Read my first 500 pages with it. I find it works great for me. The clip holds the pages to the cover making it less taxing to hold thick books up while reading in bed for LOOONG hours (6-8 straight). I have been using it extensively and I like the flexible neck allowing it to be positioned however you need to focus the bright light on the pages not your eyes. I had no issues with the length of the neck, its flexible but not floppy or sloppy, and I like that it runs on a CR2032 battery that can be bough for a dime a dozen. I find that I can read better and way longer with the bright LED than overhead lights which bother my eyes after a few hours plus I am trading a light bill for a 25 cent battery. What’s not to love. I will be getting another one and leaving it in the camper for the summer trips ahead. The clip is sturdy and doesn’t pop off as long as you clip it on at least half the way up the clip. Last night I was reading a Dean Koontz novel late, was really into it and didn’t clip it on very far so it popped off with a lightning fast fling thumping me in the head startling the crap out of me. That’s what you get for reading spook novels at 3 a.m. I guess. Anyways I haven’t found anything to detract from it so unless it dies an early death, we have a winner for now.
Good to have. This is a decent little book light. It is quite bright which is good and I like that the neck is flexible so the angle of the light can be adjusted to better shine on the book.Unfortunately the clip-on is quite small and does not fit around most books that I read. If you have a small book (less than 200 pages) it should work fine. Another issue is the screws to access the battery storage. The screws are incredibly small Phillips screws which a standard screwdriver cannot access. You will need a very, very small screwdriver to change the battery. It will also add weight (as any book light will do) so children and elderly might struggle with that fact.It’s still a good light but not the perfect book light for those who read larger/longer books.
Best book light I’ve tried. This book light is perfect for me. It provides ample light on both pages without illuminating the room. It stays in position while reading and turning pages, yet doesn’t weigh down the book. Positioning for personal preference is easy. I’m very glad I bought this!
Wish this had a low and high setting. This is SUPER bright. It is great for reading a book in bed at night. However, I wish that it had a low and a high setting. It is almost too bright for me. However, I still like it. Battery seems to last a long time as well. I would give it 5 stars if it had a low and high setting.
Bed reader/writer. Love clipping the light to my book or clipboard while doing a brain dump or reading in bed. It’s just enough light! ☺️☺️

does what it says on the tin. Does everything you would want from my book like. It lights your book. What else would you need? Battery life is exceptional and the size is just about perfect.
LONG LASTING. THE BOOK LIGHT SERVED IT PURPOSE., FOR NIGHT READING. IT DISPLAYED A BRIGHT LIGHT FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS BEFORE DIMMING.
Not too bad. I used this for a while and the light started to dim. It was a good product but it just started to die on me a bit fast.
Great light – highly recommend. Great little light. Provides plenty of personal space light. I bought it specifically for crocheting in the dark car when I’m waiting to pick the kiddos up from youth group & practices. I just toss it in my crochet bag and it takes up very little extra room. It’s also a great amount of light for reading. We’ve used it on the picnic table when we’ve eaten late during camping trips. It’s even a nice light to clip on when working under the hood of a vehicle in the dark. This would be a great item to buy as a small gift or to add to various themed gift baskets.Overall – great amount of light, lots of uses, small for taking along places
