always carpeted. I estimate that the gloves provide 90% – 95% of of the stickiness of a mat and the socks (reviewed here) provide about 85% – 90% of the stickiness of a mat. That is definitely enough to do yoga and make up for the lack of a mat, but I might try a better pair if/when they wear out. When I was in the process of researching/choosing these, I did see another pair that looked better but they appeared to be more than what I really needed so I went with these instead. Over the upcoming year I will get a sense of how often I use these (specifically for traveling) and if it’s only a few times a month, they will be fine. If it’s once a week or more, I’ll probably get a better pair. They are comfortable and easily washable.
Not easy to put on. I’ve used these socks many times and I love them. They are comfortable, my feet don’t slide on the mat. I’m confident when doing yoga which is the reason I have them. The toes don’t pinch. My only issue is you need to build in extra time to put them on as the toe holes aren’t obvious. Once they’re on it’s good but don’t be in a rush. Put them on before class!
They work as intended. They are cotton and that’s a plus. I got a pair that had been at least tried on and probably returned even thought I paid for new. I kept them and used them for a barre class. They work well and I’ve even gotten compliments on them.
Gaiam Gripp Studio Yoga Socks, I loved it very much. Five Stars
ok. cumbersome – heavy and all the elastics over the top of the foot are a bit of a nuisance; just not necessary and definitely not for style.overall these work fine for dancing and moving around; no problem with the toe separators either.
Poor Fit. Fit well on toes but immediately the heels came off the back of my feet. I wear a size 8!so a very average size foot. I may be able to sleep in them but I doubt I’ll be able to wear for yoga because the backs don’t stay up. Would compare with other brands.
Good Quality and Soft. I’m surprisingly pleased with this product that I recently purchased ..they instantly helped to relieve the persistent foot and toe pain I live with . these socks help separate, support and align my toes more properly . they are soft and a nice quality for the reasonable price point. I do have pretty thin, ex- ballet dancers feet and I did find that after wearing them many hours they did hurt my heel from being a little snug but that is probably due to my finicky feet . I ended up cut the heel out because I ‘m not using them for yoga but to ease discomfort in my toes by separating and aligning them .. overall satisfied and will buy more pairs !

Good for the price. These were a bit tight around the toes at first but now fit great. The price is better at toe sox and hopefully they hold up to the intense wear and tear of nearly daily use 🤞
These aren’t my favorite grippy socks. These socks look cute, but it’s hard to get the multiple straps to lay flat, and the heels slide too easily off the back of my feet. I use them for pilates. They’re ok but I won’t buy another pair.

Socks came as advertised, just not my cup of tea. The socks are grippy, soft, and we’re my first pair of studio socks. I did learn that I like wearing toeless socks from purchasing these, and I need a slightly different style. I have large feet, and these were a little too snug for me. I also disliked the feeling of the separation between all of my toes.
Disappointed. I boughtvthese cause I returning to yoga and pilates and this brand Gaiam has always been my favorite. However the material is horrible. It is really toxic. Your feet absorb these toxic chemicals and when your sweating its worse.. o don’t understand how this company can support the materials in these socks. Super cute design but I will be sending back. All things I have Boughton over yrs were always 5 stars.
very comfortable. This is exactly what I needed. I like the open toes and grips on sole. the straps are soft and nice so it doesn’t look so much like just a sock.
I love these, so comfy. I got these because I workout barefoot in my home gym and I balance heavy weights with my feet sometimes (lying leg curls). These are so comfy, I forget that I am wearing them. They really help with gripping the weights and I love them for my yoga practice as well.
Great quality. Great fit, great quality & perfect for working out.
Nice yoga slippers. A little on the small side but a comfortable slipper for yoga workouts.
