Customer service. When I received my order, one of the 4 pack of candles was broken. I contacted the seller twice, and have yet to receive an acknowledgement from them. I think they should send a replacement candle.I love the scent but, the customer support service stinks!!!
A little pricy and the scent doesn’t last long. Only reason I spent the money on these is because I enjoy the scent so much. I don’t leave my wax melter on all the time anymore because of the price.

You have to try this smell at least once in your life. OK, so, this was in my vets office and when I walked in, it smelled delicious and this is how I wanted my house to smell when someone walked in.Called the vet and asked him what flavor they’re using and they use cranberry mandarin… Absolutely amazing, highly recommend
