Finally! Happy Dog Mom. I have a sweet, anxious pitbull mix that detests getting her nails cut. Truly, it’s always a world war anytime I attempt to use standard nail clippers. Her nails had gotten so long recently I felt like I was running out of options and was considering paying to get them clipped at the vet. After plenty of research, I landed on this drill as a last ditch effort. Thankfully, this was our answer! I let her sniff it out first, brought training treats with me, and tried to get as much done as I could. She was not 100% calm with this method, however she let me get all four of her paws done in less than 10 minutes. To me, that’s such a huge win! I’m hoping with using this regularly and associating it with treats will help her to become more relaxed with the process. Would spend the money ten times over again for this! Life saver.
Not Bad, Not Great. Noise Level: Its quiet while running but the moment you touch it to the nail its pretty loud.Ergonomics: Its not that easy to hold. My dog lies on her back and puts her legs up so I can trim her nails, she’s an 18 lb dog, it was tough to get the right angle, but I managed to get the job doneOther tools: The other tools in the pkg are not useable for me. The clippers are much too big for my dog’s size & the file is way to rough.Overall 3 – 4 stars
It’s convenient. My dog loves this way more than the clippers. She doesn’t stay still long enough to get all of her nails in a single go. But way better than the clippers is a whole dance to get her to stay in one spot to get her nails and it’s the only time I see her aggressive are the clippers
Trim dogs nails. I have the hardest time trying to trim my dogs nails. I have always taken him to the vet where they charge $15 each time. I thought I would try this product into my surprise. It was great.
Great product. Love the grinder especially for my older dog who hates her nails trimmed. The clippers are nice and sharp which make for a quick clipping of the nails on my other dog. Recommend these for any dog.
Great choice. The clippers were great. Has like a safety that prevented me from clipping too much. The grinder is super quiet and did not stress out my dog at all. I was able to clip and grind all of his nails quickly and easily with only a few treats for encouragement.
Worked well, lasted 2.5 years. Had a really hard time cutting my dogs nails & this really came in handy. She didn’t love it, but it got the job done. Bought it Nov 20, 2021 & stopped working July 2024 & wasn’t able to charge.
Wonderful. My dogs are normally scared of anything to do with grooming and this was easy to use not that loud and didn’t scare them what.
Easy to use. The media could not be loaded. Very quiet and everything looks easy to use so far. The nail file isnt very sharp so ill use it as a back up from the electronic one lol
Just as described. It’s quiet, cute and now my dogs nails aren’t leaving me scratched up when they excited to see me. I now don’t have to pay 30.00 per dog to have their nails trimmed, nor clip them with the clippers causing pain when I miss. The nail clippers come with it, but I don’t think I will need it, but I have it if I need it. Plus this came with an alternate nail file, which is good in case the nail grinder stops working. This was shipped quickly and I received it faster than expected.
