Great for stretching. I bought this mat to use for stretching everyday since it’s easy to unfold and stores nicely. I use this mat 1-2 times a day and have used it for a few months and have never had the foam flatten or leave dents in it. If you are looking for a great stretching mat, then look no further!
Very well made, comfy and AFFORDABLE. I really love this mat! I use it for my floor exercises and my stretching, after I use my stepper. It’s much less expensive than many available. I’m not an expert on the others. But this beats a roll up mat any day. And I like that I don’t have to roll it up. It stores flat against the wall behind my recliner out of sight. Folds quicker than you can say it. And the handles are very convenient. I use it on my hard tile floors and it makes it so much comfier!
Great for practicing at home. I bought this for my daughter to practice her cartwheels at home. This is the perfect size for her to use in her room and is easy for her to fold up and store while not in use. She is already asking for another one to put next to it to try some acro she learns in dance class!
As expected. I was looking for a good cushion for physical therapy routines and this one fit my needs. Used for a couple of weeks now and appears to be durable, no damage, tear or wear so far. I am happy with it.
Great, overall, but not wide enough…. As others have said, this mat is easy to use and store. Thick, firm foam which, like the mats at my gym, will soften slightly over time with use. Not sure if anyone else mentioned this, but I really appreciate that the vinyl covering does not off-gas; no chemical “plastic” odor that I can detect, and that’s a huge plus.My one complaint is that it isn’t wide enough to accommodate my stretching positions. Another five or six inches would have been perfect.
Beyond a Good Value. I actually sought out to write this review because I love this foldable mat so much. A yoga mat was far too thin over an engineered wood floor to provide any cushion so I purchased this mat and it fulfilled my expectations…it does not slip/slide on the floor, disinfects easily without damaging the surface, does not have any additional plastic folds or slack on the surface to irritate your skin and folds/stores easily in a closet. Because there is no specific closing tab, I simply tie the handles together. Will purchase again for my other in-home gym.
Already in love. I received my mat yesterday, which could not have been more fortuitous. I had been doing serious landscaping work in my yard and my poor, arthritic back was screaming and weeping. Lo and behold, this mat allowed me to do the floor exercises my physical therapist recommended in a comfortable, nay, pleasant way.I have had arthritis since age 16. Floor exercises have been a consistent bugaboo for me, because hard surfaces put too much strain on my knees and wrists. Yoga mats are almost worse, especially if they’re textured. This mat eliminated that problem; the first time that’s happened outside of physio!It’s compact and easily stowed; the rectangular shape is very much appreciated, as it slips neatly and effortlessly into my closet. I like the color, also–it’s bright and cheery and gives just that little something extra to look forward to in a workout.Now to the downsides/potential downsides: It definitely has a strong plastic odor. Not at all uncommon with products like this. I hope airing it out will help with that. I aired it for a couple of hours before using it yesterday; by today there is still some lingering odor. Be mindful of this if you’re sensitive. I expect that this is a temporary issue. The cover already has some areas where it seems puckered, and repeated stress could possibly wear it out fairly quickly. Time will tell. There are no egregiously sloppy stitches or design flaws. I choose to expect the best, but I’ll certainly update as time passes. If you’re like me and struggle with floor exercises on hard surfaces, do yourself a HUGE favor and get this mat.

YUP. MY KIDS LOVE THIS. MY DAUGHTER IS A TALL 7 YEAR OLD AND ITS A LITTLE ON THE SMALL SIDE FOR HER. OR I’LL JUST SAY ” JUST RIGHT”, BUT IT WORKS WELL STILL. ( I BOUGHT THE GYMNIST POLE TO GO WITH THIS MAT)THE MAT KEEPS THEM SAFE AND ITS VERY DURABLE WITH MY WILD CHILDREN.SHE’S ALWAYS ON THAT THING. AS WELL AS HER 5 YEAR OLD BROTHER- WHO HAS AN EASIER TIME ON IT CAUSE HE IS SMALLER. IT IS STABLE.
It’s a good mat. We’ve had this mat for about 6 months and it’s doing great. My 4 year old uses it almost daily for gymnastics skills, building forts, jumping, and more.It’s sturdy and is keeping together really well under the heavy use we’ve put it to. It folds up nicely and has carrying handles that even my kiddo can use to drag it up the stairs.Overall, a good mat.
Perfect Size & Firm Mat!👍. I was a bit worried it was going to be too small or not firm enough, but it’s not, it’s just the right size for me & the mat is firm too! I’m 5’2″ and I can lay down on it & do workouts on it. The mat is nice & firm so you won’t sink to the floor. It’s also easy to clean. I love the way it folds up & it has handles & is easy to carry to storage. I also love this pink color.

Cute pad. I bought this pad because I do workouts at home (insanity, push-ups, abs, planks, stretching, martial arts). This pad works great for me, feels thick and cushiony. When I jump on it, it doesn’t slide on my tile or make me feel like I’ll twist an ankle from being too squishy. It is just wide enough to lay down and do stretches with a little room to spare fyi. I like that it folds up with the straps and isn’t heavy to carry, plus it’s pink!!!
So comfortable for working out with mild arthritis. I just received my mat. It has the perfect depth and foam density. I have mild arthritis in hips and shoulders that rarely bothers me. However, using a standard yoga mat led to pain in both areas. Love my mat- it is not something you can roll up and tote but it easily folds and has handles – so I think it is very portable.Re: Durability, I cannot report as I just used it twice.
Thick and comfy. Nice and thick and makes my New Year’s resolution easier to do a work out.
