Nice (with minor damage). Nice set of a strap and yoga blocks. Exactly as described. Was worried about the smell other reviewers mentioned, but mine (in Grey, ordered in April 2023) was just fine. I gave this 4 stars since yoga blocks had scratches and dents as pictured. If you are a person who doesn’t like buying anything new with even a minor damage (though the same scratches are soon to be made by you with regular use) like me, you might not like it. Otherwise this set is such a great deal.
As expected, just like at the yoga studio. This is right in line with what I was expecting. Just like I’ve tried in yoga classes. Used a few times now at home. Only thing is the material on one of my yoga mats slips (haven’t tested on my other). So I do wonder if a different material could have been a better selection for me, but that is not necessarily a fault in this product.

Taking my Yoga poses to another level in my Runner Yoga Era haha. The media could not be loaded. I recently tried a new pose using my yoga blocks and it was a game-changer. The blocks provided the perfect amount of support, allowing me to deepen my stretch and maintain the pose longer. I found that the blocks were particularly helpful for poses where flexibility was a challenge. The quality of the blocks was also impressive, they were sturdy and didn’t slip, even during more complex poses. I highly recommend using yoga blocks to anyone looking to enhance their yoga practice.

Great for stretching. I mainly got these to help my daughters stretch for dance classes. These are nice and sturdy but I will say that the foam is easily scratched when you’re using them or putting away. It doesn’t affect the use, but just the visual appeal. The girls are very happy with them and I’m also starting to use them to continue my yoga journey.

New addition to yoga workout. I used something similar to this in a class and decided to purchase a set for home. They work great, very sturdy.
They serve their purpose. These are sturdy blocks and serve their purpose. Initially I received the wrong color and had to return them but they sent the correct color the 2nd time. I don’t use the straps and would have preferred an option to get just the blocks without the straps.

Perfect and the price is great. Perfect blocks for my needs. I saw a single block at a discount department store over the weekend and it was priced the same as this pair. This is a great deal and as far as yoga blocks go, what more do you need? 5 stars.
After 5 layers of packaging, these are pretty nice. Nice quality. Minus one star for the incredible amount of packaging waste. Each block wrapped in plastic, then a cardboard wrap, then another wrap of plastic around the whole thing, then a cardboard box for each one, and then the shipping box. But… Very nice blocks. I’d like the manufacturer to find a less wasteful way to package them.

I love the idea of flowing gracefully through poses, finding inner peace, and achieving pretzel-like flexibility. The reality, however, often involves wobbling precariously, straining to reach the floor, and generally feeling less like a serene yogi and more like a confused flamingo. I knew props could help, but for a while, I resisted, thinking they were for “real” yogis. Boy, was I wrong. Adding this Gaiam Yoga Block to my practice has been a revelation, proving that sometimes, a little bit of foam is all you need to unlock a whole new level of possibility.This block is deceptively simple. Helpful for Pelvic Tilt and Everyday Use. I bought this Gaiam yoga block to help with correcting my pelvic tilt, and it’s honestly been super useful. I keep one at my study desk and place it between my knees while I’m sitting for long periods. This small habit has really helped me start addressing my right-left imbalance. I’ve been very right-side dominant for years, and my left side has been weaker, which contributed to my pelvic tilt. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m definitely noticing improvements.The block itself is lightweight but firm, and it holds up well even with daily use. I also use it during yoga, especially for pigeon pose, where it gives just the right support. I don’t use the strap much since I already had one, but it’s a nice bonus to have if you need it.If you’re working on posture or alignment issues like I am, or just want a reliable block for stretching or yoga, this one does the job well. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and affordable.
