This guy flies through the Pool … Very Easy to use and great results. Wow, a bit of a learning curve, but in the end note I love this pool Vacuum attachment.Word of wisdom.1. I though put the pole in the wrong hole (hold the jokes) and went to vacuum and it fell off and skirted down the pool to the deep end in in 3 seconds. 30 minutes later I fished it out. Then when I put it right, I put it back into the pool and my pole , one of them wasn’t secure and boom, into the deep end again.But when I finally put it together quickly, it works like a champ. The many wheels make it float on the bottom easily. This is solid Metal and hard wheels , it is easy to maneuver around the bottom, great quality in my book.My Zodiak G3 failed me, it was good but never got into the dirty part of the deep end, this one does.I have a 10,000 gallon pool and in 5 minutes 90% of the big stuff was gone. I just went over the pool a few times to get every thing nice. I would say 10 minutes top to vacuum the whole pool. This does boil up some debris so I went back with my pool skimmer and picked all of that up.Overall 5 stars.I would compare this to our Rhumba Vacuum and my Zodiak G3 vs a broom and this pool head vacuum. Yes the G3 would get it 98% clean over the hours. The Rhumba the same thing, 2 hours later our house is vacuumed.I find it much easier to just take 10 minutes to vacuum the pool and I don’t have all the 10′ of hose and my G3 in the water, it is nice just to see the water !Either way, I highly recommend this Pool Cleaner.

Great heavy duty Vacuum Attachment. Recently had to do a lot of restorative work to our pool which has been down for a few seasons. As a result, I had to order a lot of new cleaning equipment, including this vacuum head. Very pleased with both the build quality, and the performance.After several years of non-use, my pool had a tremendous amount of dead algae, and decayed vegetation resting at the bottom, resulting in several inches of ‘muck,’ effectively sludgy pond scum. After using a leaf rake to get the large debris out, I went to work on the muck with this vacuum head, and sent to flow out to waste. I was actually surprised at how well it worked, and after a couple of days vacuuming, allowing everything to re-settle overnight, and vacuuming again, my pool looks pristine.Highly recommend. Suction power is very good, and it’s easy to use. Maneuverability can be a little tricky, as it’s a large heavy attachment, but once you get the hang of it, there’s not much it can’t reach, including walls and corners.
Effortless pool cleaning. The media could not be loaded. We have a 40’ x 16’ in ground fiberglass pool that when installed we were provided with all of the equipment to care for. The pool vacuum head/attachment we were given was triangular in shape, made of plastic, and had little white bristles that would fall off and float in our pool. After speaking with a friend who also owns a pool, he advised me to get this cleaning head, and after reading the reviews, we purchased.Let me preface with saying, we also own a $1600 Dolphin robotic pool cleaner, but upon first use of this vacuum head, my husband doesn’t think we will be using our Dolphin much anymore (maybe for the walls). The ease of use is great, the wheels make it very easy to push around on the pool floor, as well as navigate the various levels/steps in our pool. I am not the strongest female around and was able to push this easily with our pole extended all the way.The unit itself is built well, made with heavy/durable materials, and to be honest, at this price, if it rusts in a year I will buy another! I read all of the negative reviews before I purchased this, and didn’t feel compelled enough not to try it for myself. With all of the money we as pool owners spend on our pools, this is worth the try!

Weight, Width, and Quality. The “FibroPool Professional Flexible Swimming Pool Vacuum Head”is pro quality, extremely well-made, and works very well. Metal parts are used where other manufacturers use plastic. It’s wider than most vacuum heads and stays on the bottom. Well worth a few bucks more. Great product!TIP: Always rinse pool tools with clear water after use. If you leave chlorinated pool water on your pool tools it with cause plastic parts to break down faster and need replaced sooner. This is especially true for pool brushes and skimmer netting.2024 Update: TIP – Once a year, tighten the Philips screw on each of the wheels on the FibroPool swimming pool vacuum head. One of my wheels came off after 2 years of daily summer use. The wheel is rust resistant, apparently stainless steel, and they’re easy to put back on if one comes off. You may have to use an offset screwdriver, as in the picture. Save yourself the trouble and just tighten them all.I used the pool vacuum to retrieve the wheel and nut and collected the parts out of the skimmer.This is a great pool vacuum head and is holding up well after 2+ years. I store it indoors in the winter. I still recommend the FibroPool vacuum head.

Excellent but 5 stars because they don’t include a hose adapter. I read the reviews and answers that the seller provided, first work’s excellent even on an above ground pool with a liner. It’s easy to start going really fast, so I had to slow myself down a bit. I would give this product 5 stars if the included a hose adapter, the question section had some one ask about it and that acted like the customer wasn’t using a standard size hose. I have a standard hose that usually comes with a above ground pool.Here is what I did to make it work; I took the plastic price off of the old triangle suction head and inserted it in this head. I was then able to use the white fitting on the hose to connect to it. The blue end say to connect to the vacuum head but I used it to connect to the skimmer. It’s a tight fit but it worked without issue, didn’t come off and my pump maintained the exact same pressure as I had with the old head. Add an adapter and you have a 5 star product! Come on man!
Nice Upgrade For My Pool. My old pool vacuum had a few issues with its wheels and one of them eventually fell off which would cause the vacuum to stick to the bottom of the pool. I wanted to find a nice upgrade to prevent this from happening again. I have only used my new vacuum twice, but it rolls so smoothly, it flexes nicely for corners, and it seems very durable. So far I’m very happy with this.
Excellent vacuum head. I purchased this new vacuum head to replace a similar model one that had worn out to the point where there were no grooves left on the bottom. This one works well and it allows the pumps suction to pull quite a bit of debris off the bottom of the pool. Its not very flexible to get into the corners, but if you apply a little pressure you can get it to bend enough to get in there. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.
Seems sturdy. When package arrived one of the wheels was not assembled. Wasn’t complicated to fix. The setup is decently weighted and seems to be decent quality. Has a little flexibility to it and rolls every easily. We shall see in about a month when I open my pool.
Stays at the bottom of the pool. i specifically bought this to suck up the fine dirt that my pool filters and robot cleaner cant pick up and filter out. (only way to get rid of that fine stuff is to dump it out of the pool discharge drain) It works great, its easy to push around and the fact that its weighted makes it super easy to use and keeps it on the pool floor. It also glides over the fine stuff without disturbing it so it can suck it up. Most typical brushes just swirl up the fine stuff and suspend it back in the pool until it settles again. Highly recommend for pulling up this stuff up. It also fast to use as i only lost about 1″ of water in doing my 20X40 pool. A perfect tool for the job.
Very solid feel and quality. My pool is essentially in the woods, lots and lots of nature is put into my pool on a daily basis. My filter and Hayward simply can’t get the job done to have a crystal clear pool. I’ve learned to once a week run the pump off the skimmer only, let the crud settle to the bottom of the pool and use this very efficient attachment to vacuum the bottom of the pool through the waste setting so the water goes out of the pool. Works great, very easy to roll, heavy/sturdy feel, stays on the bottom and in 15 minutes or so my 13k gallon pool is clean as can be!
Well designed and built. Removing the calcium flake deposits at the bottom of the tub was my reason for buying this vacuum head. It worked better than expected. The weight of the vacuum head and the rollers ensures it stays at the bottom and moves freely. The width is just right for the staircases so my pool is free of all small debris. Too bad it didn’t remove the stain marks from the pool bottom 🙂
Makes it easy. I have always used one of the blue triangular vacuum heads with the brushes. I decided to try this and it works really well. The first thing I noticed is that it is much easier to use than the other kind. The small wheels on the bottom allow it to move across the pool bottom with little effort. It is weighted well also so it stays down. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the ends are starting to bend upward a little so it can miss stuff on the edges sometimes. Overall a good product!
