Not as described. These stick, and the spring is too weak to keep the blades open. They are too complicated and time consuming for the comfort of my dog.They work, sort of.Edited info:I popped the dust caps off and adjusted the nut and bolt tension. The product works well now.
Makes trimming my dog’s nails easy. I have trimmed my other dog’s nails and cut them too short. I’ve been paying the vet to do it because I don’t like hurting my dogs. This trimmer is easy to use and almost impossible to cut too much off, even if the dog is squirming. Buy it, you won’t regret it!
Amazing product. We have an X large breed dog with black nails. It safely cuts her nails with ease! Great safety feature. We’ve only used the clippers a couple times so I can’t answer on longevity
Ok. I have a dog with very thick nails, so far I have not been able to find a nail clipper that was sharp and strong enough, this one is just OK, it does the job, but I still have to struggle to clip the nail. I wish I could find some thing that was truly sharp, my dog does not mind having his nails clipped at all. This was advertised as being sharp and strong, it’s just OK.
Missing piece. The nail file that is supposed to be stored in the handle, is nowhere to be found.
