Best bang for the buck of any brand that I’ve tried. So I was lucky enough to catch these in late December ’22 for almost 50% off by using a price tracker. Obviously I jumped all over that given the prices over the last couple years and bought two 35 lb pails. It took them quite a while to get here UPS, but even though the tabs aren’t individually wrapped and came cross country they were in good shape. 72 tablets, one broken in half, and a little bit of powder in the bottom. No worse than if I’d bought it from a local store. I’ve tried quite a few different brands and either this or the Super 99 Clorox brand have work the best for me. One year I ordered 50 lbs from a pool supply company that starts with a D based in Wisconsin, and even though they had supposedly the exact same ingredients I had more algae that year than I’ve ever seen and just could not get rid of until I switched back to Clorox. Given the amount I ordered I knew I needed it to keep for at least a year or two, so I decided to bag them myself. I had a bunch of mylar 1 gallon long-term food storage bags and a heat sealer so I did four tablets per bag for a total of 18 bags. I may do the second container as well that way. At least that way I know they’re airtight and they’re not going to off gas. Anyway, I highly recommend them but I would also recommend tracking the prices because they do come down, at times only for a few hours, but if you can catch them it’s a pretty smoking deal.
Lasted a year. I was running out of one inch tablets, and I didn’t read the description of these carefully. So, to my surprise, they were gigantic looking! I bought them July 2022, but didn’t need to use them at the time. So, they stayed in our garage for the year. Holy cow! The container WAS impossible to open, but after using brute strength, I managed. This didn’t bother me at all, actually. I have two boys and two dogs, so this feature was important. I was afraid that the tablets wouldn’t be strong enough, given the container was not opened for a year. However, they work like magic! I use 3 at a time, only because I have a big above ground pool, and I don’t need to replenish as often as I did with the smaller tablets. If one or two were broken, so be it. It still pretty much amounts to the same strength as a whole tablet.
so very glad i switched to chlorox. i was so frustrated with opening my pool this year – to the point where i was going to call the contractor to close it up permanently. for 2+ months, i vacuumed, scrubbed every day for 2 hours to try to get rid of the over-wintering mess. I lost count of the # of pounds of the “h” brand of clorine and other of their products i dumped in. Even had a pool expert come out and said that i needed to have add some phoshate to release a cholorine lock. whatever – that didn’t work either. changed the cartidge daily. the pool continued to be green – but get this, we were able to hatch a bazillion polywags. to make a long story short, as soon as i changed brands from the “H” to clorox – a couple of dayss later, well lo and behold – beautiful, balanced clear blue pool. thank you Clorox.
Excellent Product. We use these regularly for our above ground pool. So simple. Put a tab into your pool filter and when it dissolves add another. For larger pools you may need to add 2 tabs at a time. 2 boxes got us through the summer and kept our pool nice and clean. Make sure to run your filter ok the time. Trying to save money on electricity by turning your filter off part of the time will only get you a green pool. Not the fault of this product. Running your filter constantly and using these tabs will keep your water sparkling lo summer long. Will definitely keep buying this product again. Worth the money and can not get it any cheaper at Walmart. Highly recommend.
Chlorine tabs that work great, but be ready for damaged pieces from shipping. These tabs are less expensive than what I have been getting at Leslie’s, although the chlorine content concentration is slightly less. They seem to work great in my pool. The only issue is that during shipping, about 10% of the tabs broke, which is not a deal breaker since I just put the broken pieces in my chlorinator. This is for the 35lb rectangular bucket which is easier to open/close than the standard 35lb circular bucket with the locking red tabs. Of course if it is easy for me to unlock the bucket, it probably it probably is easy for a child to unlock it.
Received in good shape. Unlike some of the reviews, ours arrived all in one piece! So it’s a carrier issue not the manufacturer! Even do, if ours were broken, I’d put the pieces in the skimmer ….. what’s the big deal!!!

Clorox tabs. Good tabs, but the constant price fluctuations are annoying. I was subscribed to this product.
Effective and Individually Wrapped. These came to me in good condition and wrapped, only one was broken but somewhat understandable due to logistics.
Pool must have. I bought these because Our above ground swimming pool needed tablets and these were the perfect size. I will say it has a very very strong smell of chlorine so strong that it left our hair and clothes smelling like chlorine so we had to do a little bit of math to change how many tablets we needed in order to maintain our pool clean. They would last about one week, maybe two without the tablets entirely dissolving. They’re very easy to use the box grab the tablets you need. I’d recommend gloves to handle these because they are very strong. They definitely helped control our algae or anything else that needed to be controlled in our pool.

Great product. I’m fairly new to owning a pool, but I seemed to have figured out a system that works for my above ground pool. I use one of these tabs in a floater every week, and I don’t need to shock my pool or add any other chemicals unless it rains. I do wish they were less expensive, but it is what it is!
I keep ordering it. Although I’ve ordered and reviewed over and over, they keep requesting another review. Still works great.
Tablets arrived fully intact. Good product at a fair price, I use them over the winter for my Salt water pool. Very pleased with their performance.
