Great product for the price. It’s a good working docking station. Similar to other reviews one of the USB ports stopped working unfortunately but I just use the ones on my laptop instead for usb wired accessories like mouse and keyboard. Overall, considering the high price of this product brand new, it’s a great investment to me.
prone to spazzing, needed thorough dusting. the screen can glitch and shut off at random times but almost always comes back in a couple seconds; when it doesn’t I just have to unplug it from my computer and back in again. The ports were incredibly dusty and seemed like neither the original owner nor the company I bought from thought to clean them.
1/2 the price as new. I bought the refurbished version of this dock, and so far it’s as good as new. Single cable to connect 2 monitors and charge my dell laptop. Perfect set up, and no hitches in the connection like another popular dock on here.

Frustrating return policy. The product works fine but the power cord/module supplied is buzzing, getting hot, and shutting off periodically. Amazon will not replace the power module only. The only option is to return everything (which seems wasteful) and to work with the seller rather than a typical Amazon return. Unnecessarily cumbersome.

Perfect. Needed a replacement docking station when my work wouldn’t purchase one for me. This was cheaper than getting a new one and it looks brand new! Works perfectly. Worth it!
Just what I was looking for…. I needed a docking station that would allow me to quickly plug in and unplug to depart. It had to have a power supply, no more dropping a power brick behind the desk and then fishing it out again. Works perfectly and keeps all the cords tucked away from my laptop.
