Charger no longer works and bought less than a year ago. bought this product not even a year ago and now it will not charge anymore. This is so upsetting and it says it comes with a one year warranty but cant figure out who im supposed to contact.
slim power bank. The finish is satiny and easy to hold and the color is nice, not blotchy or streaked (I got purple). It charged my iPad fairly quickly. My one complaint is that, even though it says you can plug into your laptop, it didn’t work for me. The first time I tried charging, nothing worked. Maybe my cord is bad, (cord was really cheap) so it might work just fine for you. I tried both the USB-C and lightning to charge from my computer and also from a charging brick plugged into the wall and nothing happened. I was discouraged and a bit upset that it wasn’t changing. Then I remembered a turbo charge brick with USB-C to USB-C cable. THAT did the trick. it charged up pretty quickly after it was attached to the turbo. If you are having issues charging, try a turbo.

Holds it charge for weeks. It’s a piece of mind, when I am about to have my phone die and no outlet to charge it.

Excellent even if a bit large. After a couple months or more, I can say this is the best battery/charger I’ve owned after a half dozen others. I is a bit large, but it gives you a choice of charging outputs including USB type A or B along with the newer USB C type that seems to be becoming the more universal output…at least for now in 2024. It hold as charge FAR LONGER than any other I’ve used and this may account for why it is such a relatively large charger and a tad heavier. But the way it hold a charge and charges quickly more than makes up for that minor negative, so it definitely is a Five Star, A+ product. I’ve charged it about 30 times now and it is still lasting for a long time with great power retention, and it is still my favorite power bank by far. Great product; highly recomended
Excellent & long life. I bought 3 of these in May of 23 after receiving one from my sister as a birthday gift. These things are excellent and I am purchasing more of the newer version (30k) as Christmas gifts this year. What’s actually amazing about these units is they hold a charge for months on end. I schedule charge checks on these devices, flashlights etc several times a year and this thing barely looses one dot while it stores in our emergency bin. Well worth the money. You can never have enough backup power in an emergency.
Doesn’t charge my laptop :(. I bought this so I could charge my laptop without being plugged into a wall, and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried multiple different chargers, and it still won’t output energy into my laptop. However, the battery life on this thing is absolutely amazing. It does work for fast charging when it comes to iPhones. I’m not sure if the one I received is defective, but either way, it’s cute and works in some cases.
Inexpensive. All that I can say at this point is that it’s easy to charge. Haven’t used it yet to know how well it works. Design is sleek and small enough not to be bulky. If it works as advertised I will be well pleased with the money I spent
