  1. After a month of use. Pros:- Very comfortable, can wear for hours without getting a headache- Love the aesthetics. The rgb lights are customizable through Logitech Hub.- Good materials, built well- The sound is good enough. Definitely not a fantastic audio experience, but they work for what I use them for. I will note that the sound through the usb dongle connection is much better than through bluetooth connection.- The dual audio connection!!! This is my absolute favorite feature. I can be connected to my phone via bluetooth and my computer via usb dongle at the same time. When I’m loading into a game I will scroll through my phone and hear everything right in my headset. It’s great. What I don’t like:- The mic. This one is hard to explain…the quality of the mic is fine, but it picks up ALL of the background noise. Even after spending hours messing with the settings in the Logitech Hub, the mic would still pick up every little thing: keyboard, mouse, chair creaks, and even the sounds coming out of the headset itself. It is so bad that I have to pay for Krisp to use whenever I’m on a video call or playing games with friends. I called Logitech because I thought maybe I had a defective mic, but apparently this headset does not have the same noise suppression features that other Logitech headsets have…..which is disappointing to say the least, especially given the high price point. If you have an Nvidia graphics card then you can use the Nvidia noise cancellation for free, and you won’t have to deal with any of this. I unfortunately do not.- Connectivity. Occasionally the headset will disconnect from my computer for a few seconds. This is super annoying but it always reconnects on its own. I also can’t walk more than 10 feet away without losing connection, which is also really annoying if I’m in a party and want to walk to the kitchen to get some water or something. I really wish this was better.Overall, I have decided to keep this headset. But if I hadn’t had a gift card to help me pay for them I probably would have returned them. You can certainly find something better at the $230 price point.

  4. Very cute headset. Let me start off by saying this headset is absolutely marketed for ‘gamer girls’ and I think it does a good job of that. Comparing it to other ‘gamer girl’ headsets like Razer Krakens, they BLOW those out of the water. But you obviously do not have to be a gamer, nor a girl, to enjoy them as they are a beautiful white headset with customizable RGB and good sound quality.Pros:+Very very comfortable. They are so lightweight, and the ear cushions are so soft. They do not hurt my head nor my ears for multiple hours of wear.+Great sound quality. I’ve watched many different movies and played many different games with these and the sound quality is awesome.+Dual audio – you can connect with your phone/mobile devices using Bluetooth, and to your computer via the USB dongle.+Customizability – you can purchase separate mic/earphone colors for the headset. There’s a pink and a green version you can customize them with. Super cute!+The RGB on the headset is really nice and customizable with many different options on the Logitech software. I have a Logitech keyboard and mouse, so I can sync them all.+Battery life is pretty good. I can go a few days without charging it, and I don’t seem to notice any issues when it gets to low battery.+Connectivity – I can go around my entire house and still hear people, which is nice, as I do have a big house. I can go downstairs into my garage and still hear people without it cutting out.Could be improved:-The mic. This is a big one as I’ve seen with other reviews, and its the reason I didn’t give these 5 stars. My mic picks up a LOT behind me, mainly my husband. Even with noise suppression on, my friends can hear him better than they can hear me sometimes. The mic also cuts out sometimes, and when it cuts out, it really cuts out. I haven’t been able to determine if this is me talking too quietly, or if its just the mic, but for the price of this headset I would definitely expect the mic to be a bit better.Overall, I still do recommend this headset as I think it is a solid headset, especially if you can catch them on a sale or have a gift card. It has a lot of great features and good sound.

  5. Great sound and mic. This is a great headset and i constantly get asked by other gamers online if i am a streamer because of the high quality mic. There are alot of great options to change your voice with this mic too. The sound is great and its super comfy and aesthetic. My only issue is that sometimes (even when battery is full) the headset would randomly disconnect. Its rare and doesnt happen too often though

Good Microphone and Sound Quality. Although this headset doesn’t have active noise canceling it honestly still gets the job done. Voices are but a faint whisper. It makes it sound like those ambient videos with talking in the background which is a plus for when I am gaming or doing homework. I like that the microphone is removable as I can wear these outside the house without looking like I am about to take some ones food order. One thing I disliked was the lack of detailed instructions. I wasn’t able to find any sort of paper/booklet that gave worded instructions. There were pictured instructions in a minimalistic way but it was a bit tricky figuring out what certain things were meant for. Tip: If you have downloaded Logitech G Hub and are trying to figure out how to make the headset appear on the application insert the USB drive that it comes with. That way it will pop up and you can customize the colors :)! Overall the headset itself is amazing!

  8. Comfortable and Light – But Needs Tweaking to Work. Initially, I experienced some audio issues with it cutting in and out.By default, the audio will connect via Bluetooth AND USB (when USB connected). At least on my computer, it will need to go through the initial setup process, which will force you to connect both options. You will have to remove, in the sound settings, whichever connection you don’t want to use. Otherwise, it seems like it’s trying to use both at the same time – resulting in audio issues.Kind of annoying, but once you figure that out, the headset is pretty great.

  9. Cute and functional. I got a new pc for Christmas. The way I have my desk set up my old headset which wasn’t wireless no longer worked. The cord was too short to game comfortably. This headset is just as comfortable as my other set but the wireless function is A+. Sound quality is great and if I step away to go to the kitchen a couple rooms away, the headset rarely goes out of range.I wear glasses and don’t have any issues with the headset and causing pain. If I wear it for several hours (maybe 5+) my one ear does get a little sore but I attribute that to my industrial piercing plus my glasses. No pain on my left side. The battery lasts forever as well. I’ve yet to have it die on me.The only thing I can’t comment on is the mic quality. I’ve had a yeti for years and never use my headset mics. Just my preference. The noise canceling is great. I have a very vocal cat and sometimes my friends will comment about her arrival but 9 times out of 10 I don’t notice her a foot away yelling.

  10. Very demure. Very demure. It’s cute. I like it.Not too big. Not too small. Fits fine.Sounds pretty good in my opinion. Better than razer??Feels comfortable and lightweight. Quality is pretty good.Worth the money? Idk tbh. Might be better headsets out there for gaming but I wouldn’t know.

  12. It disconnects all the time. Don’t buy it! It doesn’t fulfill its basic function of staying connected. The Wireless connects and disconnects randomly. Sometimes when I use them with my cell phone the volume is very low and I can’t turn it up. Also when I mute the microphone it turns back on after a while. I’m in a game or listening to an audio and it’s really annoying that it connects and disconnects, it’s not good for work or gaming. The sound is mediocre and the microphone is worse. The price is too expensive, I would expect this performance from a low-priced headset. The only thing nice about it is the look and how comfortable they are, which is why I bought it. I’m not at all picky about sound but the truth is right now it turns on and off constantly, it doesn’t last even 5 minutes with stable sound. I tried to return it but since I’m not at home, it was very difficult for me, the post office only came once. If I had known that I couldn’t return it by taking it to the post office myself, I wouldn’t have bought it. Now I feel like I wasted my money.

  14. Quality has been good so far. 1 month in and this thing is still operating well. Build quality is great. The ergonomics are good. Unlike other headsets, prolonged usage of this product doesn’t give me a headache. I have noticed that the wireless range on this thing isn’t really good and connectivity strength/stability could be better. Otherwise it’s a good and reliable product.
