Update on the newest version. Update June 11, 2022:I have been buying these pads for years now, and I’ve been very happy with them. However, this last shipment I received contained noticeably thinner pads than the usual. They just feel really flimsy, as opposed to the stiffer, thicker pads from all the other shipments. This company has been cutting corners for a while now, changing the shipment from a box to a bag, which is OK. But making the pads thinner? Not acceptable. I’ve left my previous review here below. I did take off one star for the change in quality.Previous review:These pads work very well! I do not recommend letting it get soaked all the way through. It’s good for about two or three uses. My Pomeranians don’t like using pads that look dirty. Lol. They are very clean little creatures. The pads are great for everyday use, or for those days when you don’t want to take them out, because of inclement weather. It’s also handy for when they wake up in the middle of the night, and they want to go.Update: I have been using these puppy pads for my dogs for years now, and I continue to be a repeat customer. My dogs use them anytime it’s raining, and they can’t go out, or just at night, when they suddenly feel the urge… These pads are sturdy and very clean. For extra protection, I use them in a litter pan lined with newspaper, to avoid side wetting. They are the best!Update July 9, 2022:I purchased another bag of these training pads, and although they are still not as thick and absorbent as the earlier versions, this batch was slightly more absorbent than the previous batch. Some of the moisture leaks through the bottom, for some reason. Still, this remains the best value on Amazon. So I’m adding another star again.
Nope. Did not like this brand and did not provide odor control.I like the Four Paws brand of wee wee pad compared to the many other brands I have tried. I have been using them for years but with prices going up on everything, wee wee pad prices are no exception and the Four Paws brand has had a lot of price fluctuation in the last 5 years.I use wee wee pads daily for my pup who is indoor potty-trained so I set out to try to reduce my costs. I researched the best brands on the internet and after narrowing down the list to six brands which included the Solimo/Amazon Brand, Deep Deer, Bulldogology, AKC, Simple Solutions, and Honey Care and compared them all to Four Paws pricing. I also looked at number of layers, type of materials used, odor control, border width, quilting and lastly, I looked at reviewers comments and ratings for performance and quality.From this, I decided to test the Amazon Brand Solimo, Simple Soulutions and Honey Care which were all within the same competitive priced point and all priced lower than Four Paws brand. These all had mixed reviews online so I wanted to test them for myself. So I ordered 100 pk of each brand and compared them side by side for 2 months.Overall, the Solimo Amazon Brand performed better than the other two but one thing that stood out with all three is that they did not control urine odor well and that was with a daily change of any soiled pad. We would past the room and caught a whiff of urine. I never experienced that issue with the Four Paws brand.With that said and for a few cents more, I decided to continue to purchase the Four Paws brand. However, in my effort to reduce cost, I no longer buy the XL size which is typically 3x the price of the standard size pads. So now I use four overlapping pads and change them as needed instead of 2 XL large pads. It also works out better because sometimes I would have to change out the XL pads but it’s only used on one side bc my pup would soil the pad too much in the same spot which is very typical. Even though I’m using 4 pads now with the standard size, I can change one out and typically the other 3 will last sometimes for multiple days depending on where she soiled the paper but I still have enough floor coverage for when she poops.So if you’re looking for a wee wee pad at a lower price point, I would recommend the Solimo Amazon Brand pads as the runner-up. Take note that there are two Amazon Brand wee wee pads offered online, the other is cheaply made and not a good absorbent pad so look for Solimo.However, the best overall and still budget friendly wee wee pad for everyday use and for just a few cents more, go with the standard size Four Paws brand and very specifically look for the “Superior Performance” pad. There are differences in the number of layers and absorption within the Four Paws brand. These others include pads with Febreze and charcoal for odor control which don’t work. There is also the Insta-Rise Borders that also don’t work and the “Super Absorbent” pad which is not that super.So stick with the Four Paws Superior Performance which is the only 6 layer pad. The Four Paws with Febreze is expensive and even though it has 7 layers (the 7th being the Febreze liner), I don’t think it’s worth it price tag especially when many reviewers say that it didn’t live up to the odor control it claimed.
Pleasantly surprised. Having a brother and sister Chewinee, and having up rooted them numerous times in their 6 years, I have kept a pee pad inside for any accidents.I have tried at least 65% of all pee pads. Large ones and small ones.Pads that claim to absorb a tremendous amount of urine, and those that absorb only a small amount.Large in size as well as small ones.I have been very disappointed with almost all of the different companies that make pee pads. There is only 1 company , that I have used frequently, that works well.The only downside to those pads , the are VERY EXPENSIVE. That’s why I wanted to try something different.What I NEED and consider to be a great pee pad, is this;• a pad I can take directly from the package, and not tear when I open it up• a pad large enough to be peed on 2 our more times, and not be completely saturated.• OF MOST CRITICAL IMPORTANCE to me is;to find the pee pads useful and to purchase them again, is to NOT LEAK URINE OUTSIDE THE PAD.Any amount.I have yet to find a brand of pee pads that can achieve all of the criteria I have, except the expensive ones , Unit now.I was not expecting these pads to work. I was waited on my “ regular pee pads, but delivery got delayed.Not knowing when I would finally receive my order, I had to order something, that would arrive the following day and hopefully work out to some extent.I I looked at the large variety of pads, and they all claimed to be the best.I had to order something and I happened to order these. Wanted inexpensive pads , hopefully, needing them for only a short time.The order arrived without any problems. It only took a day to deliver as well.So I opened the package, took several out, expecting to have to change them often.To my absolute surprise , these pad’s absorbed very well.I didn’t need to change them often, as I assumed I would.The size was perfect for me as well.I absolutely would recommend these.You get a lot of pads, for not a lot of money!I hope you try these. I think you will be excited.
Very absorbent. I have a new puppy and Im training her with these pads. They never leaked, my puppy is very small so she uses the same pad all day, I never got wet floors. We are to the point that the pad is almost outside. My plan is to seat it closer and closer to the outside until she learns that the grass is better than the pad, we will see!!
Much better than the “Amazon Best Seller”. They are pretty good and much cheaper than the Amazon best seller. They are certainly a bit smaller, but even for my 80lbs pitbulls they are more than enough, not that we need them often. While potty training the little one they came very handful and were quite absorbent. If there was liquid that it would pick up first try, you could just wipe it with the still-dry corners and that does the trick.
Smaller size than most I have used in the past, but these are such a great value. Great for smaller dogs! They are just as absorbent as the more expensive ones. Whenever I order them, I know I’ve gotten a great deal. And you get 120, not 100! How great is that!!
Excellent value. My dog is small and sometimes has accidents. These are perfect for the areas I need them to fit. Good absorption and easy to use.
Very absorbant. I bought these to place under my cats hidden litter box. The litter box is slightly smaller then the ones we have in our upstairs and sometimes they miss and get it on the sides. So I thought if I bought these puppy pads it would help prevent any additional accidents and easier to clean up and so far it’s working like a charm. The pad fits perfectly in the side table I bought and I put the litter box right on top of it. It gives me peace of mind for what it’ll stay clean in there and I won’t have a mess to clean up possibly the next time. They didn’t cost much for the amount you get and the thickness is pretty good too. I think they would be great for dogs if I were training a puppy as well.
Good product. These do not leak unless the pup wets on the edge. Good size! Worth the money.

Excellent Pet Potty Pad. We have a 10lb Chihuahua who was trained on these pads. They are awesome for small dogs! We used a different brand for a short time and were not impressed. Absorbtion, staying put in the tray and not tracking pee are what these pads do best!Also, when changing out the old pad? The difference between the ‘usable side’ and the side that goes down is easy to see, even in low light conditions. Also, there are 120 in a pack and so the package lasts for a while.Totally recommend!

No leaks. Works great with zero leaks. Used by my mini dachshund who is house broken but still has a need sometimes for overnight use. Zero leaks and no mess.
New puppy being trained to ring a bell at the door. These go down if we aren’t fast enough. Size , quality , and price make sense to me
PERFECT PADS. We use these pads under our cat litter boxes to catch any outside box accidents and cat litter. This size is just perfect! Found these here at a great price, too! These unfold easily, lay flat and are absorbent. Won’t need any more for a while. 🙂
Price increase. I like these puppy pads but I just noticed they have gone up 3 dollars a package! I guess it’s still a deal compared to buying them in a pet store or the supermarket but I am going to continue to look for a better deal.
Lifesaver for my elderly cat. These are actually really great! I use them outside my elderly cat’s litter box because she’s started forgetting to fully go inside and ends up peeing out the front. These catch everything and save my floors. She goes through 2–3 a day, so this pack is way more economical than buying the pricey ones from Target or wherever—and they work just as well. Total win.
Buy as a cheap back up for frequent changes. Here goes…..I have a small dog (13 lbs) and I buy these for daytime use when I have to change more often. I have always used for my dog so I won’t have to go outside at night (senior ❤️) my dog will use pee pads and go outside so it works for me. I use the larger more expensive pads for times when I can’t monitor the pads as often. These don’t leak thru BUT if your dog gets too close to edge it might spill over. I don’t think I would use for a dog over 25 pounds. I would recommend trying one time before ordering more to see if works for your specific dog/needs.

Best quality for messes. Best dog pads out there. We got 5 pigs and these come in really handy little guys are getting big so their messes are getting abit bigger but these pads can handle it 💪🏼
Best Pee Pad For the Money. I’ve been ordering these dog pee pads for several years now. They quality is very good. They have some weight to them; not flimsy. The wide border keeps the pee within the pad, which really helps with clean-up. I have tried other brands of pads, but I always come back to these because the quality is so good. They are not the cheapest; however, for the price you are getting a good quality pad. I could use the smaller size (~22×24); however, I prefer to use the larger size pad (~33×36) because the odds of the puppies actually hitting the pad and not the floor is greater. If they go on one side, I just turn the pad around so that they can use the other side; that way I am utilizing as much of the pad as possible. I would definitely recommend this product.
Effective and Great Value for the Money. I have tried several brands of pee pee pads for our Bella ! This brand is the one I order the most frequently because it is spacious, very absorbant, and a good value for the money. It dries quickly and is leak resistant
