UPDATED: FATORK Has A Real Winner in the arena of mini portable projectors – Best In Class Product. UPDATE 1/18/2023 Almost 1.5 yrs later and my FATORK Projector has performed flawlessly for Work and Personal Use. This has been money well spent.Previous Review:I have been looking at and reading reviews on all of the mini portable projectors for the past 2 years and was about to throw my money down for an Anker Nebula projector when I found this projector offered by FATORK so I decide to give this one a shot. Delivery was fast with Amazon Prime, the packaging was stellar and all the contents was neatly packaged to optimize protection for the projector. Setup was very simple and instructions provided were very easy to comprehend. I had this projector on and projecting my movie from my cell phone within about 2 minutes of taking it out of the package. I have to say that I am deeply impressed by this FATORK projector and I spent everynight this past weekend watching several movies on my back patio. The internal battery did last me through almost 2 movies each night and recharge time was about 2 hours when the battery was down to about 20%. The Audio Volume was adequate sitting close to it but you can also plug an external speaker to it if you would like. Unlike the more expensive projectors that have Android TV that you have to constantly mess with and download updates, the FATORK projector works directly with your cell phone or table either by HDMI or Mirroring and I also found that you can load your movies / pictures / music onto a USB-2 Flash Drive with exFat format and it will play those files as well. Another Great Feature is that I plugged my Amazon Firestick into the HDMI port and was able to watch HULU, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video – just about anything. The Keystone feature on this projector works great and focusing the lens was simplified by turning a thumbwheel. The Remote works great but you can also control the projector using the built-in buttons on the top of the projector. I have great plans for using this projector for work since I have to give presentations at colleges during recruiting events. Don’t just throw your money at the expensive units, this projector cost less, has a much better image quality at 1080P and is frustration-free all the time. I highly recommend purchasing this projector over the big name brands FATORK has a real winner here.

Great Little Projector. Very nice picture quality for such a small projector. If you go very close to the surface being projected onto, you can see that it is not very high definition, but sitting a few feet away, the picture quality looks fine. However, for the size and price I wasn’t really expecting too much more.The sound that comes out of this little thing is unbelievable. Also, at 150 lumens, the room does have to be very dark. The connectivity is great and plentiful (HDMI, flash drive and wireless with Windows, MAC OS, Android and IOS – I tried all except MAC & IOS as I don’t have those devices).My only gripes would be focusing the picture quality and battery life. It uses a tiny wheel and you have to be very precise to focus the picture just right. Really doesn’t help if you have big hands. It would have been much better if you could change the focus with the remote or if it was a button instead of a wheel. The battery life seems to drain in half after about 1.5 hours, so I’m guessing you can get about 3 hours of play time. I use it indoors and keep it plugged it while I’m using it, so that isn’t really a huge deal for me.All in all, a great entry level portable projector with some awesome features.

Pleasantly Surprised. I bought this little projector a couple of months ago and been testing it for a while now. At first, the set up process did take a bit of time to make it work, but once I was able to set it up, it was relatively easy to use. One thing to note is that the projector itself wont accept apple mirroring for netflix (you can do Yotube with no issue though). After I noticed that, I bought an amazon stick and now use that with this projector. The amazon stick and projector combination makes this device work perfectly! I have the projector set in my bedroom and now able to enjoy my favorite shows from my bed before I go to bed. I also enjoy how small this device is, as I travel often and now will be able to take it with me on my trips :). I highly recommend this device!

Clear easy to use small battery projector. This projector is the easiest I have ever used. It has along battery life so you can work cordless. It projects very large and pretty clear as you get larger. I used for a mural project and it make the project go so much faster. It got about 7-8 ft tall by 4-8 depending on the device projected from at about 11 to 14 ft away from the wall I used I casting wirelessly from my phone. Easy to connect. you can also zoom into the image on the phone casted fromAnd maintain the full image but make the whole image larger without making the projector further away. I’ll never go back to a clunky photo projector. This price is outrageously cheap for same quality as photo projector. Love love love

My favorite purchase this year. The media could not be loaded. I did a looooooot of research into projectors to make sure a bought a quality product. Honestly wanted a more long-term, robust projector with a lot of light strength but those cost an arm and a leg haha. So for now this lil guy works just fine.Highlights:- Crystal clear image- Colors pop very well- Supports multiple inputs, though my favorite is hdmi to usb-c (I connect my phone to it)- Projection is as big as a big flat screen when only ~3.5 meters away from wall- Can connect the sound to other speakers- Others have complained about the speakers but I think they work just fine, they can get pretty loud so that’s good enough for me. I figure others are just more picky about the crispness of the sound or something.Drawbacks:-Battery goes pretty fast, usually lasts me 1.5 hours. This of course is not a problem if you just keep it plugged in.- If you connect via screen mirroring or anything like bluetooth, the sound will be delayed from the image. Best to have a wired connection if you’re watching something.- You can definitely see the projected image in the daytime but it will put a strain on your eyes to focus. This is best used at night.Caution:Screen mirroring does not work with apps like Netflix due to their security protocols, I highly suggest using a wired connection to bypass this issue. Otherwise you’ll only be able to mirror videos that you download to your phone.All in all I enjoy this product and it works for my specific needs. Any worries I had about this projector before purchasing were immediately busted when I used it. I love snuggling in my bean bag at night under a heated blanket and watching shows or movies with this lil guy. The experience was definitely worth the money, it is a quality product with few drawbacks and NO deal breakers for me. I would invest!

Fatork Projector – Great Mini Portable Short Throw Projector For Artists & Crafters. My main reason for purchasing a mini projector was to transfer drawings, photos, etc. to various art surfaces for painting. I tried and returned several devices which simply didn’t do what I needed. Then one day while searching on Amazon I discovered the Fatork mini projector which seemed like it would be perfect for my purposes. When purchased on Amazon the price was $259.99. Fatork proved to be exactly what I required. Setup was simple following the included Quick Start Guide. I also purchased a Photo Copy Pico stand to allow the projector to project downward. This device worked okay but needed to be elevated to secure the image size desired (see photo). My first trial was to trace a bird and portrait of which I wished to create watercolor paintings. The image was moved from the computer via USB stick in jpeg format to the projector. I did not have to make the room dark to accomplish the tracing. In fact I left the light on (see photo). Since I wasn’t completely happy with the Pico stand having to be elevated to achieve the desired picture size I have designed a prototype stand which works much better. A movable shelf with a cutout slot for the projector allows for elevation simply by moving the shelf up to the next retainer and refocusing the projector (see photo). Now for a few things that make the Fatork projector a very valuable device for anyone desiring large screen video projection. The Fatork connects to almost any video divice by HDMI, USB, 5g Wi-Fi, using Apple and Android players, TV Boxes, TV, Audio devices, DVD players. Great news is it compatible with every popular audio and video format I tried. For movies a dimly lit room is prefered by most. For art tracing it was not necessary to dim the lights. Also a bluetooth audio amplifier or speaker gives the projector a more dynamic sound for movie viewing. The projector has a battery included which allows for portable viewing. There is sufficient power to view a complete movie on a charge. It also has 1 gb of internal memory. This is a DLP short throw projector which essentially means you can be fairly close to your screen and have it in focus. Also the projector can adjust keystone automatically or manually. This simply means your video is adjusted to have square corners with the top no wider than the bottom. That’s my simple description of a fairly complex tech process. I set up a large portable screen played some video in a well lit room and a dimly lit room. The video was okay in the lit room but great in the dimly lit room. As previously stated a blue tooth speaker is desirable if you like booming movie sound like I prefer. I also tried playing a DVD video with a player attached by HDMI. The picture quality and sound were excellent. I also attached a TV Box which worked well. I highly recommend this device.
