Thickness is misleading. My dog is quite the lover and chewer of bull pizzle and I was really hoping to find a gem of a deal with these but sadly its a little like throwing money away.My issue is that these are definitely not thick pieces and it took my beloved fur-face all but 2 minutes to gobble up each piece up.The pieces I received were about 1/4″ thick by roughly 1/2-3/4″ wide.I use these treats to help keep my dog distracted for an hour (or three) while I am working or when I have to leave him home alone.For half this price I could have gotten a proper “thick” bully stick from AtB which would have been almost twice as long, a lot thicker and would have held up to a couple of days of chewing.These could be fine for small dogs or puppies but they are definitely not thick and won’t last very long.They did arrive promptly and were of the odor-less variety.

I always buy my bully sticks from Best Pet Supplies because they are a great value and odor free* (*rarely, I get a stick that has a slight odor, but overall, they are odor-free). I know people are always looking for the thickets sticks, especially for those of us who have big, big dogs with strong teeth. My puppy (10 months old) is almost 80 pounds (oh no!!!), and so I really want the thickest ones. The BPS bully sticks come in so many different packs, I have now memorized the product code of the thickest ones. This one is NOT it. The size is good, but the thickest ones are PB-12-V-LB. See below for summary and photos for comparison.For reference, if you want:-12″ bully sticks that are thick, but not super thick, get the PB-12-10 (10 sticks per pack)-12″ bully sticks that are THICK and truly a “gigabite”, get the PB-12-V-LB (there are fewer sticks/pack, usually 6-7 per pack, but sell for $5 cheaper than the 10 pack)Overall, they are a great value and far cheaper than buying them in the pet store. Nice size, limited smell. These were my go- to bully sticks for a long time. Nice size, limited smell, long lasting. I knocked off a star because my last bag smelled bad and they were MUCH thinner than usual- like stringy twigs. I’ve noticed most brands will eventually send out a bad batch like this. I might try them again and the future if I don’t find anything better
My dog is obsessed. My dog is over the top obsessed with these bones, and ONLY these bones!!I have purchased similar/comparable high quality bones from both Petsmart, Petco, etc… she won’t even touch those ones. But these.. she carries them around the house and chews on them all day, everyday!!It’s important to note that she is a really picky eater… I have to mix her dog food with other goodies to get her to eat anything, and only high quality kibble. So these bones must really be good!I love that there is no odor to them, and it does take her awhile to finish off 1 entire bone. I usually take them away to pace her, but if I didn’t she’d probably go thru 1 entire bone in 1-2 days.I do agree that the thicknesses of each bone within the bag does very.. there are some that are noticeably different in size (thickness). But I’ve never noticed one to be unreasonably too thin. But also, my dog is a 10lb terrier mix so she’s smaller.I have reordered these exact bones approx 5 times now, and I will continue to do so because my dog really loves them!!

PUPPIES LOVE THESE!! GREAT FOR CRATE TRAINING AND TRAVELING WITH YOUR PUPPY. I got these for our most recent litter of Labradoodle puppies to take home with them in their puppy packs and the puppies absolutly loved them and so did Mom but they definitely don’t last as long with my adults. They’re great for providing a distraction and also a positive associations to the crate! They keep them occupied during their first car rides and most recently for us a plane ride! We sent home this adoable 8 wk old Labradoodle puppy “Mia” as a carry-on with her new Mom and she said she gave her the gullet chew when they were waiting for the plane and by the time they got on the plane.. she chewed it for a little while more then passed out the rest of the flight!! SO, Highly recommended!! Puppy approved and better for puppies because their softer on their teeth then other natural chews and bones and they don’t stink up the place like bully sticks. I don’t think the other passengers would of appreciated that for sure!! Will definitely be buying again and these are also a GREAT price! My husband recently bought 6 of these at Pdtsmart for 20 bucks! 10 bucks for a package of 3!! So these are also a steal of a price!EDIT:In response to the 1 star reviews. Dont expect a “Bully CHEW Stick” because these are NOT bully sticks. Adults will chew these down in seconds flat. They’re pretty uniform in length.. about the length of a pencil but they all do look slightly different in length and width. They shouldnt look perfectly the same anyway… “Bully sticks” are actually made from the penis of a bull and beef gullets are made from the “esophagus” of a cow. Beef gullets are a good source of chondroitin, which is good for growing joints and general joint health. Beef Gullets and Beef Spizzle or Penis are two completely different textures.. Gullets are thinner skinned and more of a delicate body part of a cow. I wouldnt say “hollow” but definitely no as hard or chewy as a compact dried bull penis.. Guess “Bully” stick does sound more appealing to the masses but lets also be logical here. Not the same body parts at all.I’ve also never had an adult dog or puppy get diarrhea from these BUT some dogs are more sensitive to Beef and beef organs and some are allergic to Beef period. It’s actually one of the most common food allergies in dogs. None of these issues are the fault of the company or the product.BTW I’ve never spoken with this company, my review is 100% honest. I’ve purchased these several times and given them to all ages of dogs. I’ll definitely edit it again if their quality changes. Just ordered a new box! Jan 2020! Happy New Year Dog Lovers!
Dogs love them. My dogs LOVE bully sticks! In the past I mainly purchased Dentleys because they were low odor. However GigaBites surpasses them – hardly any smell at all! You have to be up close and personal with your pooch while it’s in their mouth to smell anything. Also the sizes are very uniformed which I have not found to be true with any other brand. With other brands if you purchased a 5 pack, you’d usually end up with 2 very skinny ones – not with GigaBites! They are pretty much all similar in width and length. Seems they have great quality control – at least with the 4 bags I’ve purchased so far.

Even Chihuahuas Love Them. They must be good because all three of my chihuahuas love them. Sure they smell funny but they’re bull penises. They’re not going to smell like roses! And it’s probably why the dogs love ‘em! Keeps my dogs busy for a good long time.

My dog liked them. I have a 8 month large breed puppy so he needs products like this because he super energetic and needs things to chew on. He loves bully sticks and he seemed to like them but not as much as other brands I previously bought. They are priced kinda high but overall it’s simple ingredients and lasted him 10ish minutes to finish.
Safe. These are like catnip for dogs. My chow plays and rolls around with one she loves them so much. Highly recommend.
Doggies love these. My 4 little girls love Bully sticks even thou they are stinky. I wish they were a little thicker is my only complaint.

Smaller than medium. Dog loves bully sticks but these are smaller than what I consider medium. Was a fair price tho

Make sure you keep an eye on the pet. My dog loves these, they last longer to chew on. I gave one to my foster dog but he wasn’t able to chew it up well enough which surprised me but he doesn’t have good teeth for chewing hard things. I like that it doesn’t affect my dogs bowels.
Long lasting chew. My dog likes these. I like how long they last for the price.
Not worth the money. Not worth the money. I was swayed by the reviews but the bully sticks are so thin and easy to break. My dog who is a slow chewer finished this in half the time she normally would with other name brands and this brand is about the same price as those. I was pretty disappointed.
My Dog Loves It. I have a small dog and she loves the gullets. They are easy for her to break down compared to a bully stick and there is no foul smell. I would order these again
