The BEST. Its long enough (longer than others and I am 6ft and I would not want it any shorter), straps are wide enough, loops are padded, material is soft on hands/feet yet sturdy, loops in all the right places for endless pulling and adjustments for stretching. I pack it in my suitcase as well when I travel for work.I’m so flexible now my wife calls me the Kama Sutra Master!;)I read the details on alot of other stretch strap reviews before purchasing this one and this stretch strap is pretty much perfect! Just get it and you won’t regret it!

Great strap with excellent hand/foot loops. Particularly like the padded end loops. Very comfortable for hands and feet. High quality nylon strap material. Pleasant colors.
Sturdy with lots of handle loops. The strap is super sturdy with lots of handle loops that make it easy to hold onto when stretching. Like that it came with a booklet of suggested stretches.
Nice width. I bought this for my husband who is “big and tall”. He used to use stretchy bands but complained that when he looped them over his foot to do a stretch the bands narrowed and caused pain along the bottom of his foot. This band is not stretchy and a bit wider than most so it’s not a problem. He also likes the length for his height, but I understand the extra length can make it more cumbersome for some people. So far all products I’ve purchased from Bob and Brad have been great and make it easy to follow their YouTube instructional videos.

I love this stretching strap, Would recommend to a friend. I am very pleased with my purchase of the Bob & Brad Yoga Loop Stretch Strap. I had a total knee replacement & am required to do at home therapy along with out patient. The strap I had was a smaller stretchy one & not sufficient for doing the required exercises for range of motion, too much give. Could not find one locally so went to amazon of course & there were so many to choose from. I watch Bob & Brad so when I saw their product & reviewed the features they were comparable to several others, including one my therapist recommended that i could not find even tho I had a screenshot. I liked that this strap was a little longer than some of the others offered and I loved the shiny blue color. My therapist showed me how to use if properly for my knee replacement exercises. I have been using it for 8 weeks and the product has performed well. No stitches coming out, no loose threads on the edges, no give where there shouldn’t be and I have traveled with it in car and around the house in the storage pouch. The black side is solid and the shiny blue are the loops to place your feet or hands in. Very versitile for people of different heights. I feel secure wrapping a loop around my wrists & this strap has enough length to do that. I am 5’6″ and I can be in the middle of the strap for my leg exercises and feel secure I won’t slip out especially if I do a crossover of the bands at the ankle. I would recommend this product based on its features and product quality. Well made.

Quality Materials and well-made. Similar to the professional equipment that my Physical Therapist uses to treat me for a severe Hamstring strain. Well-made and very durable. Very versatile and can be used for many different excursuses. Neatly folds up for easy storage. No complaints.

Sturdy & Well-made, Highly Recommend giving it a try. I thought I’d try this out since I use a simple length of those stretchy exercise bands that physical therapists give you to take home. It really is a great sturdy product and I recommend it, specifically because it’s design will keep your foot from slipping…If you are wanting to increase your flexibility, this will be very helpful because you will know which loop will work and your foot won’t slip out!! As you become more flexible, you can progress to the next loop. It was awkward at first, but after 5 or 6 times I no longer felt like I was trapped in a spider web, haha. If someone is nearby they will no doubt be willing to help you out a time or two in the beginning..

Use for various stretching exercises. Very strong and well made. Following bob and brads various execises for different problems. Would buy again.
Needs better instructions and support videos to use effectively. This is a well made product that gives you many ways to do stretches. If the instructions were a little better it would be helpful.
