Easy to install. Haven’t tried a dog trip with it yet, but soon. Some dog training may be required, like a firm no and a tap on the nose. Remember your the boss of the dog, the dog is not boss of you. 🙂 For those having trouble putting it up..the top hooks are easy just clip on headrest pole. If it doesn’t cover the area, use the furtherest headrest pole if you haven’t already.The thing is, all car seats are on a strong metal base. I had to search for a lip, a hole but ended up just clipping it to one of the seat runner rails. the stress on the bungie type cord holds it in place.Further left and/or right will streatch the net for bigger consoles.A neighbor has one and no dog! She strung it up and keeps handy stuff in there, like Kleenex box and pull the tissue out one of the holes. She throws snacks in there, bag of chips, newspaper whatever. Even a rolled up newspaper….
Keeps our 60 pound dog in back seat. And allows you visibility to the back. ForOur RAV4, east to clip into headrest posts on top and bottom of front seat frame below.
Good for preventing dog from jumping up. These work well, but I did find it difficult to find somewhere for the bottom hooks to attach on the front seats. But once they were attached they stayed in place, even when my dog was resting on it.
Works good, but determined dogs will get over it. This works great for 2 of our 4, 1 of our 4 sits in the front always so for her it doesn’t really matter, but our newest has already figured out he can step over it, we have a small car so that may be why, but be prepared in case you also have a small car!
Finally, the dog stay in the back seat. Have a dog that goes whenever the car goes. He was getting too big & too heavy for me to hold. Did a little stitchin to the bottom of it to make it doggie tight. Yes, puppy complained for abt. a week, but is now content to sit in his own seat! He can see us or watch the cars go by. He can enjoy the air conditioner.We can now get out of the front seat of the car without him trying to get out ahead of us. If he wanted, he could still get in the front seat, but after staying in the back seat for the first week, he is just happy to get to go with us.
Golden got over fairly easily. Mildly successful for our golden. She wants to sit on my lap in the front and not only is she too big but it’s not safe. I spend lots of the rides pushing her back while she chokes herself on her seatbelt in the back. This was helpful when driving and she did seem to lay down easier BUT when we stopped right before getting on the road for a longer drive she did get the front half of her body over after just a couple tries when the car was stopped. I think we will keep it as it’s small enough to not block anything else in the cars and works well enough but definitely not fool proof for larger dogs. We have a VW atlas and fits well between the seats.

Don’t Recommend for Large Dogs. First of all, this isn’t a bad product, at all! I only gave it a three because my girl just walks right over it onto the console or front seats. She is 72 pounds though and still young and in the learning process!! I would recommend it for a smaller dog, as it was so easy to install and seems to be made of good quality stuff.
Perfect Fit. While I am aware that this product stretches to fit many different vehicle types, I can’t get over how well it fits between the seats in my car!!! I was able to hook the net to the inner headrest posts on both the driver and passenger side, and for the bottom I connected the hooks to the plastic panel that covers the seat rail guide on the inner seat rail on both sides. I am still able to slide both seats forward and backward without the net popping off and it moves with the positioning of both seats with ease! My 6 month old HAM of a golden retriever didn’t even attempt to step up on to my center console once… which usually happens several times per trip in the car! This alone makes it worth the money as she’s no longer able to get in my way or take my focus off the road while I’m driving!For a clean and simple look, easy setup, and fairly decent bang for your buck I would totally recommend buying this net for your car too! I have no complaints yet and the quality seems to be up to par, especially on a product that needs to stretch with a fairly decent amount of force! 10/10 definitely recommend and 100% buying another one of these for the finances car!
Works as intended. Used for barrier from third row (to which is almost always down) to second row bucket seats. I have always had the bench style second row, which acts as a natural barrier. Sort of a pain to install and can be an issue if folding down second row buckets to allow access to third row as will want to restrict seat folding as pretty tight stretch to hook up. But, as I stated I never use third row and needed a way to stop anything from sliding forward under hard braking, so works well for my application.Seems well made and has slot at top if want to use to store items within the mesh.
The clip broke. The small clip broke and now the divider doesn’t work at all. Is there a way to buy another small clip to replace the broken one?

Perfect for my Camry. Keeps my Purse from sliding into backseat when I have a passenger. I tried 3 other barrier products before. None fit my Camry well. They didn’t attach in the right places. This is easy to hook in place. When I have a passenger, I need a place to put my purse. I don’t want to put my purse inside the net pocket. I just want a barrier so that it stays on the closed console. Perfect, perfect. PERFECT!
